A friend recommended Riley & Sons Plumbing when my well pressure tank failed. I called them up and was greeted by a friendly and empathetic voice. She immediately understood my issue, assuring me that she would instruct the plumber to bring an extra pressure tank on his truck just in case a replacement was the only solution. I was overjoyed when she informed me that a plumber would be arriving on the same day. Before arriving, Geoffrey gave me a call. He was friendly and professional as soon as he stepped foot in my home. He expertly evaluated the problem, proposed several possible solutions, and quickly provided cost estimates. Initially, he thought he might need to order a larger tank and return another day, but after a few calls, he informed me that hed found a tank and could complete the job that day. Two hours later, the job was done. He made sure I understood the repairs and adjustments he made to the system, as well as the warranties on the equipment and his work. He also encouraged me to call if any issues arose. Ill certainly be reaching out to them for any future plumbing needs.

Despite their jam-packed schedule, they made room to attend to my urgent plumbing issue when no other firm was either available or willing to. Initially, I received a voicemail when I called, but even as I was leaving a message, the owner was already returning my call. He mentioned that they were heavily occupied up until 5 am but inquired if my situation was an emergency. After explaining that Id been wrestling with the problem since New Years, he assured me that he would do everything possible and have someone contact me within an hour. True to his word, within an hour Matthew, the technician, called to let me know he would be arriving soon. Matthew, who serviced my home, went the extra mile when he didnt need to. He was patient while I secured authorization from my home warranty company for the repair, and thoroughly explained the problem and the steps we should take to avoid future issues. Matthew, I am deeply grateful for your professionalism and courtesy, as well as the understanding and compassionate nature of the entire plumbing team. I wholeheartedly recommend this plumbing service to anyone with any kind of plumbing needs. And to top it all off, their prices were more affordable than I anticipated. All of this happened in Orem.

John, one of their plumbers, proposed more moderate solutions before considering breaking up the concrete slab. The actual work was carried out by Nolan, who was absolutely exceptional. He managed to unclog the line quickly and successfully retrieved the broken snake head from the pipe. It turned out that our pipe wasnt broken at all. Our cast iron pipe, based in Orem, was severely rusted inside, which was causing everything to snag and create blockages. Nolan polished the pipe and removed the rust, all in less time than initially estimated. He conducted himself with utmost professionalism, was thorough in his work, honest and straightforward in his communication. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work done.

Riley & Sons Plumbing arranged a service for me the next day, much to my relief. I was impressed with their performance, especially Matthew, the service man who attended to my issue. His honesty and helpfulness were commendable. He genuinely cared for the wellbeing of my home and me, which was evident in his work. Finding a reliable and honest plumbing service can be challenging, but Riley & Sons Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Theyre a company I highly recommend! Ive dealt with other services that seemed to look for excuses to inflate the bill, but that was not the case here. Matthew, instead, was looking for ways to save me money! Our home had a significant issue with the sewer line, which was made from terra cotta segments. Over many years, they had become misaligned, causing frequent backups into the basement. We received several quotes that were around $40,000 and required 1-2 weeks of work. The work involved using a jackhammer on the concrete pad in the garage, digging up the old line to replace it, and then repairing the concrete. Then we discovered riley & sons plumbing. Their team, including john and braden, were able to use a camera to inspect the line and see exactly what was wrong. They installed a cure-in-place sleeve inside the faulty line and removed all the junctions. They did this in just a day and a half, and for significantly less money than the other quotes we received. Their solution has been perfect, and we havent had any problems since. If you think your repair will need heavy machinery like excavators and jackhammers, its worth giving nolan a call. There could be a better option available.

I reached out to the head of Riley & Sons Plumbing, Nolan, for an estimate on locating a tank, pumping it out, and installing an access riser. I had attempted a temporary fix with an emergency septic treatment solution, but a few months later, my septic system backed up, resulting in sewage flooding my basement. I called up and Braden managed to slot me into their schedule promptly. Matthew and Nolan arrived as scheduled, conducted themselves professionally and were very courteous. They patiently and thoroughly answered a myriad of questions I had. Even in the challenging conditions (sewage-filled basement, tracing the main line, dealing with heavy rains), they never once complained. They promptly located the tank, excavated the access, and pumped the tank. They spent a good amount of time breaking up the thick layer of hardened solids at the bottom of the tank, making sure they removed as much as possible, considering my aged tank hadnt been pumped in years, if at all. They then meticulously and cleanly installed a riser, replaced the excavated soil and ensured it was neatly packed. The entire process, from start to finish, took about 3 hours. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the team. I will certainly be engaging their services in the future and recommending them to my friends. Impressively, despite the time that had passed since the initial quote, and even with the doubling of gas prices and high inflation rates, Nolan still honored the original price. This was particularly commendable considering it was essentially an emergency response at short notice in Orem.

I didnt have the necessary tools or experience to handle PEX, so I decided to call in a professional plumber. From the moment I made my initial call to schedule the work, to when John arrived to complete it, the process was incredibly quick (just one day). And the quality of the work? Simply amazing. John is not only an incredibly skilled professional, but also a very friendly guy! He took care of the valve work and supplied the necessary trap components that I didnt have on hand for the new sink. He even switched out the faucet aerator as I requested. As for the cost, it was surprisingly affordable! I would have ended up spending more on just the PEX tools and valves if I had tried to do it myself. So, if youre in Orem and find yourself in need of excellent plumbing work at a great price, I highly recommend you give these guys a call!
