    I recently had my entire house re-piped by Emerald Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. Chad and his team of five arrived promptly at 8:30 AM with two trucks, ready to get started. After a quick walkthrough to discuss the job, they got right to work. By 1:30 PM, the re-piping was completed!They conducted a thorough pressure test to ensure everything was in perfect working order and left the area spotless. The next day, the walls were professionally repaired and prepped for me to paint.Chad and his team are true professionals who clearly know their craft. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. I highly recommend Emerald Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality plumbing services.

    We had a re-pipe job today and I was blown away by the excellent service we received!     I had a leak in my water line running from the water meter to my house--I knew b/c there was a spot in my front yard in between the sidewalk and the road that was puddled up with excess water (I could also hear a spraying sound). Called OUC out to take a look and they identified that the leak was on my side of the meter so I needed to hire a plumber to fix it. Called Emerald as they had many good reviews in from my neighbors in the NextDoor app--honest, reputable, and reasonable pricing. They were super friendly answered all my questions (this was my first time dealing with a leak on my own). I called on a Friday and they were able to get someone out to my house for the repair on Monday in the 10a-2p window. Frank was my plumber--he called 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He removed the dirt near the pipes then showed me where the leak in the pipe was with the water off and with the water on so I could see the leak in action. We discussed the next steps for the repair, replacing the section of the pipe that was damaged. After he finished, he brought me back out to see his completed work with water back on and running, and no leak. Frank was great, he was friendly and explained the issues, answered my questions and was fairly quick as well. He took about 1.5 hours in total and I paid just under $275 for everything. Apparently Emerald does not really advertise, they are all word of mouth. My experience was great--Id definitely recommend Emerald and I plan to use them if I ever need plumbing help again.

    Our kitchen drain has been an issue for years. We finally spoke with Emerald Plumbing about the issue over the phone, they seemed knowledgeable about the issue and repair implications “ then knew what was wrong and some of the issues to repair it”. The quoted me a price guesstimate over the phone to us and we scheduled it for the following day. They came out, prepared, ready, diagnosed it asked if we were ready to do it today, we were and now it’s fixed.     Fantastic customer service and quality - each team who worked on our re-piping did a wonderful, clean job. Rogers crew was extremely fast and high quality - even working under a couple of challenges we did to them (i.e. turned off power!). The drywall subs they hired did an impeccable job- even matching the paint to the wall segments removed for the re-piping. Would recommend again and again!

    Need REPIPING? Water heater installation? Stop the search and hours of scrolling! Roger, Mike, James, Jack, Daniel and Caleb EXCEEDED my expectations. I would give them 10 starts; they deserve it! They won me over by arriving punctually, being courteous and experienced. Roger put me at ease from the get go; making sure the drop cloths were in abundance and replying patiently to all my questions. Not only did this dream team work swiftly; they disposed of and hauled away every bit of debris. For 1/2 a day, they took care of this1300 sq. ft. house, as if it were their own. Kenny arrived the next day to seal the drywall cutouts in need of TLC. His attention to detail was impeccable.     I called Emerald Plumbing for water issues I was having in my bathroom. They came and immediately the problem was access. Within one hour they cut a piece from the room closet closest to the shower head replaced a piece and issue was resolved. They were honest and professional.     You have two choices (from my experience). You can use Emerald plumbing and have excellent quick results for a few hundred bucks, or hire a other plumber for the same job for 2,500. Im glad I got a second opinion. Finished up a small renovation job that I started but needed a pros help with. Came out the next day and Im all up and running. Work looks exceptional, professional employee, and overall fantastic experience. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but call this one.

