Had a fantastic experience with Jeff Holt from 4 Star Water Service. Here’s why:• I left a message for Jeff the first time I reached out and received a callback within an hour. He came out the next day for a free consultation. Checked our water hardness and made a recommendation, but there was zero pressure and zero smoke and mirrors. He didn’t use scare tactics, or exaggeration. He was straight forward and down to earth.• We decided to move forward and he was at our house a week later to install. He finished the installation ahead of schedule, and made the area where the water softener sits, the plumbing, and the surrounding area look nicer and neater than how he found it.• He was really personable and easy to be around the entire time.Since the water is so hard in Eagle Mountain, we knew we needed to get the right water softener to handle the job, and were really doing our homework to get that done at the right price. Even with that homework, we weren’t totally sure how to move forward. Then we met Jeff, and he really took the guesswork out of the equation.

After hearing such great reviews about Jeff and 4 Star we decided to purchase our water softener through 4 Star Water Services. Jeff was able to schedule us in that same week and went above and beyond with the install. I would highly recommend Jeff and 4 Star Water Services.

We have wanted to soften our water for quite some time, as it is very hard in Eagle Mountain. We requested a technician come by from 4-Star and he (also the owner) was able to come by within a couple of days and thoroughly look at our home and water systems and recommend the type of softener we would need, along with an RO system for drinking water. He was back within a couple more days and completely upgraded our home water system within 4 hours. The technician (Jeff Holt - owner) was great to work with. He was professional. He was on time. He obviously knew his business and was extremely knowledgeable. His pricing was competitive and without any surprises. He walked us through everything when complete. We were very happy with the service provided and are looking forward to having much better water ahead!

I had a complicated water quality issue- ten plumbers tried n never solved the problem. 4star water solved it in the first hour and my water is finally drinkable. im def gonna have them do my water softner and well maintenance from now on.

Jeff was very professional and kind. He wore a mask the whole time and was so quick and courteous! My system had been updated in 2017 by someone else and worked great, but started leaking the other day. I called him in the afternoon and he was able to fit me in the next morning with some other appointments.He was very honest and would do business with him again. Telling all my friends!

Its weird to give 5 stars to 4 star service but for google purposes Im sticking with the 5. I have used Jeff for years. He is a water filtration genius and I recommend him to all my customers. (Im a plumber) give jeff a call about any water softener, filtration or Reverse Osmosis needs and hell take good care of you!
