Outstanding and courteous experience. Hired them for a shower handle repair service and drain unclogging in Orlando, FL. Was literally impossible to get even a rough estimate from other plumbers without paying them to come out to check. Since I own a company in the service industry, I KNOW it’s possible to at least provide a rough estimate by photos (why not?)Herrell’s call taker was very polite and accommodating she showed my photos to the technician and managed to give me a quote - which was the BEST quote I got.And when a company ends up charging you LESS than they quoted you know you should save their number for all future services as we all need an honest plumber every once in a while.Thank you for the great experience.

During my working years, had a long set of experiences with Herrell Plumbing on a commercial, industrial work basis. Was always pleased and was in capable hands. Routine work, emergency work, project work, all good experiences from Bill, Tom, and the rest of the crew.Today, as a retiree, had my first ever experience with Herrell Plumbing as a residential customer. Calls to office to set up the job went great, good communication to get an estimate and get on the schedule for my non-emergency request. Heath came out timely, professionally explained the steps expected to complete the job. He even explained typical issues that might come up complicating the job. The job was completed quicker than expected and came out very well. Great work, well done, and THANKS HEATH!

If you are looking for a great, honest plumber who can help diagnose a difficult issue I would highly recommend Herrell plumbing 100%. We had an issue with our connector in the Laundry room. We had two other plumbers who were unable to fix the problem. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in short order. We also used them previously for toilet plumbing issues and putting gas in for our stove. So again, if you are seeking plumbing in Orlando Metro area my wife and I would recommend Herrell Plumbing 100%.

I was having bathtub and toilet leaks and called Herrell Plumbing at 730 am. Cory was here by 1000. It wasnt an easy fix, Cory with patience and diligence worked each problem. I am very pleased with the results. I have had issues with that toilet for a long time, and it should now be completely resolved. I have lived in this area my whole life and knew about Herrell Plumbing. But the men in my family were the ones who dealt with any fix-it issues. Herrell Plumbing did a great job today! We had a clog in one of our lines going out to the main drain. I called on Wednesday and they arrived right on time on Thursday to fix the issue. He was professional and talked me through the process while he used the camera to show me the health of my pipes. He was here less than an hour and found the problem, cleared everything out and then fixed the hardened build up in one portion of our pipe that would of allowed paper to stick and eventually have future issues! The overall cost was $430. He fixed the issue and did not try to sell me a $2,500 pipe cleaning like the other company that we used just a few days ago! This company is honest!

Had a water heater leak yesterday on a 20 year old unit that needed to be replaced: Contacted Harrell at 9 am the next morning and had a plumber out stocked with a brand new 40 gallon water heater within an hour and a half of calling. Less than 2 hours of work and I have a brand new working water heater for $650 less than 2 competitor’s quotes. Heath was my plumber. He was kind, efficient and was in and out like nothing happened. 10/10 experience.

I needed to re-plumb my house and went with Herrell based on a recommendation from a co-worker. Given the nature and extent of this project I wanted to wait a while before writing a review. I can honestly say I have never dealt with a more professional group of people. I was given information to read before the work began (read it) that told me what to do before the project began and will speed up the process. Before beginning the job, they fixed little nit-noids like backwards valves and resetting my kitchen faucet/hose. Once work began, it was like clockwork as holes were cut into the walls and piping replaced. The shower valves were replaced to make everything up to date. I was also able to move one of my out door hose bibs without a problem. Day 2 of the project was the drywall team that patched both inside and outside walls. While it may be tempting, DONT throw out the drywall cut out of the walls, it will be replaced. Little things like adding orange peel to the drywall and matching the surface of the outside wall were also done. They system was pressure tested and finished. I have had no leaks and have gotten used to the slight delay in hot water due to pipes now running thru the ceiling. Herrell does not use PEX but rather CPVC which has been around for decades. I will be using them for any future plumbing work.

