Luckily, Ive found a dentist I trust and recently, I discovered an amazing plumber. One morning, I turned on the shower and my toilet began to bubble like a witchs cauldron, with nothing but water boiling over. Attempts to flush or plunge were unsuccessful, leading to increasing stress. My previous experiences with plumbers had been less than satisfactory, leaving me out of pocket and disappointed with the quality of work. I decided to search for local plumbers online and came across a company that caught my eye. After going through several positive reviews, I thought it was worth a try. Douglas got back to me early in the morning. When I explained the toilets issues, he identified it as a main pipe blockage. Despite a full schedule, he managed to squeeze me in between appointments. The team arrived promptly at my house, and within just over an hour, they had removed the toilet and cleared the blockage for a fair price. However, they found another issue when they removed the toilet - the pipe underneath the house was broken, and another pipe was crudely jammed in as a makeshift fix. There was no flange, and Douglas agreed that this was far from ideal. I immediately expressed my wish to have it fixed. I needed to arrange another appointment for this, which was a little over a month away as I needed to save some money for the second repair. When I requested an appointment for a later date, Douglas insisted it should be fixed sooner. I explained my financial situation, and he surprisingly offered to split the cost over two payments. I was taken aback - this was an amazing gesture that increased my trust in him even more. So, the repairs will be carried out next week and Ill have it paid off by the end of the month. Douglas, the plumber, did an outstanding job. He was on time, polite, and highly professional. He was tasked with installing a new toilet, which he did swiftly and efficiently. Once out of the box, he knew exactly what needed to be done and got to work, installing the toilet in no time. After installation, he made sure to flush it a couple of times to confirm there were no leaks. The toilet now looks superb, as can be seen in the attached photo. This was my first time using this particular plumbing and heating service, but I would certainly reach out to them again. douglas was extremely patient with us, answering all our queries in detail, which we really appreciated as seniors. The cost of labor was reasonable as well. We would rate him 5 stars without a second thought. We will definitely recommend this plumbing and heating service to our neighbors and family.
