These guys are great! Their knowledgeable and friendly employees will quickly help you find what you are looking for, they not only have anything you need for your plumbing needs but also carry a wide variety of Dewalt tools for a decent price, and not only do they provide free shipping on any of your orders but theyll usually even get it to you that same day. I would recommend Great Western to anyone, seasoned plumber or casual buyer alike.

Mellenie has been terrific to work with! The order was thorough and all of the deliveries were as prompt as possible. I really loved her idea for a black sink in our kitchenette - it really adds a lot to the look of the space. Would definitely recommend!

I bought a DeWalt set from another company and burned up the battery in 2 weeks I call dewalt them selfs and they told me I needed to bring it to the main office in salt lake city I live in utah county didnt want to drive all the way up to their office I called great western and asked if they could exchange my battery for me when the dewalt trucks comes to there shop they said they would 2 days passed and I called and asked if the truck came they said no and told me that they would just swap it out for me that is in my opinion very great customer service I am very happy with them I have never bought anything from them before but I will from now on I love the service and very helpful and polite people