    The estimate person did not attempt a hard-sell tactic, the office staff was prompt and supportive but the positive, cheerful professional crew was the absolute best customer experience I have ever had with a home service company! Your company’s attention to customer care is exceptional when compared to any and all of your competitors. We all know that things can happen sometimes during a re-plumb and we were no exception. Our wall size mirror with lighting in the master bathroom broke while re-plumb was being performed. Your quick reaction toward resolving this problem was very much appreciated by this customer. To make a long story short, Emerald immediately purchased a new mirror, with lighting built-in, and contracted with an installer company to work the entire installation,..i.e. wiring, drywall repairs and mounting. This contractor (Front Door Solutions/Jeremy & Pat) definitely knew what they were doing, they were very nice to work with and did a clean remarkable job.Final Comment: Good Plumbing companies are hard to fine and tend to be more concerning from start to completion. Emerald is NOT in that category. Matter a fact, they are not just Good but are Great at what they do. If you are looking for a Plumbing company that you can depend on and not worry so much pick Emerald.     I cannot say enough positive about Emerald Plumbing. We hired them to re-pipe our 1981. After having 4 different estimates (some cheaper, some more expensive) we went with Emerald because of personal recommendations, prompt response and friendly customer service. They did not disappoint. The team showed up on time, completed the re-pipe in a few hours with very little mess, and ended up saving us some $$ in the end. They were friendly, efficient, and clean. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs we have in the future!

    We recently had a water heater installed by Emerald Plumbing. We found it to be much more efficient to take advantage of their all-inclusive deal where they provided a commercial grade water heater, delivery, installation, installation parts, and haul away of the old unit, all for one out-the-door price. Ours wasn’t an emergency so we had the time to shop and compare. The base units at a big box store seemed like a good deal until we began to add up all the separate charges and number of days we would’ve had to be available. The best deal we were offered from a big box was a residential grade water heater, with separate charges for each of the following: delivery, installation kit, installation, permits, any possible additional hardware needed, and haul away. It would be installed by a sub-contracted installer. It would have taken at least 2 separate days to complete, and there was a one to two week wait. Emerald Plumbing brought the water heater and all necessities with them and completed the entire install within two hours, this was only two days after we called them. Our price comparison brought Emerald Plumbing in at $250 cheaper than the package deal from the big box stores. Don’t be fooled by the big box store prices. We’ve used Emerald Plumbing for over ten years now and we highly recommend them.

