Matt was a Godsend for my business over these last few weeks. He took care of everything from Water Heater to sink Installation to leaks and grease trap. All at a competitive price and in a timely fashion. He never misses the opportunity to go above and beyond and was not only a plumber to me during this past couple of weeks as we prepared for our inspections but also a friend. He kept me sane and ensured that unforeseen issues were rectified quickly. Thank you, Matt. Definitely recommend.

Water heater went right after Milton. 2 hours later Matt had his Techs out to replace. They did an OK job, but Matt came out to follow up to make the system more robust. He offered me a 10 year parts and labor warranty as well which I accepted.

I had an emergency in the condo I owned the day before Memorial day 2024. I called two different Plumbers at 10:00 pm. One said he charges $700 and will be at condo 3:00 am !! The other said it is $1500 and will work 7:00 am in the morning.Then I called Matt from American Veteran Plumbing LLC at 11:00 pm. He listened to my problem and gave me direction to have a temporary solution till the morning.(1) In the morning Matt arrived in time predefined with his tech Gene.(2) Assessed the problem and sent me an email with pictures of the problem and cost to fix it, although I was standing next to him in my condo. He waived emergency fees from his estimate due to my Realtor referring him to me.I accepted the cost at once.(3) During the repair Matt communicated to me another problem that needs further work in the same professional way through pictures of the problem and it’s extra cost.I agreed immediately. Whenever I have problem in water leaking I need to fix it quickly.I guess every customer would love to have had Matt as his plumber.Why ?That’s due toReport in advance with pictures, competitive cost, acting professionally and fast when problem out of ordinary shows up.Most importantly, Matt, whom I believe is a Master Plumber DOES NOT capitalize on your pain.I had an emergency when I called him he didn’t start his response by this is an emergency call and tomorrow is Memorial Day, a National holiday, then my fees are the double, like the other two !!!Instead he listened and gave a temporary help.After job was done, Gene the technician cleaned the place very well.I asked Gene to give me an estimate for an extra job for replacing vanities because Matt had to leave early for another job. Estimate came to be $1600.00That was my first experience with American Veterans Plumbing LLC.+++++++++++++++++++++++++Then in September 2024 decided to repipe my condo.Please, keep reading.In 2019 I have had an estimate to repipe. Estimate was $5000.00 in November. I decided to wait till 2020.In 2023, I found a company, that gave me an estimate for $4500.00 + $1500.00 to replace water heater from 1984. That estimate did not include dry wall repair. I asked that company si what I’m suppose to do for dry wall after you repipe and leave many cuts open in the walls and roof here and there. Response was simply hire a dry wall professional!! That’s an extra $1500.00. So total skyrocketed to $7500.00Now, let’s come back to Master Plumber Matt from American Veterans Plumber.I asked for estimate. Matt said $3700.00. ( keep in mind I am a returning customer). I asked would it make a difference if I pay cash?He replied it will be $ 3000.00.Matt started on September 23 rd, 2024. In the morning again he arrived in time with his two technicians Gene and I think Kevin.While Matt was giving order to cut where for repipe to his tech,I changed the main project on Matt.I asked him would you change vanities of the two bathrooms while repiping?Immediately, he accepted saying it makes repiping easier.Again, competitive cost, he bought two vanities, replaced old ones for $1300.00 (less than earlier estimate of $1600.00).Forgot to tell you that repipe cost of $3000.00 did not include change of water heater that I completely forgot about.Long story made short.Total work cost came down to $3000.00 repipe (that included closing all dry wall opening done ) + $1300.00 replacing new vanity+ $1000.00 water heater replace + warranty ten years.As usual Master Plumber, Matt and his team leave the place perfectly clean.I strongly recommend American Veterans Plumbing LLC, they are God send company.I’m so sorry Matt, I only graded your service 5 stars while it is 7 stars.

I had an issue with a water leak in my yard today and called my regular plumber that couldn’t come out until later in the week. After trying to call around to get someone out today if possible, thank goodness I found Matt. He told me he could have someone out within the hour. Well to my surprise they actually were! It issue was fixed and what a wonderful professional guy! I am so impressed that he is now my go to plumber! It is so refreshing to find that one person you can trust. My faith is restored!

I recently hired American Veteran Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service! We had a horrible clog that needed immediate attention, and he was able to come out the same day. He arrived promptly and resolved the issue within an hour. Matt and his team were true lifesavers for me, when the bathroom and bedroom in my rental property flooded, due to a broken fitting in my bathroom shower. They not only responded immediately, over the weekend, but also responded with genuine attention and care. Their quick response and inspection revealed that the contractor who renovated my bathroom shower did not install a shower pan liner, which caused the water escaping from the pipe to be pouring into the bare cement, until it ultimately caved way. Matt and his team went above and beyond to repair the situation — demoing the shower tile and concrete surrounding the drain; removing the existing broken fixtures and issues; installing a p-trap; reporting the concrete; and, replacing the shower tile/base. In addition to that though, due to my overwhelming concerns about the remaining bathrooms (renovated by the same contractor), they also installed silicone caulking along both upstairs shower bases to ensure I would not have to worry about possible future leaks. I could go on and on about all the urgent help they provided me with, but I just want people to know they exist, that their expertise is unmatched, and that they genuinely care. You could not be in better hands with this company, and I’m so grateful for them!

After a weekend of cold showers, first thing Monday mornin I called American Veteran Plumbing. Matt(owner) was super amazin all around. He and his crew were at my house within 2. hrs. Matt not only fixed the issue but also advised me on how to prevent it from happenin again. Matt and his crew had my tankless hot water heater up along with a filter system functionin within 4 hrs. Matt even helped out with pricing.I will definitely call them again for any services!
