We had an emergency plumbing issue on Friday evening. The technician (Jacob) responded after hours to help us out. I must say Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable. He introduced himself with a smile and proceeded to troubleshoot the issue at hand explaining himself as he went along. He isolated the issue & continued with the repair in an expedient manner. Thanks to Jacob we had the water back on with minimal interruption. I have had numerous technicians out for some sort of service call throughout my adult life. NONE of them come close to extending the courtesy / customer service that Jacob displayed. As a former HVAC Tech, I hope I was half as squared away as this young technician is. Thanks for you help, Jack

Eddy did the plumbing for our bathroom renovation and did a fantastic job! From the new shower head and wand, toilet install, to sink faucets, he took his time and you can tell how much he truly cares about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. We ran into an issue with one of the sinks not having a cold water supply line (weird setup as it’s an older house) but he was able to remedy it and did a beautiful job.We’re so thankful to have had him as our plumber and will definitely be using him in the future. Im posting this because I was given this business through Lowes to install a water softener and I was extremely impressed from the moment they got assigned. They contacted me immediately scheduled me immediately and when I had questions spent a lot of time answering my questions. When I called to follow up to make sure appointment scheduled would be as scheduled immediately return my phone call were extremely knowledgeable and again discussed questions I had about installation and the water softener. Very knowledgeable responsive professional been in business I think it was 25 plus years and I would recommend them to anyone very honest great customer service!

This is the 3rd time that I have used First Quality Plumbing and they will be my number one choice to call whenever I need any plumbing work done in my house. This company is by far provides the best service that I have seen in Florida. George has always done a wonderful job and is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and expedient in his work. The company is always on time and consistent in their quality. If you want a great plumber I highly recommend First Quality Plumbing. They are now on my speed dial.

We called first quality because they were a Rheem warranty approved plumber. When they arrive to repair our water heaters it was determined that the motherboard were fried from a power surge. They immediately ordered parts from the manufacturer. Unfortunately the manufacturer was out of parts indefinitely and I requested two new water heaters of the same brand. They had the water heaters shipped overnight and installed the next day. They also needed to work with the manufacturer for my warranty issue in order for me to get a refund on the parts out of stock. John the service manager has been excellent to work with and has followed up every step of the way. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs in our Florida home.

A large project can be a challenge for a homeowner and having a professional company with competent employees with good attitudes makes the process much better. Duane was great and took the time to make sure any questions I had were answered, and even asked if I had any other plumbing concerns he could help with. I called First Quality Plumbing due to the fact we purchased a new washer/dryer and the tech refused to install them because he said our valves were leaking and we needed to get a plumber to come out. While we didnt see any leaks, I did the due diligence and called First Quality Plumbing to come out & inspect and fix what may be wrong...and also took advantage of the service call to get our water heater flushed. Eddie, the plumber that arrived, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and transparent in the work that he did. He put our minds at ease by showing us thoroughly that the valves were perfectly fine and did NOT need to be replaced. He also was transparent in showing the sediment that had accumulated in our water heater over the years. He didnt try to upsell or do a job that wasnt needed. I will definitely call First Quality Plumbing again and ask for Eddie if any other issues arise. I appreciate the honesty and also how punctual they are too.

First Quality installed a water softener. Installer was on time and efficient. Installation was neat and professional. A sign I consider important in any installation is leaving a clean work area after. The area was left spotless. I would not use anyone else for my plumbing needs.