    I recently contracted Emerald Plumbing for repiping my house in Lake Mary from 28 years old (and problematic) poly pipe to PEX and couldnt be happier with the overall experience and final outcome. All of Emeralds employees I had contact with treated me with courtesy and respect, from Ramona and Myrna in the office, to repiping specialists Joe, Johnny, Ronin and Deano. The crew showed up on time as promised, worked diligent, organized, clean and very professional. They sure knew what they were doing and their know how and working skills were top-notch. They definitely take responsibility with the job at hand and are proud in what they do. Before hiring them, I also contacted 4 other local plumbing companies for repiping estimates and Emerald gave me the best price of them all! I cant recommend Emerald Plumbing enough.     Monday, May 18, 2020Long Post from a very satisfied customer!Our house was built in 1956; we purchased it in 1993. Our long-time plumber said the copper was paper thin and strongly recommended that we re-pipe the house. At that time, Polybutylene was “the next big thing”. We had him replace the water system and all was well. Fast forward to 2020. We had our home inspected in early May in anticipation of changing our Homeowner’s policy. We hired an inspector who said our Polybutylene was no longer “insurable” and if we were contemplating selling our house, lenders would balk or deny loans because of the piping. The inspector spoke from experience, having had to replace it in his own home.I went to Google and looked for plumbers that did re-piping. The thoroughness of Emerald Plumbing’s re-pipe portion of their website was very convincing; I called them and the next day, Darren arrived, did a walk-through and gave us an estimate. It was apparent that he’d “been there and done that”. He explained the entire procedure in detail: one day to do the re-pipe and the next to replace the drywall including matching the textured finish.On May 5th, the crew arrived and jumped on it, laying out canvas painter’s cloths wherever work or traffic demanded.Along with re-piping, here’s what they replaced:3 hose bibsConnections and valves for the water heaterConnections and valves for the washing machine including a new box and new hosesAll hot and cold water valves under the bathroom and kitchen sinks and dishwasher2 shower valvesBoth water supply valves for the two toiletsThe water was turned off for about 3 hours. When all the connections and other assorted tasks were completed, Eoghan hooked up and air compressor and ran it up to 100psi for twenty minutes; he had me witness this. When no pressure loss was experienced, they turned the water back on. WOOT! We were back in business.Kenneth Mills Drywall sent 2 artists the next morning. They matched the texture on the walls perfectly.     Emerald Plumbing to the rescue! Whenever we have a major plumbing issue, I know who to call. These guys are the best. We had to finally take the plunge and get our sewer line replaced, and so I called Emerald, thinking it may take weeks or months due to their busy schedule. Instead, Dave came out the same day and inspected our situation and was able to schedule the work within a week. On the day of the work, Dave and his crew, Richie, Ryan, and Adam came out and were professional, punctual, and did an amazing job for us. They managed to get under our house, which has an incredibly low crawl space, and replace the aged sewer line and get everything resolved for us.     I recently had Emerald Plumbing re-pipe our house in Winter Springs. The team that showed up was top notch. Roger, Mike James, and Jack were professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure we understood what they were doing as they efficiently re-piped our entire house.     I dont normally leave reviews, and when you have to call a plumber, its usually not for a good reason. David came out and was amazing from the start. Its hard to find businesses, and especially people, nowadays that treat you not just like another customer, but truly give you the service and care you would expect from family.     I had a stuck shower cartridge. Frank came out from Emerald Plumbing and was so kind and such a hard worker! He said it may require knocking out the tile but he worked for over an hour with multiple tools and was able to replace the cartridge with no leaks. His determination saved us thousands of dollars. This is a post by someone who does all my own plumbing normally, so this issue was serious for us to call a plumber.     Had a problem with a leak in a wall recently. Called around 2:30 PM for an after hours service. Jeff arrived before the time that had been communicated to me over the phone. He had the problematic leak fixed very quickly. While he was here, he took the time to answer my probably very basic questions. When he was done, he cleaned up (I mention this because others have not in the past and we were left with a mess). All told he was here 35-40 minutes. A fantastic experience in spite of the problem.Ive used Emerald once before to fix a problem another plumbing company had created. Based on that experience I contacted Emerald again. After this experience I wont be calling any other plumber for plumbing services.

    We just had Emerald Plumbing repipe our home. Hugo came out and gave us an estimate. He was very thorough and explained the whole process step by step and walked us through each room that would be affected. They managed to get us scheduled within two days which was a godsend because we were without water. The repipe crew arrived right on time. They were all very polite, professional and careful with our home. They finished ahead of the projected time and everything was left very tidy. The city inspector came the following morning and was very complimentary of the work. He says he sees a lot of shortcuts being taken but Emerald far exceeded what was required to pass inspection.     I had Emerald plumbing do a complete repipe on my house. They arrived at 8:30 and were done by 1:30 an amazing crew very professional got to work explained everything fantastic experience and at a very reasonable price. The peace of mind it was money well spent. And they did things like moving the icemaker connection to directly behind the refrigerator, instead of a 1/4 tubing. This was their doing as part of the job. Excellent experience I highly recommend Emerald. 25 year product warranty, 10 year labor. The entire system was pressure tested before before reintroducing water into the system.

Very prompt, clean work by these guys.Over the last year we have had 3 leaks in our copper lines throughout our home. I started to research companies around Central Florida to replace all the copper with pex pipe so we wouldnt have to worry about leaks any longer. I try to go with the smaller companies because I have always found them to be the most honest. After getting 4 estimates we decided to go with Emerald Plumbing. The owner came out and gave the estimate himself, which was nice. He was very knowledgeable. We set up the date. A few days prior to them arriving Myrna called to confirm and went over the entire process again. She was also knowledgeable and she took great pride in her guys which made me even more confident that I had chosen the right company. We had a new water heater installed and from beginning to end they have been wonderful - from office staff to the gentleman who came out to do the work.     Two strong guys came out to install a new water heater at my house, which was not an easy task. My water heater closet is upstairs in my loft. To make it even more difficult, there is only a spiral staircase leading to the loft. Instead of using the spiral staircase, they managed to lift the new water heater (100 lbs) over my upstairs half wall by tying a strap to it and hoisting it straight up hand over hand. They got the old heater down by reversing the process, all without damaging anything in my house. It was pretty incredible! Everything else about the install went smoothly. It was not cheap, but worth it considering how challenging and even dangerous the install was. In the end I was very satisfied!

