We woke up to a wet floor and discovered our water heater had a leak. Western heating, air & plumbing was able to get someone out with an hour or so. Seth was awesome. Very professional and explained things in a clear and simple way for me to understand. The costs were explained clearly and they helped me find a coupon from their website! Seth was ready to make the repairs when I decided I should probably replace the current 25 year old water heater. He was able to reach his manager and move things around to get the install done that same day. I waited several weeks to write this. Everything is working great. And he fixed some piping too. I really appreciate the quick response. From the woman that took my initial call, to Seth the technician, it was a seamless transaction. I feel the pricing is fair. I feel confident in their work. The first fix didn’t resolve the issue, but we understood that diagnosing the problem might take some time. Western sent out another technician—Ben—who was outstanding. He is kind, easygoing, and takes the time to not only find a solution but also explain the process in a clear and understandable way. Ben thoroughly inspected the unit and had it working perfectly before he left. To our surprise, he made his visit complimentary and even included a free air filter. On top of that, he shared his personal number in case we experience any further issues. I’ve never encountered this level of service anywhere else. A big thanks to Ben for being exceptional at his job and an all-around great person!

Payson did an amazing job with our maintenance check today. Caught two pretty severe issues with our unit, with the disconnect arching which posed a serious safety issue and our compressor amps being way too high, past the manufacturers standard. Payson did a thorough inspection & a great job at explaining these two issues and providing photos of the issues and the rest of the inspection he performed which provided peace of mind. He gave us two quotes, which is always nice to have options, being our unit was installed a year ago today we went with the best option and he was able to get it done right then. Very pleased and will be asking for Payson on each bi-annual maintenance inspection we have!

We were happy with our furnace tune ups and the price for the tune ups.Although, we will have to have almost 3000.00 dollars worth of repairs done on both furnaces, we will be scheduling an appointment for that tomorrow.Mike the technician was very nice and professional and he did his job well.We have a big house so it requires 2 furnaces.We had your company replace them about 18 yrs. ago.So, they have lasted a long time. Our issue seemed complex and after thoroughly going through every component and still not finding what was causing the issue, he called some peers and they seemed to work together to try a few new things. He was very thorough in discussion my issue and explaining how the system worked and how his diagnostic process worked. He was patient with me in working to schedule further appointments, and didn’t leave until we had everything settled. I really appreciated my experience with José. We have had a very finicky heater/thermostat problem. It would work fine maybe half the time and sometimes it would never kick on at all, although it was set to ON or automatic.I submitted a request online for an estimate/service call, on a Friday, early in the evening. The receptionist was quick to get in contact with us, that same evening. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and was able to schedule someone to come out to us the very next day.Devante was sent to our home to assess and diagnose the problem. He was extremely thorough, and took lots of time to look at our entire system, making sure that he did all of the different tests to get down to the real problem.(No added charges for everything he had to do!)He did a great job, and was able to explain everything to us in a way that we understood. We ended up having a furnace that was overheating. It did also have some other things that would likely become a problem in the future, but he did not once make us feel pressured to replace unnecessary parts, OR even suggest we get a whole new system.Our HVAC system is old, but we were unaware of that, as this was our first time having the system serviced since we have lived in this home. Knowing that its on its last leg, and the motor and other parts would likely be on their way out, my spouse and I decided it would be best to go ahead and replace the whole system.Devante never pressured us into making any particular decisions, to fix extra parts that did not need immediate attention, or tried to up sale us, and WE LOVE THAT!He was very professional, and did the most thorough job. He was then able to get a hold of the other employee, who will come help us choose what new system works best for us.AND THEY DID ALL OF THIS ON A SATURDAY & SUNDAY!We are very happy & impressed by the services we have received by all of the employees at Western Heating, Air & Plumbing! ⭐

I absolutely love this company. They are quick to respond and each employee I interact with is easy to get along with, professional, and knowledgeable. I called for a tune up of my AC unit and furnace. I knew there was a chance it would need to be replaced. They inspected both equipment and unfortunately they did have to be replaced, but with a turn of luck they were able to have someone else come out and give us a quote the same day. I appreciate all their hard work and how quickly they got the new units in because the AC kicked the bucket the day after we booked our appointment. I highly recommend this company!

I am a subscriber to Westerns subscriber service. A technician came and did a furnace cleaning. After the air conditioner did not work. I called and explained the urgency and what had occurred, Western then went out of their way to quickly send another technician to resolve the issue. They came and within a short period of time diagnosed that it was their mistake. They were honest and careful to repair the mistake at no charge. Jose is particularly good to work with, he is very knowledgeable and does a good job of explaining things in lay terms so you can make an informed decision.

I am a “YouTube University” DIY guy so it’s very rare that I call a guy. After I figured out what was wrong with my furnace and did all of the DIY things I could do, I called these guys to help figure out why my furnace has been “Short Cycling”. Jimmy came out and did a great job of evaluating what was wrong and then explained it to me in a way that totally made sense and verified that I was correct as to why it was short cycling. This allowed me to trust these guys to be honest and deal straight. I will need a new furnace but I know why and feel good about buying one from Western Heating and Air.

