My review is twofold. Utah Best Plumbing, the company associated with my home warranty, promptly responded when our bathtub began to back up. Julian, our friendly and helpful phone contact, promptly dispatched Brantley to our home. Brantley, along with his crew, soon discovered that our main sewer pipe had completely collapsed and required a full replacement, which inevitably included excavation services. Understandably, this situation grew complex and costly. We were presented with various options and their respective costs, and we agreed on what seemed to be the fair price for the services. However, upon the completion of the task, which involved the participation of 1) city inspectors, 2) an excavation crew, and 3) the plumbers, Brantley came up with a different final price than we initially anticipated. We discussed this discrepancy like gentlemen and reached a mutually acceptable compromise. Despite the complexity and expense of the job, I believe I received a fair market price and appreciated Brantleys professionalism throughout the entire process. If the need arises in the future, I wouldnt hesitate to call upon them again. I wholeheartedly recommend Utah Best Plumbing as a top-notch company, from the initial call to the projects completion in Orem.

Weve called upon the services of Utah Best Plumbing twice so far. Our first encounter with them was when we needed our indoor main water pipe repaired. Seth did an excellent job, ensuring the work was done correctly. He even stayed until the water company turned the water back on to guarantee that the leak was properly sealed and the problem was thoroughly resolved. Most recently, we reached out to them for the replacement of our hot water heater and a check-up of our sewage line. We opted to replace our 17+ year old water tank before it became a pressing issue. Seth and Jaxon were able to provide us with the exact model we wanted. They reassured us that our previously leaking sewage line showed no signs of cracks and was merely leaking ground water. In addition, they replaced all the subpar expanding foam, originally used by the builder of our house in Orem, with hydraulic cement. This not only enhanced the aesthetics but also ensured a watertight seal. The level of service provided by Kyle, who worked on both occasions, was exceptional. Kyle arrived right on schedule. He was polite and skilled, working hard to tackle our plumbing issue in the garage for about 4 hours. However, our previous handyman had mistakenly cut the new y-trap pipe that drained the washing machine, thinking it was the source of the problem. This pipe was slightly lower than any other drain in the Orem property. Despite this, Kyle skillfully identified that the blockage was not in the washing machines drainage, but further down the line, past the junction between the garage and kitchen pipes. He spent several hours attempting to remove this block, but in the end, was unable to do so without risking a serious flood in the garage. Kyle sincerely apologized for his inability to fully resolve our plumbing issue, but it certainly wasnt due to a lack of trying. We would happily invite him back and recommend both him and his plumbing company to anyone in Orem for their professionalism, hard work, and dedication. This was supposed to be a quick, 30-minute task, but it turned out to be a more complex problem. Nevertheless, he never gave up and consistently stayed professional throughout the whole ordeal.

When my water bill skyrocketed and the flooring in my living room and guest room started to warp due to moisture, I realized I had a leak somewhere. I couldnt hear anything leaking so I needed a professional who could detect and fix the issue. Jaxon, from Utah Best Plumbing, quickly took the initiative, used his equipment, and located the leak in no time. I had previously received a quote from another company that was three times what I was charged here, and they even had to outsource the leak detection. During the repair process, when Jaxon removed the drywall to access the leak, he discovered that the house was plumbed with polybutylene pipe, which had been recalled many years ago. These were not adjustable issues but more of a design flaw. However, upon hearing about my concerns, Seth got in touch with me and did everything within his power to rectify the situation. We discussed the issues I had with the toilet and possible solutions. Within a week, they came back and replaced the faulty toilet with a much better one. Julian and Seth did a commendable job with the installation and I couldnt be happier with the outcome.