She explained what we needed to sign for the city permits and once these were returned to her, she would handle everything else with the city.The day of our re-pipe, Roger, Joe, and Brandon showed up on time. They were all very professional. When they needed to explain something to me, they were patient and dumbed it down for me. They must have done a good job because the inspector from the city, Gary, came the next day and quickly approved their work.The third day, the drywall team arrived on time. Parker, Joey, and Tyler do excellent work. If the preexisting wall wasnt a different color from the repairs, there would not be a way to tell the wall had been cut. The texture is perfect. They were even kind enough to rehang a bathroom mirror that was too heavy for me.I was at home alone with the plumbers and the drywallers. I am petite and older but never felt uncomfortable with them in the house.I highly recommend this group of young men. I am very impressed with all of them!

    Emerald plumbing repiped my house and they were quick and clean. It was hard to watch them cut holes in the walls but it was necessary to do the work.Will definitely recommend them.Reason for only 4 stars is they use a subcontractor to patch the holes. The subcontractor refused to patch drywall holes under vanity. They said the holes could not be repaired.Emerald placed panels to seal the wood cabinet but the holes still remain in the drywall. I just wonder how am I to keep any bugs from entering the now open access?Emerald says all drywall issues are subcontractor problem not theirs. Disappointing....Emerald needs to find better drywall contractors.

    Just completed a complete re-pipe of my home. It was a large and complex job. I was more worried about cutting holes in the drywall and making dust everywhere. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised. My water was shut off in morning and restored at 5pm. They performed a leak test and tested all the fixtures for flow rates. As they worked they made minimal sized cuts and vacuumed all dust as they worked. The following day their Drywall team arrived and repaired all the drywall cuts to a paintable surface. After I had the repair cuts repainted it was impossible to tell that any work had be performed. That was very satisfying and turned out to be a non-issue. After completing the re-pipe I decided to do some plumbing upgrades. Hugo and Ritchie have been very helpful in advising me on options and troubleshooting some preexisting problems that my home had. If your considering re-piping your home Emerald Plumbing is your best choice. It has been a pleasure working with a company that cares about the customer and treats your home with respect and performs timely installs and repairs.

Had a shower handle that wasnt shutting off the water without major effort and a tub faucet that was really difficult to pull on/off.     Please look no further. These people ARE the REAL DEAL! BEST IN TOWN!!! I was quoted a ridiculous amount of money with a different company, and was told I had to buy a new water heater with it. Even though nothing was wrong with my water heater. After several google reviews, I landed on Emerald pluming. The first thing I kept seeing was on how affordable they were compared to everyone else, the five start review and how fast they get the job done. I made the attempt and asked for a quote. And to my surprise I got a quote half of the price from the first company. The gentlemen’s that arrive were all professional, clean and generous with their work. I believe I had 5-6 doing the repipe and each one had a different task in each room. You can tell they knew what had to be done and how it needed to be done. One found a small leak behind the shower head pipe and fixed it when it wasn’t his responsibility. Another found the tubs handles to be placed wrong, one said it was cold when in reality it was and so on. And again they fixed it. Little things like this just goes along way. From now on, any issues I have when it comes to repipe I will always mention Emerald pluming.

