    5 stars is the least I can give Tumya Plumbing, if I could give more I would as they deserve it for their amazing customer service. Kevin was the tech who was sent to my home for a service call. He was not only, prompt, professional but he listen to what I thought my issue was. Kevin proceeded to inspect the areas of concern, preformed a detail and thorough inspection from the master restroom to the crawl space. Although Kevin was not able to find any issues with the plumbing he made sure to put my mind at ease offered positive feedback and examples of plumbing issue, in which we did not have any (luckily). Kevin perform an outstanding customer service and support, I appreciate his communication skills, honesty, professionalism and overall attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company and this plumbing technician Kevin any given time. Thank you Tumya Plumbing and Kevin for that amazing support.

    Ray was very professional and courteous. He listened to our concerns and provided honest recommendations for long term solutions that easy for us to understand. He did an excellent job on replacing five of our bathroom sink pipings and one outdoor faucet. The price is right. We also got a military discount.

    5/5 service! Garret and Kevin were able to come out and diagnose my sink drain repair same day. The price was extremely reasonable and they were done with the repair very quickly. I feel very fortunate to have gotten in touch with Tumya today in my moment of need. They will be my first call next time I need a plumber.

    Spencer and his crew were exceptional! They were very knowledgeable and when a couple obstacles arose they had smart solutions. They were able to re-plumb my entire house in roughly 8 hours. Highly recommend.

    Amazing service! Finding a reliable plumber in Tacoma can be a real headache, but I couldnt be happier with my experience with Tumya Plumbing Services. I had an urgent plumbing emergency with a drain backing up preventing us from using our kitchen sink. Thankfully we caught it before any flooding occurred. Spencer was incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly. He explained everything clearly and was able to quickly diagnose and fix my drainage issue on the same day. Its rare to find someone so skilled and customer-oriented. I highly recommend Spencer and Tumya Plumbing Services for any plumbing needs and will definitely be using his services again in the future. 5-star service all around!

    I just got quite a bit of plumbing work done by Tumya Plumbing services that involved locating the cause of a water leak and work in 3 bathrooms and my kitchen. Spencer and Ray were punctual and friendly from the start. I have high praise for their performance and customer care. They are very knowledgeable and surely experts of their craft. I had other plumbing establishments attempt to locate this very leak. Sad to say that none were successful but didnt hesitate to charge for their efforts. Spencer of Tumya assessed my situation and almost immediately identified the source of the problem. All of my plumbing questions were answered clearly, and their recommendations appeared honest. Spencer could have recommended repair work that would have been beneficial towards padding the companys pockets-but he didnt. My wife and I felt that our satisfaction and getting the job done right the first time was their priority. They cleaned messes created from work as they went along and picked up after themselves. They also corrected issues that werent included in the written estimate at no additional charge to us. By the jobs completion, my wife and I were extremely satisfied. Tumya Plumbing Services has earned my trust and loyalty which is not an easy accomplishment. By the way, the cost of the job easily beat the competition.     I had excellent service from these guys and they went out of the way to do the service and meet timeliness related to my house sale. In addition, I was kept informed frequently and updated related to delays in shipping a pump that was required.I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

    The guys that came out to service my tankless water heater were great. The service technicians at Sunset Air serviced my tankless water heater in December and after the service non of the higher flow faucets would produce hot water. I had Tumya come out and look at the unit and after a few diagnostic tries they realized that the Sunset Air technician install the wires the flame rod assembly in reverse order. Now everything is back and workly correctly.

    My moms house sprung a leak. I called 2 plumbers and nobody could get to her quick enough. Someone recommended Spencer from Tumya so I called.
