I used 5 Star Air Quality & Plumbing LLC for some plumbing repairs. I was referred to them through my Home Warranty company. Pat and Nick have been a pleasure to work with. Rates are competitive! Nick will assess the situation and will explain what is goin on. Their schedules are tight and because of this scheduling can be difficult. Being flexible with your appointment time is a must. Regardless, I will be using them for future projects!

I was very pleased with the work we had completed by 5 Star Plumbing. Nick arrived on time and went above and beyond, providing me with options and answering all my questions. His thoughtful response to my plumbing issue resulted in an affordable solution where another plumber might have found my repair needs an easy target for an unnecessarily expensive and complex repair job. I highly recommend this company, and Nick in particular. Five stars across the board.

Nick was timely, friendly and very professional. He explained to us what is likely causing the water heater alarm to go off on occasion (condensation) & to keep an eye on it. There were no leaks. He also told us of the companys other services & the price (great prices!). Should we need work done in the future- we will request Nick!.

I used these guys through my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Nick & Nick Jr. were on time and were definitely working some long hours. They made us a priority and came out at 8 PM on a Friday. They fixed the problem with our plumbing quick!! They were very professional! They definitely will make it easy for me to remember “5 Star Air Quality & Plumbing,” for any future issues I might have! Highly recommend this company and these men!!

I have had my ups and downs with the companies that are assigned under my home warranty with American Home Shield. Thankfully, 5 Star Air Quality & Plumbing are one of those ups! The motor on my whirlpool tub went now that we finally want to use it -- the usual it sits for ages, finally gets used and immediately breaks. 5 Star worked with me with scheduling while I handled some access issues with the tub (my fault not theirs) and then they were quick to schedule as soon as I was ready. From there, they identified the problem quickly, clearly explained it to me (so few companies do this) and sent the part to be fixed. I was pleasantly surprised when the fixed motor was ready early and Nick and team were back in no time with the install. 5 Star again went out of their way to make sure that I was happy and even had good suggestions for other preventative maintenance that I could perform. Moreover, in this COVID-19 environment, 5 Star were respectful and wore the appropriate protective gear. This is definitely a company that I would want to work with again and would further be willing to go directly to instead of playing the American Home Shield roulette game.

Nick has been to my home twice before and did great work!! Nick came to my home on 5/14 to repair a broken faucet in the backyard which was done to perfection!!! Not only did Nick do a great job with that he also took the time to get the old hose bib off my very long and expensive hose and also fixed my other irrigation faucet that was leaking. Well sometime over night the pipe cracked and water was pouring out from the pipe. I called back and actually spoke to Nick and told him what happened. He was back at the house, got the pipe fixed, and suggested that I call the water department to tell them of the pipe and to see if the water charges pertaining to that could be waived and if not they would eat the cost of the water!!!!! What company does such a thing!!!! All I can say is that Nick is PHENOMENAL and 5 star will be my go to company!!! Pat in the office is equally wonderful!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Such an amazing company!!!! Nick is the best!!!

Nick at 5 Star installed a Moen Flo whole house water shut off and conservation system on behalf of my insurance company. They communicated fully prior to coming on schedule, showed up on time and completed the work as promised. Nick explained what he would be doing and kept me in the loop as work progressed. At the end of the install, he explained how to use the system and some advice for maintenance. Excellent in all ways.

I have used others services and being a construction professional I have seen many many a/c crews. I used to use DelAir for everything. I thought bigger meant better and more experience. But it does not; bigger just means cost more and they have more excuses for mistakes with a bigger crew. 5 Star is a small company with an owner (Nick) that also works as hard to get the job done as his team. He vets his crews and takes care to keep the best so when someone comes to your home you know that you are getting someone as good as the owner to work on your A/C or your Plumbing. They have both services. I am glad I made the switch. They installed my entire A/C system (Replacement and added the required duct work for a stronger unit) and are my on-going maintenance go to. I have used them for years. You will be happy with their honesty and their fair value.

American Home Shield sent me the information for Five Star. I immediately looked them up and was happy with all the positive reviews. I can say, everyone that has experienced Nick as their tech was right! He came right over on time, respecting social distance, mask, and gloves! He introduced himself and went to work. I thought it would take hours, but no; Nick not only knows what he’s doing, he knows how to get it done in a timely manner. I had a leaky bathroom pipe, the inside of two toilet bowls tanks’ needed new parts, new handle one one toilet, not sure how, but the base of one toilet used to move, Nick fixed that too! I have a leak under my kitchen sink, he ordered the part. Nick was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Five Star made an excellent move when they hired Nick. I would use and recommend this company time and time again!

The toilet had to be replaced. Unfortunately my Home Warranty would not cover the replacement!!! Please understand Frustration!!