    After the second slab leak in our 30+ yr old house we decided to do a total repipe. We were apprehensive about this given that our two story home would be a challenge.     My neighbor suggested Emerald Plumbing to re-pipe our 60-year-old home from the water meter through the house. She is a realter and had good results in the past with Emerald when re-piping some homes before putting them on the market. Everything about this experience has been great! I called early last week and Emerald sent Hugo out to estimate the job. He explained everything that they would do and gave me an overview of the job. He was quick and knowledgeable. It didnt hurt that he was personable as well! By Friday of last week, Yolanda from the front office had arranged for the permit and completed all necessary paperwork. Yesterday (Monday), the 3-man crew came out and arrived in the time window that Hugo had given me. Again, everyone was very professional, efficient and experienced at their jobs. We did a quick walk around to show them the layout of our home with regards to water and I dont think they were here 15 minutes before the first cut was being made! Adam, Mike and Jonathan did a great job and worked really well together. It was obvious that they like their jobs and yes, they were really good at what they do! Hugo had promised that the water would be back on by 4:00PM. Well, the water was back on by 2:00PM and they were packed up and gone by 2:30PM!     We first met Liam Cuddy two homes ago. He repaired an old plumbing problem and he repiped our next home. When we purchased this home eight years ago, it also needed to be repiped, and of course we called Emerald Plumbing.Today we needed their services for an obstruction that we could not repair ourselves even via the roof with a 50 foot snake.     Today disaster struck when someone pulled a UTurn in my yard and broke my water main. Water dumping into the street from my main, absolute disaster.     Emerald Plumbing performed a repiping of my house for me a few months ago, and I highly recommend them. Excellent service, top notch professionalism, and an all around friendly team. The quote was thorough, and the estimate came in less than others. And it included patching the drywall, which not every company offers. The team showed up on a time, and wow, they were fast. Whole house was repiped in just over 4 hours. Really personable and polite group of guys. Next day, the drywall crew arrived, and they were equally professional and friendly. Afterwards, I discovered my faucet had a small leak, and I received a phone call from one of the leads who was passing by on his way home. He stopped in, took a look, and gave me some advice to fix. Honestly this company checked all the boxes for one you want to work with. They are now my plumbing company of choice 100%. Use them. You’ll be happy you did!

    I called to get an estimate for a repipe of my home due to an under the slab copper line water leak. Hugo came the next day and patiently explained the entire process of repiping. He answered all my questions and gave me a good idea of what the project would entail. His knowledge of the project was reassuring since you dont want to make quick decision about the plumbing in your walls. I felt completely at ease going with Emerald Plumbing and their price was reasonable and competitive. I was able to get on their schedule just two days later and as promised, their professional and courteous crew (Owen, Mike and Brandon) arrived on time and were able to finish the repipe in one day! They were careful workers who put down drop cloths everywhere to minimize the mess. They worked hard and did a great job getting things back to better-than-before! They even replaced two worn sinks and installed four new faucets. Kevin called that evening to schedule the drywall patching the very next day. Tyler and Pete showed up on time and did a great job patching up the cuts made the previous day. Ramona from Emerald called to let us know that the County Inspector would be coming the next day to do the inspection. Hugo called back the next day to make sure all was working as expected and to remind me of their warranties on their work. A professional job from start to finish!

    With over 30 years of experience in law enforcement, I am naturally suspect in dealing with companies on issues such as plumbing, electricity and other household repairs. I go to the extreme in doing due diligence (Checking BBB, reviewing Google reviews, Yelp, Angieslist and others. And reading most of the reviews, Checking the Dept. of Business Regulations website, etc.) I initially scheduled another plumbing company to come out, but I mentioned them to a friend and she, by happenstance, had used them in the past and did not have a good experience. So I cancelled and went with Emerald. Customer service was great. I asked them on a Friday to move my appointment from the following Monday to Friday the same day that I called. They told me they couldnt promise, but would do their best. I got a call around noon advising the plumber would be to the house in 30 minutes. CHRIS the plumber was phenomenal. Very professional. He did not rush, but didnt drag his feet either. All around great experience. Their prices were reasonable. Will definitely use them again. Not certain why they are named Emerald, but I can only surmise that because when it comes to plumbing services, they are a GEM.