Tech John W called me within 5 minutes and was very understanding of my situation. Had my clients pipe fixed and worked very clean. We were back up and running by 7:30pm. Highly recommend as this was my 3rd call to find the right plumber. Frank Gay and Rinaldi were my first 2 calls. Herrel Plumbing has earned a lifelong customer. I have been in construction most of my life. I was pleasantly surprised from my first call how everything went so smoothly with Herrell Plumbing. They were able to come the next morning after I called late, the day before to switch out my water heater that was leaking.Their techs were extremely experienced and the quality of work was some of the best I have seen in years. I have worked with tons of plumbers at many projects. Many of them usually do sloppy work and want to rush the job. The Lead Tech Bill B. and Tim Craig were definitely some of the best i have experienced in many aspects. They knew exactly what to do, went above and beyond and even swept out the garage. Trust me that rarely if ever happens! Call Herrell and ask for Bill B or Tim R if you want to have a stress free experience!

We called at 9 am to have a toilet fixed. The supervisor called back by 930 to advise us our service window was between 10 am and 12 pm.Our plumber arrived and resolved our issue by 1030 am.I know sometimes its luck of the draw, but the fact that the receptionist was courteous, was able to give us an estimate ($150-$250) and the supervisor called us back in 30 minutes made all the difference. We never even got a call back from Westbrook.Ill be calling Herrell for all of our future plumbing needs.

I dont normally write reviews but this job experience was worthwhile. Bill, Josh and Clay did a fantastic job installing a bathtub at less than 1/4th the price of another large plumbing company. The entire team at HP is very professional. I plan to use them for all my plumbing work. Rehired them for my kitchen, Eric did a wonderful job and charged less than half what they had originally estimated. Who does that? !

Harrell Plumbing was the ONLY plumber that was available and that had actually returned my call. The plumber that actually came out Sebastian was very nice, didnt mind questions and had a very professional attitude. He was onsite within an hour and had me up and running within an hour. All the other plumbers I called said that I should wait till tomorrow morning when it was cheaper (The call was on a Sunday) - but I couldnt because I have dogs and I am not going to not have running water. Needless to say, I will not go with a plumber that says that. But that wasnt the case with Harrell, they were johnny on the spot and delivered. Even explained what and why my issue happened and created a resolution that would keep me from having that problem again. KUDOS to Sebastian at Herrall Plumbing. Will definitely use again!

After calling about 15 places I finally picked Herrell because they were the only company that would give me the possible price ranges I would be looking at over the phone for various work. They are upfront and honest. I had a 30 year old water heater that finally kicked the bucket and I was dead set on only having it repaired. After talking with the tech (Sebastion) he pointed out all the visible damage mine had and told me if I was to repair it, it would absolutely break again and probably sooner than later and I would be wasting money, so I finally agreed to go with the new one. That proved to be a very good decision because the inside was cracked about about to fall apart in addition to whatever was already wrong with it, I never would have known. Im happy they were able to make me feel comfortable spending the neccessary money to make the best choice.

In March 2022, we hired Herrell Plumbing to install a new water heater and replace all the polybuthlene pipes with PVC in our new home. Previously, we had endured a two-week-long intrusive, messy, and stressful replumb job from another company at the place we rented, so we were really bracing ourselves for this experience.But Herrells was great—very professional, friendly, and communicative. The entire job was finished in two days, and the work was well done. Were very happy with Herrells and have even recommended them to our realtor so he can tell other prospective homebuyers about them.P.S. Our handyman had recommended Herrells to us because he had them do plumbing work on his own home. So consider this two positive reviews in one!

My house built in 50’s and difficult layout due to additions but obviously, NO JOB IS TOO BIG for HERRELL PLUMBING. I suspected something amiss when the hot water was not available when needed even with the timer on. I called The Leak Doctor and a slab leak was found leading from the hot water heater.I then called HERRELL and an estimate walk-thru by Bobby and Red was scheduled quickly, and WORK STARTED ON TIME and FINISHED IN TWO DAYS. BIG PLUS FOR ME.I’ve never met a nicer, polite and professional crew than Bobby, Red, Sebastian, Pete, JJ and Ruffian. Communication was phenomenal among them and if ran into problem, Red or Bobby was just a phone call away and then at the house.