Western Heating, Air, & Plumbing provided outstanding service during every part of the process! The sales representative answered all of my questions when he came to give me a bid. He actually listened to my concerns, found creative solutions to them, and was super responsive when I called with additional questions. The scheduling process was fast and easy. The technicians went above and beyond as well. They came on time, worked consistently throughout the day, and did a lot of little extra things to make sure that my system would function optimally. They made sure everything worked and that I understood how to operate and maintain the new system before they left. They cleaned everything up (even vacuumed my carpet) before they left. I was also impressed by the genuine courtesy, honesty, and respect they exhibited toward me and toward one another. This was a great experience!

I was very impressed with Western in general, and with Tyler and Brandon (our installers) specifically. After 20 years, my old air conditioner gave out, and of course it would happen when it was 95 degrees outside. Western was able to come the next morning, provide me with my options, and get me scheduled for a full new install within 2 days. When they came, Tyler and Brandon were very efficient and respectful as they worked. They made sure to explain what they would need to do, and gave me updates on how things were going. When they were done, they made sure everything was working right before leaving, and made sure that they didn’t leave any mess behind. I was very appreciative of their hard work, especially in a VERY hot house, and with Western helping us out so quickly.

I introduced them to the exterior and interior settings where they would install the new Daikin heat pump and mini-split head. Each had his own tools, and they set to work, Shawn largely on the inside and Bernie on the outside. What followed was the frequent sound of drilling and the gradual exterior appearance of electrical connections, air transfer conduits, the wall-mounted central unit, and a drain pipe. Inside, the wall-mounted head unit was newly prominent in the family room. By 3:30 p.m., the through-the-wall installlation was complete and 60-degree air was blowing into the room (a test, quickly followed by 73-degree air)--first-ever AC in that part of the house. I thanked Shawn and Bernie for sharing their expertise in my wife and my behalf. They had worked with efficient synchrony, including cleanup before departing. All in all, we considered their work first-rate!

TLDR - Brenan at Western Heating, Air & Plumbing saved us from buying a new system (and a $17,000 - $25,000 bill as quoted from another local company). Our issue was resolved and repaired quickly and for a much lower cost.What happened:We noticed the house becoming increasingly hotter during the hot summer, and we also noticed very low air flow coming through the vents. (Our system is about 11 years old.)We called another local company to come and inspect our system to see if there were any issues. The tech from the other company couldnt figure out what wrong because he was getting inconsistent readings from his equipment. Because he couldnt understand them, he called a co-worker to get his opinion on the issue. After talking with his co-worker, they decided that the issue was a blocked coil in our furnace. However, he didnt really do any due-diligence to verify that was the issue. Instead, he recommended we replace the A/C unit (since that would include a new coil) or that we replace the whole system. The sales rep from the company met with us later that day, and tried to sell us an upgraded system for $25K. When we asked for a quote so we could comparison shop, the salesperson got really dodgy, and didnt want to give us the quote. It seemed like a major red flag.So, we decided to get another opinion from Western Heating. They sent out a technician the next day. Brenan came to our house, and we gave him the information the previous company had given us. He told us his goal was to see if he could do a repair for less money rather than install a brand new system before it was needed, and he was going to do his own checks to verify what the actual issue might be.Brennan was very thorough and went through several tests to narrow down the issue. He made some minor adjustments to our air flow, and he was able to show us the before and after results, and it was already much better! It was nice to see that he actually looked at the manufacturing instructions for our unit and he had data to back up his findings and conclusions.Ultimately, he recommended we replace our condenser on the A/C unit to give us an even better result, and to hopefully, give us more time with the system we currently have.We agreed with the repair, and after the fix, he took even more readings and showed us we were now in the recommended ranges as suggested for our system.We know well have to replace our system in the next few years, but I really appreciated that Brennan took the time to diagnose our actual issue and he saved us from having to replace the whole system right away. What could have been a five-figure cost, ended up being less than $500. And we definitely feel like the issue is fixed.Moral of the story: highly recommend you get multiple opinions when things dont seem right. So glad we were able to get an honest opinion from Brenan and this company.

This is the 2nd time I have used Western Heating, Air and Plumbing to tune up my AC system. Both times the interaction and work has been excellent. The communication on what is being seen and done is top notch. I got an email with pictures of the measurements and what the Technician was seeing while doing the work.

My AC unit was out for over a week when Justin came by. We’d been quoted a very expensive quote to fix with a competitor, and Western beat that price by A LOT. Justin was so patient with me and was prepared to do the work right away which was sooo convenient for us. All in all a 10/10 experience.

Hunter went above and beyond in enuring that our A/C was fully functioning. And when I saw above and beyond, I dont know anyone else who would work until 1:00 AM just to make sure that our unit was producing cold air during a very hot week. Not only that, he came back a few days later to replace a component that he didnt have onhand during the previous visit. We will definitely be calling Western Heating & Air for future needs!

Brayan and Miguel were awesome. They installed the new HVAC unit for my mom quickly and efficiently. They were professional and courteous through the entire process. Brayan was helpful and patient explaining to mom how to use her new thermostat and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Western and especially Brayan and Miguel !!

Jose arrived on time and diagnosed quickly. He was incredibly friendly and was happy to discuss the nature of our problem. The replacement parts weren’t available locally and had a two week delivery timeline. But Jose and team located a part about 30 miles away and made the trip to get it. Once they arrived with the part, our AC was fixed quickly. I’m beyond grateful as our temperatures were in the mid 90s. Jose and team are ballers!