On the estimate, Darren was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the quote was more reasonable than I received from competitors, especially considering the size of the job and the quality of Emerald’s work.     I hired Emerald Plumbing to re-pipe our residence as we had old poly-pipe in the attic which was 25 years old and subject to failure.     TL:DR - Emerald re-piped my house and I couldnt be happier.I bought my house in July, 2014. In September 2014, I had leak in my master bathroom and the home warranty plumber told me I needed to re-pipe my house (several pinhole leaks in my copper pipes). The plumber gave me his estimate for re-piping the house.I looked on Angies list to have other plumbers come and bid the job. Emerald Plumbing was #2 on Angies list at the time, so I set up an appointment for a bid. I was happy when the owner of the company came out to my house to give me the bid. It was a few hundred dollars lower than the first bid. I then decided to go with Emerald for my re-pipe.The Emerald crew that came to my house were excellent. They were polite, fast, and efficient. They completed the job that day and cut out minimal sections of drywall to complete the work (not much to repaint after the drywall was repaired).Since the re-pipe, everything has been great and I havent had any issues.

Before they left they explained on the work that was done and what to expect for the city inspection. I had one issue of the drain pipe from the water softener week later. A team member came back within 4 hours of the call and fixed the issue. The other team that handles the dry wall is very good. They are very quick and professional with their job.     Update~!I had to have my house repiped~! Yes, the dreaded diagnosis, but thankfully my trouble was in the garage, and it averted a disaster. I was unaware of the polybutylene pipe debacle, but I had it and didnt even know it. I got a fast education~! Everything about the job was handled with complete professionalism.     We had an overall great experience with Emerald Plumbing. Dave, the plumbing professional who came out to our place, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.     I had an active leak and needed to repipe my house. They were able to get someone out right away to provide me with a quote. I appreciate the straightforward approach of what needed to be done, the explanation of the process and the very reasonable price. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. Two days later they showed up and had my house repiped within the day (on a Friday), the inspector showed up on Monday and the drywall repairs were completed Tuesday. The whole crew was extremely polite and worked together like a well-oiled machine. They are extremely good at what they do and it shows in their workmanship.     Had a complete repipe done due to old copper pipes that were due to be replaced. From start to finish, the process with Emerald Plumbing was smooth and transparent.     I used this company for the first time on my daughters house. Frank Bell did an excellent job and completed the job in a fair time and charge. I used the same technician again a few weeks later on my house. He installed a whole house water shut off and re-set a toilet. Again, this was completed in a fair time and price. I recently re-located to Orlando and used two companies prior to Emerald. I was generally OK with the work done, but it was not the same quality and professionalism (all around) as with Emerald.     What a great experience! We were recommended to emerald plumbing when we bought our home. The home had old poly pipes and we were nervous about it but our realtor recommended emerald plumbing as the best and they are an amazing team. Owen, Jimmy, Sean, and Mike came out and replumbed our whole townhome. They also installed a new water heater. I was Very impressed with the job and they cleaned up everything very nicely. They went over everything in the end to my complete satisfaction. I will Be using this company for any plumbing work that I need.

    I had Emerald Plumbing to re-pipe my house. They were awesome! The team that did the repipe, Ryan, Adam, Chris and Frank, did a great job -- punctuate, enthusiastic, patient with all my questions, and super efficient.The dry wall repair team they use, does a good job, but could be better. (the walls were fixed and textured very well, while the holes inside the cabinet or behind the toilets where not easily seen, some are well fixed, others look sloppy -- not easily seen anyway, wouldnt complain about that. )Would definitely recommend Emerald Plumbing to others. :)

