Ian did right by us, and super fast. In fact, the estimate for arrival was two hours but he got here in 30 minutes. Had the job done within an hour of that. Valve replacement and further pressure troubleshooting that led to unblocking the faucet handle valve as well. Great job! Highly recommend!

Noticed a leak from our upstairs tub on Sunday morning, Kevin helped coordinate for water intrusion company to come out to help us dry out the wall and he showed up later in the afternoon to help us figure out the issue and how to stop it from continuing to leak. We recently had a sewer backup that required urgent attention. Kevin and Ian with Grace Plumbing responded right away and were extremely professional and courteous. They quickly identified the issue using a sewer snake, a sewer camera, and a locator device which pointed out exactly where the issue was, which thankfully turned out to be a problem in the County sewer line. I would highly recommend Grace Plumbing to anyone looking for expert sewer cleaning services.

We had an issue with our sewer line when they ran new digital cable lines in front of the house. The owner Kevin answered his phone late at night and was able to come to the house first thing. He was very thorough and made sure it was clear where the blockage was and that it was coming from the counties side.He had to locate the sewer vent with a seesnake, which was in our front shrubs buried fairly deep. He ran multiple sized heads to clear the line and a camera to see what was causing the blockage.He was able to quickly get me all the information and evidence I needed to get the county to fix it the same day. Good guy, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber they can trust.Thanks for your help Kevin!

My garbage disposal was leaking water. I had researched the problem and came to the conclusion my 14 yr old disposal had old, cracked rubber gaskets. Ian came and said basically what I knew. I had recently moved in to my first home and I was shocked, when trying to get my washer and dryer installed, that the valve was no good. Ken was flexible and responsive when it came to scheduling, even being available the day I called. Straight forward, asked for pictures, gave a fair and affordable quote and for the job done in less then an hour while remaining informative and courteous. We recently got fiber internet through Metronet and when they came out to bury the fiber they hit a water line. Unfortunately, we didnt realize it until after the guy left. After calling metronet and the city, we waited on the city to come out. They finally came out at 10pm and advised us we needed a plumber because the damage was on the utility easement.We are newer homeowners and did not have a regular plumber. I did a google search and based on recent reviews, I called GRACE plumbing at 10:30pm on a Friday night. They actually answered and the gentleman I spoke to was kind and empathetic and said they could have someone out first thing Saturday morning.Ian was the employee who came out to do the job. He reached out to communicate his arrival time to me, was personable and patient, allowing me to take photos as he worked, to submit to Metronet. He was efficient, thorough, and did quality work. After the job was complete he waited to make sure everything was working like it should before leaving.The repair cost $525 plus a fee for using my Debit card, bringing the total to $543 and some change. I felt this was reasonable due to the last minute appointment for a Saturday morning.I would use GRACE plumbing again for future needs and would recommend them and Ian to anyone needing work done.

We had a slow, annoying leak into the toilet bowl from a faulty fill valve in the toilet tank which needed to be replaced. Generally an easy fix except for the fact that the water shutoff valve also needed to be replaced. I called a number of plumbers but it wasnt until I reached Kevin at Grace Plumbing on the phone and he had me text photos of the toilet that things started coming together for us. John called us, came to our house and quickly, and honestly accessed the situation and fixed both issues. John was personable, friendly and took care of business. Kevin of Grace Plumbing was able to assist in a situation that was impossible to accomplish on our own with tools we could have rented ourselves. He came over and was extremely friendly laying out what was going to happen and diagnosed the issue with ease. Not only was the issue fixed in just under 5 minutes, but he was extremely thorough in making sure the issue would not come up again. After sometime trying to find the main water line we ended up having to remove the toilet inside. Wow! This company was awesome! We are on septic and had 2 toilets in our mainhouse, a toilet in our mother-in-law apartment, and all 3 showers that did not want to drain for anything. I spent an entire Saturday plunging, tried RidX, liquid plumber down the showers, etc. to no avail.I called Grace Plumbing late Saturday night, they asked me plenty of questions to try and understand the issue. They also explained ahead of time what the problem and solutions may be. I was told they would be out tomorrow (sunday) morning. Of course, thinking I would be sitting around waiting all day, I prepared myself. To my pleasant surprise, Kevin called me at 9:45 to let me know he would be here in 10-15min, and he was!Kevin was very personable and helpful. He is a great guy with an incredible heart. Because he knew a weekend call could be quite pricey, he offered that I can write a review so that he can apply a discount to my invoice. I was also pleased to find out they have a military discount as well for my husband. My husband works out of town so he wasnt here for the repair, but Kevin thanked him wholeheartedly for his service. I actually called them about an unexpected leak that we found in our home one night. I looked them up on google and read a couple of the reviews and I decided to give them a call next morning. I have to stress it is hard to find good help. I spoke with Kevin for the first time about the issue, he was extremely knowledgeable about the situation.He recommended Gary from damage control to assess the situation (also another helpful person). We thought the leak was in one part of our home-wrong. It spread in different areas of the house after the assessment from damage control. They did everything quickly. Great experience! Pipe burst leading into hot water heater on a Friday evening (why does this always happen on Friday night?). Saturated the entire wall. Called Grace, they promised to show up with 30 minutes to take a look at it. Less than 25 minutes later the owner, Kevin, was at my house. The copper pipe was the original pipe and had degraded to the point that it had burst. Within an hour he had taken the old copper pipe off in a way that left all of the good copper and had replaced the bad area (had to cut out section of wall to replace).During the whole thing, kevin was very professional and did his best to keep the costs as low as possible (for a late Friday evening emergency job). Great service, any other plumbing needs Ill definitely be starting with grace plumbing.

Grace plumbing is absolutely excellent! We had a toilet overflow at night and were calling every emergency plumber in the area. Grace plumbing were the only ones who not only answered but set something up set something up with us right away. I spoke with Kevin at 12 o’clock in the morning and when I explained to him what was happening he then gave me a quick diagnostic of what he thought was happening which made me feel at ease. He was out in a few hours to do all the work and gave us recommendations on water damage control. He gave us a deal on getting all the work done and he replaced our flexible hoses with pex.
