Called the office on Tuesday, appointment was scheduled for Thursday but on Wednesday received a call from Mr. Figueroa that a time had opened and he could come to the house to look at the issue. He showed up explained what had to be done, provided estimate for a toilet repair and a garbage disposal replacement. Accepted estimate which was fair and reasonable. He was very efficient managing the time and completing the work including cleanliness of the work area. Mr. Figueroa was very respectful and professional also provided some tips on what to avoid to extend the life of the items. I have found the plumbing company and plumber for my plumbing needs.

Today was my first time using the services of El Plomero Latino. Franklin did a Great Job in discovering a leak coming from a copper pipe in a wall behind my water heater. Prior to this service, I had two independent plumbers (one from a business which contains the name Michaels (which quoted me an outrageous fee for fixing the issue) and a quote from an independent plumber. Both of them misdiagnosed where the original leak was coming from. Franklin was very thorough and diligent in researching and explaining the origination of the leak. Franklin came out to inspect a shower cartridge installation that I did. He said it was installed properly but throughout the night the shower head kept dripping. So I called the dispatcher and Franklin directly the next day and he was here within an hour. He came and replaced the cartridge with an authentic Moen part and made sure it wasn’t leaking before he left. He was extremely friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.I strongly recommend Franklin to anyone that needs a plumber called to there house. He will be my parents plumber moving forward. I can not speak to if it was a good price or not because other companies charge over $100 just to give a quote which makes it hard to compare prices so i gave the job to the company that wasnt trying to force me to use them by charging a high refundable service fee if you go through with the repair. Latin plumbers is refundable as well but only around $40