    These guys did a great job re-piping our house. They were fast and professional and obviously knew just what they were doing. Theirs was also the lowest of three local bids. They were courteous and some of them had great Irish accents! They did a good cleanup job.     My experiences with Emerald Plumbing have all been excellent. I did some research before calling them the first time, and all the great reviews made my decision easy. I had some work done a few months ago, and in the last two weeks Ive had to replace two toilets. Marc came both times. He explained thoroughly everything he was doing and was friendly and entirely professional. I will ask for him the next time I need work done here.     Emerald deserves more than 5 stars. If you want the work done right - call Emerald. Every person at Emerald impressed me beyond measure. They are helpful, professional, courteous, and genuinely want to correct the issues - the right way. My experience with Richie was amazing. Dispute the multiple issues we encountered, Richie never gave up and attempted every solution he could. If it didnt work, he would come back with more solutions. I have never felt more cared for by a service provider. I knew that when he left my house, he was still brainstorming ways to solve the remaining issues. From my experience, it is evident that Emerald works as a team. Alex and Hugo, too were extremely helpful and took the time to answer every question I had. I am a customer for life.

    Great job and good customer service. Frank did my repair this morning, he was friendly and knowledgeable. When I made my appointment I was told they would arrive from 9-9:30, Frank called in the morning and advised of his arrival time. He was right within schedule. The repair was done within a reasonable time. I feel companies that charge per hour tend to prolong repairs on purpose to charge more and I didn’t get that feeling with Emerald. This is the second time I use them and each time job has been done well. I would recommend them to a friend.

    I cannot say enough good things about Emerald Plumbing. I have used them twice in the past few months and both times they exceeded my expectations. The first time using them was to repair a few pin hole leaks in my old copper piping. Daniel and Shawn did an amazing job repairing the line and explaining everything to me.     Eogman, Johnny and Luis from Emerald performed a repipe on my condo using Zurn Pex with brass fittings. They were on time, super efficient, professional and expeditious. Emerald gets the permit, and arranges inspector the next day, and then their subcontractors come on 3rd day to repair drywall. Emerald performs a repipe like it is arthroscopic surgery with minimally invasive wall cuts!

    We are thoroughly pleased with the exceptional service and attention to detail that the Emerald teams provided. We contracted Emerald to repipe our 1930s bungalow after receiving quotes for the same work from another very well known company. Emeralds price came in $3,000 less and they were able to schedule the work immediately. The re pipe team, Owen, Pat, Jonny and Chris were spectacular! They were considerate of our property and worked well together as a team to complete the job in one day. Jonny had to spend most of his day in a very tight crawl space under our house and I have no idea how he managed. He also provided video and photos from under the house of our drainage system issues.The drywall company that followed the re pipe team arrived on time the next day and repaired the holes in our walls so well that you cant tell that there were cuts made. This is no easy task when dealing with plaster walls.The following week we had two additional plumbing fixtures replaced in our garage apartment and Erick and Shawn got the job done quickly and professionally.The next phase of our re pipe will be repairing the drainage system issues and we will definitely be calling Emerald Plumbing to do the work. They have earned us as customers for life.

    Just awesome! Had house re-piped by Emerald first week in November 2018. Got other quotes but theyre the only ones who actually showed up in-person at the house for a quote rather than just do it online like their competitors. This really made us feel more comfortable and enabled us to ask questions about the entire process. They were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I wasnt at home during the actual re-pipe but my wife was and she texted me to say, These guys seem to work really well together and truly enjoy what they do. I got home after work and met them before they finished up. They were just so great. Ive never been happier to give a review! Emerald was recommended to us by two friends we know who dont know each other. The fact that they do awesome work and different people I know are talking about it says a lot! The people who patched the drywall were so awesome too. Never in a million years could I patch drywall that smoothly and perfectly. Ive tried but I dont have their skills.     We had our home re-piped today and let me tell you if you need any work done, call Emerald Plumbing. We had three men come out named Roger, Mike and Sean. They were very professional explaining the entire process. They were kind and very considerate. They repiped our home and did a beautiful job.     Super professional and efficient service. We had the whole plumbing system replaced in three days. They replaced the entire plumbing in ONE day. Next day the Orange County inspector had to check it out as mandated by local law. On the third day another team came to seal and patch the holes. They did minimal damage but were able to repair and even paint the obstructed areas. They are so organized and seem so happy to do their job even though it may seem unpleasant. I could hear some of them singing and cracking jokes as they worked (sign of great corporate culture and tone at the top!) Their organization and quality of work blew us away. On day one the installation team consisted of at least 6 guys all working on different areas of the house. And the repair team consisted of at least 3 people. They repaired and cleaned everything. I am so happy to have hired this company. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they deserve it. This is no easy job but they have figured out a way to make it easy for their clients and employees. I wish them nothing but prosperity! My husband and I are stunned! Strongly recommended!

