Called K-Tech plumbing because we hired a plumber who was unable to snake our drains. We were scheduled quickly. The night before they came my husband (trying to appease his wife who, insisted she needed new valves for the bathroom sink) broke the the piping trying to remove the old one. The tech was so gracious and fixed it before snaking the drains and saved the day for our painters who had no water to clean their equipment. Their pricing was phenomenal as well! Highly recommend. Jesse Smith and Sawyer Harris!

I was very impressed with the service and quality of work from K-Tech Plumbing. This was my first job with them, and they installed a water softener I purchased from Home Depot at a significantly lower price than the company Home Depot sent over. Im very happy I shopped around. The tech who provided my estimate (Sawyer) was thorough and knowledgeable, as was the tech (Joe) who came a few days later to do the installation. Plus, they have a 6-month warranty on their labor, even when I didnt buy the softener from them. This company is my new plumbing go-to.

Joe put in a new hot water tank and whole house hot water circulating system. Now we have almost instant hot water at every faucet. Also plenty of hot water. He carefully explained all our options and helped us pick just what we needed. He installed everything including replacing a leaky bathroom faucet in half a day. We are quite pleased.

Our water heater of 27 years finally began leaking and needed replacement. I received several quotes for the job and selected K-Tech. Joe spent a large amount of time explaining what would be done in replacing the water heater and what options were available; he also patiently answered all of my questions. Two days later, Joe returned to install the water heater and replace the shutoff valves in our house. All the work was done well and promptly. When a water supply line began leaking the following week, Joe was able to come out to repair it the very next morning. Also, when I spoke with Leslie in the office, she was always very pleasant and helpful. In summary, they are a very good organization which performs good and prompt repairs. I would gladly use them for future plumbing repairs.

Swayer with K Tech came in yesterday to take care of multiple issues. Some of them required some detective work on his end. Bottom line, he was great. He patiently walked through the myriad of problems we had and made quick a solid solutions. He quickly fixed most the problems right away. The one he couldnt address immediately, will be finished as soon as the part arrives. He also noticed a handful of things like loose handles which he quickly fixed as he went. Great experience- Highly recommend!

From start to finish, K-Tech Plumbing was friendly, efficient and highly responsive to our plumbing needs/issues. We had a Noritz on-demand water heater flushed and serviced for regular maintenance (way overdue). Secondly, Jesse, K-Techs plumbing technician did some diagnostics to determine why we were getting temperamental clogging and overflowing water in our basement sink. He recommend sewer treatment with Root X (or the like containing copper sulfate) treatment to likely kill roots in the sewer pipe that may be causing intermittent backup of water buildup. Work is guaranteed for 90days, too! Would highly recommend K-Tech plumbing! Thank you, Jesse, for awesome, effective and friendly service in our home today!

They were able to schedule the service 2 days after I agreed to the work, and get it done in around 8 hours. We had them install a new water heater and softener and they both went above and beyond helping us to clear out the amber beads clogging up all our drains after our previous water conditioner broke. I would recommend K-Tech Plumbing I had a what I thought a leak in my kitchen to my basement and needed to have a plumber come out asap. I called three other companies before getting a hold of K-Tech. All of the other companies I called said they could not help for several days. K-Tech was friendly and prompt, after my call they had a technician at my home within an hour. The Tech was Sawyer Harris very nice guy and professional, he found the problem quickly and correct the issue. Great representative of the company will call them again!

K-Tech is dependable, fair, and provides high quality service. We only use K-Tech plumbing for all of our projects. They have replaced two water heaters and other plumbing fixtures and after years of use, they are still going strong. We switched to K-Tech because another large plumber in the area installed a faulty water heater that failed within a few years and flooded our finished basement. This other plumber took very little responsibility for their failure which ended up costing us a lot. We have only used since then and have been very pleased. We use K-Tech because they are honest and stand behind their work.

We are the Orem home that was the site for one of the tornados of the 5 Sept 2013 monster storm that passed north through Utah County. One thing the tordado on our house did was mess up our water heater! Turns out there is a relief valve that is pressure sensitive, and the tornado pressure created in our house broke it so the overflow was ON most of the time till the repair. K Tech sent out their technician (Adam) who provided superior service for us, checking and repairing not only the water heater, but also the the water system and plumbing for the whole house.The price from K Tech was great.
