Wyatt, was absolutely a pleasure. He was very careful with my home. He obviously knew what he was doing. I had a wiring problem that seemed to be difficult to figure out. He walked 3 stores up to the roof 6 or so times. He was at my house for a good 3.5 hours and I could see he was going the extra mile to test everything 100%. Zack, Austin & Adien installed a motor home plug that allows me to use the motor home as an extra guest house.They also ran an additional wire back to an automatic transfer switch they had installed for me earlier.This will allow my 7500 amp motor home generator provide power to my home after the solar batteries lose power.They also ran a Cat 5 cable to my son’s office that allows faster speed for work & gaming.Even though the had to cut don holes on walls & ceilings they covered them back up & arranged for a drywaller to come repair the sheetrock. They Thoroughly cleaned up all that they did to make it look like they had never been here. Overall, they did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of electrical work done.

Great service and expertise, with rapid service.We called for repair on our AC, but on inspection found that the unit was so old and in poor repair that it was time for a replacement. They had someone there the same day to walk us through the options and give us a competitive bid. The new install started 2 days later. When they ran into technical issues with the new equipment, they bought us some cooling fans as a temporary measure, free of charge. They worked LONG hours to get us up and running.Kevin and Kody were amazing and went above and beyond to help me out. They helped me carry a table outside, totally unrelated to their work.Great company, they will keep getting my business.

What a great company to work with. My request for an estimate on a new furnace was responded to quickly by Andy. He was helpful when he came to create the quote, and educated me about the options. No hard sell tactics, which was great. Within a week we scheduled the install around my schedule. Malachi and Joe showed up on time and were again helpful in explaining the install process and careful to be respectful of my house and property. The professionalism and skill was obvious, and they answered my questions and finished up paying attention to details. I’d recommend this company to anyone. Called Black Diamond to have a ceiling fan installed. Usually a fairly simple task for a trained technician. This install was very difficult due to the fan being installed on a first floor of a townhouse with no access above the ceiling. Black Diamond dispatched Ryan to my home to complete the install and I’m glad they did. He was on time, very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and took great care to not cause any collateral damage to the sheet rock during this installation. Ryan also cleaned up after his work and left the work area immaculate. If you need any electrical work done you’d be very happy to have Ryan do it for you!! Great job!!!

We had a whole house steam humidifier installed. Chris came out and explained the pros and cons of each system thoroughly. Justin and Malakai installed the system and the complete process went smooth with no major hiccups. They made sure to leave our home the way they found it. They wore booties over there shoes and cleaned up the area they worked in when the install was complete. I work in the same industry and pay close attention to detail, and these guys made sure that everything was done right, and before leaving made sure we understood how to operate the system. We will be using Black Diamond in the future for all our service needs, and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Called at 8am, Chris Sr. Was here by 10:35am. Dispatch called to let me know he was 30 minutes out, they also sent me a link that showed his location so I could watch him come. Upon arrival he was courteous and thorough! I needed him to hit a clogged clean out with a snake, which he did quickly. We tested to verify everything was flowing properly and he was on his way under an hour. Chris Sr. also took the time to explain his observations, and how we can prevent clogs from reoccurring. I called back that evening to tell them we could smell propane and they sent out a new tech first thing the next morning. I would like to highly recommend Black Diamond experts. We had a mystery leak in our basement utility room and called a plumber to come and diagnose the problem. After paying $80 for the service call with no answers, we reached out to Black Diamond Experts. The plumber’s name was Ryan and after about 15 minutes he suggested checking the water softener. Sure enough it was leaking during the regeneration phase. We had almost pulled up all the tile and Ryan’s expertise saved us. There was no charge for the service call and we naturally chose them to replace the unit! Don’t waste your time using anyone else! Bravo Black Diamond!

They explained what was going to happen and timelines. Clearly they were experienced — this used propane and they were prepared for that. Max and Riley had the old furnace out and new one in in 6 hours without creating a mess or inconveniencing us in any way. Nice touches included duct work that even I knew was better, adding insulation, and registering the furnace with the manufacturer. I called Black Diamond after getting four different bids and a lot of conflicting, confusing, high priced rhetoric. He was really personable and easy to talk to, and he showed me the issues with the system as soon as he found them. Even though the repair was pricey (we knew it would be), we moved forward with it. The second appointment for the repair ran longer than I anticipated, and Greg was totally fine with rescheduling to finish servicing the outside unit after the repairs. Five stars! Henry arrived for an annual inspection of our HVAC system and was very thorough in performing the analysis. He talked to me in depth about the items he found to be concerning and documented everything into an email for me. We discussed options and possible times that things may happen. Nothing catastrophic going on, but time is not going to be helpful for the system unless we implement some changes to the system. Henry did not give us the impression that this was a sometime that we needed to get done immediately. But that we also would be better off not waiting too long, as we discussed, time is not friendly to an already failing system.

I have now used this company’s AC/furnace both outside and mini- Split, electric including new fuse box and multiple new outlets/ car charger installation/ updated 240 where needed over numerous months and projects. I can’t say enough positive about the services, the professionalism, consideration and absolute sticking with the quoted price. I can say they went above and beyond as I was not always as prepared as I could have been.Electric Bryan and others, HV and all associated services Rick, Joe, Patrick and others. We had an amazing experience with Black Diamond. The power went out in our kitchen on Sunday morning and they had someone here within about an hour. Our electricians name was Kyle Shaw and he was fantastic. He was very friendly and hands-on. He answered all of my questions and explained everything that he was doing. It was very reassuring. He even braved our horrible attic to solve the problem. The whole situation was really painless and informative. It was especially refreshing after calling Any Hour and being told that, in fact, they did not provide service at any hour. Ill definitely go back to Black Diamond for any service I need in the future.

Todd and his helper were very polite, clean and efficient. They installed soffit lighting in the eaves of my home. After the job was finished it looked amazing. Placement of fixtures and photo cells were perfect. I can hardly see the fixtures in the day light. I suggested that they come back at night and take pictures for their brochure. I would recommend them to anyone. They showed up when promised, called 30 minutes prior to arrival and worked non-stop until the job was completed. Pricing was very competitive and they beat my other bids. I went with them based on appearance, cleanliness and the looks of their truck. I’m so glad that I did. We are very happy customers!!👍👌😃😃

We liked the job he did so much that we signed up to become black diamond members -- which lead to a discussion toward replacing our 16 year old Rinnai with a brand new one by the end of this month.