    I have been a Prop. Mgr for 30+ years. My long time plumber retired a few years ago, and Ive been trying different companys. A friend suggested Emerald when my own residence kitchen sink clogged up. Eric and Shawn showed up on time, began assessing the job, said there would be an additional charge for going on the roof to clear drain. Found no stack over kitchen, which had been remodeled by previous owner. Began at sink and used all but 10 feet of snake (about 60+ feet) without out any damage or dirt inside the house! Pushed out the plug onto the backyard! They were polite, really knew about plumbing, and very respectful of me and my property. The price was good. So, long story short, Emerald Plumbing is my new plumber, for the rental propertys that I manage as well. A win-win!! Kudos to Eric and Shawn!

    The water main pipe to our home sprung a pinhole leak. I called emerald plumbing because of the ratings that they had and were highly recommended by neighbors on next door. They were not able to fit me in same day but they did come the next day and were a little early which I was grateful for. The service man who came out Frank, did a wonderful job preparing our pipe he did all that he could to keep the prices down and did a great job re-piping. My only complaint and this is not really with emerald plumbing but with all plumbing companies is that they had to break the drywall inside and also the concrete outside and they do not fix that so I have had to go to Lowes to gather the cement and stucco insulation and new drywall to make the repairs to the wall on the inside and outside myself which I dont really know how to do but Im winging it. I really wish that plumbing companies would fix this and I thought that emerald plumbing did do this because I saw many reviews that stated they do it but apparently thats only when they do a repipe of an entire home.

    Emerald Plumbing is OUTSTANDINGI have been getting estimates for a Re-Piping job for my house since June/July 2021 (7 estimates to be exact) I live Downtown Orlando and my house is Old and Concrete Block- I first met Hugo around July and he was very thorough with the process of re-piping and how they would be doing it. He gave me a Step by Step and provided an estimate. After I completed all other estimates and research, I wanted to meet Hugo again and he was super easy to reach and to talk to. I’m telling you – if you need anything plumbing related and especially a Re-Piping Job- You must Call Hugo at Emerald Plumbing- He didn’t see my house as a challenge or difficult – he viewed it as a possibility, and I trusted him. I did ask him why he didn’t flinch at everything I was asking regarding the re-piping job and he said- We do it all, we have done it all. The level of experience is impressive. I finally decided on Emerald and after 3 meetings with Hugo my Re-piping job was done in January 10th – WOW. The crew was so professional and knowledgeable. From Dean, Adam1 and Adam2, Matteo and Mike, Chris and Jack. I would describe it like a Dance… They all work together without running into each other (I have a small concrete block house) and I also noticed how the care for the house and the surroundings of it. Trying to keep everything as clean as possible.     Yes yes yes! I had my house completely replumbed this past week. I previously had polybutylene which is trash. Emerald gave Excellent price, they did the work in 1 day(I have 2 and a half baths) and the company they use for drywall repair also did a very good job! I was so nervous about how my house would look after and honestly it looks better than before! They gave all new water shut off valves for everything so no more rusty handles under the toilets or sinks! I repainted with touch up paint and you cant even tell that there had previously been a hole. Im so super anal and they went above and beyond expectation.     In February 2018 we discovered a leak in a pipe under our foundation slab. After receiving verification of the leak, our plumber recommended that we contact Emerald Plumbing to get a quote for re-piping the whole house. We are absolutely delighted that we did. Their quote was one of four quotes and the most reasonable. We were very impressed with all of their employees with whom we worked. The re-piping of our 2-story home was accomplished in 1 day and the drywall repair was done the next day. after the drywall repair, it was almost impossible to see where the walls had been cut open.
