Our guy Billy was fabulous! Not only did he find a clogged pipe for us but he took the necessary time to troubleshoot the cause. For us it was a tree root that had punctured through our 4 septic pipe leading to the house from the tank. Billy was a joy to talk with and educated me every step of the way what was going on and showing me the view from his camera angle. He stayed several hours and had me test everything and just had a great attitude and a true joy to talk to. Best customer service Ive had from anyone in years. We have had Olympic Plumbing Tech out for a few projects now from helping install new toilets to replaceing a water heater and helping us upgrade to an on demand system in the process, and they have been great throught it all. He delivered the bad news in the best possible way, if that makes sense.Additionally, for those who believe in womens intuition, both me and my daughter (who is never fooled) got a good-guy vibe from DJ. After several companies saying they couldnt do anything for me, I called Olympic Plumbing Technology (OPT) and they sent someone out within hours. Gage was my technician that helped me out. He came assessed the issue and gave me multiple avenues in order to fix the issue. He was super professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to fix all of my issues in one visit and even showed me the issues that he fixed. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Went above and beyond to clear the pipe in the kitchen. Kitchen flooded with water and old food from upper apartments. Billy was very professional and ran the snake 4 times just to make sure it was clean and good. Then tested in multiple ways to get the drain running. Over the last couple of years, I hired Olympic Plumbing Technology for several projects, including minor repairs, installing appliances, and an entire home repipe. Ive been satisfied with the customer service and quality of work. Gaige, Aaron, James, DJ, and apprentices have always been approachable/patient with questions, and they don’t become irritated. I appreciated their genuine and hardworking attitudes. The technicians are mindful to walk you through all the work when done (in person and or via pics). They listen if you would like to make any changes. Gaige was very diligent and easy to work with in completing many small repairs/changes and a home repipe. The office team put in extra effort to match competitors’ prices. OPT has given me peace of mind and I feel comfortable having their staff in my home and will continue using their services in the future.

I got a new washer and dryer, but the delivery people couldn’t hook up the washer because the water line valves were completely corroded. DJ and his partner replaced them and moved the drain pipe as needed. They even checked my home for any potential plumbing issues and explained everything. Customer service is nothing short of outstanding! From receptionist to technician, all I have are compliments and more compliments. Easy to book, communication - smooth and frequent via email and text. Aaron showed up promptly on time, assessed the situation, produced a quote, and promised to complete in less than an hour. He ended up finishing in much less than an hour.Admittedly, plumbing services are EXPENSIVE, but unavoidable. (Expensive is a very relative term. So I will be more specific.At least four (4) times more expensive than another local plumbing services company that were late to return my call. I checked).But since you need them, you might as well call professionals who also understand customer service.Olympic Plumbing Technologies are on my short list of professionals to call when it comes to plumbing. Bottom line: service is excellent. Cost - not so much.

Ryan did an excellent job replacing a gas valve to our fireplace. He also provided some feedback on some other plumbing related items that should be considered for updating or general maintenance. When the gas was turned back on the water heater pilot would not relight and he worked to trouble shoot the problem and get it fired up. Costs were up front and fair.

We had a sewage smell that moved to a mildew smell from our kitchen drains. I did what I could to help fix the issue then eventually I came to the conclusion that I needed to contact a plumber. Olympic Plumbing responded quickly getting me an appointment the following week. When Gaige came, he was polite and respectful, I was at work so my mom had direct contact with him. After his initial inspection he couldn’t find anything wrong and offered to do a crawl space inspection for an additional fee. I called my husband and we debated about the cost and decided to move forward. We are happy we did!! He found a cracked kitchen pump that was leaking and a toilet wax ring. While the cost was a jaw dropper he was kind and understanding and offered discounts and adjustments where he could. When we got home we noticed a huge difference in smell in our house. It was a breath of fresh air! I’m extremely thankful for Gaige and Olympic plumbing!

Called on Monday for a main water shutoff valve replacement and they were able to arrange an inspection on Wednesday the same week. The technician called 15 minutes prior and arrived on time. The inspection and estimation took less than 5 minutes and he was ready to do the job right away. The technician himself was great answered all my questions, got the job done within 3 hours, and restored the area close to how it was before. Ended up paying $1,384 (890 valve, 377 for digging, and the rest on taxes). They are on the expensive side, but they get the job done. Wish they could have given a phone estimate and a more detailed bill, but I cant complain too much since they were the only company in my area that responded and followed through with the appointment.

Prior to my experience with Olympic Plumbing Technology, I called my usual plumber to fix an apparent clog which had caused both the kitchen and laundry room drains to back-up. The plumber pulled out this tiny hand-crank snake, and set to work. Problem solved - until I used the dish washer and/or the clothes washer. Then all the sinks backed-up. The plumber came back and again failed to fix the problem.I found Olympic Plumbing Technology by happy accident. My technician arrived promptly, was knowledgable, and answered all my questions. He laughed when I described the kind of snake the plumber had used, then wheeled in a large, impressive, motorized snake with a 100 foot reach. Within 15 minutes, the clog was found and removed but thats not all he did. He ran water in both sinks for over 10 minutes and inspected the traps repeatedly to make sure there were no leaks. He took photos. He helped move things in the garage that were in his way. He inspected the water heater and offered to inspect both bathrooms. Took more pictures. In short, his work was top-notch; just what I needed after a 2 1/2 week nightmare.

We’ve had nothing but great experiences with these folks! Every time they come out they’re here when they say they will be, are helpful, and I never feel like they’re trying to upsell. We recently had a new water heater installed and Nate really went above and beyond with helping us find the right one. He and Zack were out to do the installation, and they worked quickly, didn’t leave a mess, and most importantly, had excellent communication (they checked in with me on the status, let me know when the water was shut off and when it would be back on, etc.). They clearly take pride in their work, and I’m impressed with how nice the end result looks. I really appreciate that the business schedules enough time to get the job done, so they didn’t seem to be rushing anything. They were quick, but my impression was that it had more to do with efficiency, communication, and preparation (they had everything they needed and didn’t need to call in for parts or anything). Anyway, I’m really impressed, and so glad to have awesome plumbers!

Olympic Plumbing has become our Go To plumbing service.We had a distressing issue with some sewer backup. UPDATE: Aaron was prompt, professional, and did a good job of replacing a failed piece of PEX tubing connected to a frost-free faucet in my garage wall. 5-star work. My original review then mentioned my disappointment that the entire frost-free unit also had to be replaced, though it had been installed by OPT 16 months earlier and was in fine shape. That cost a lot more money than I expected.BUT..before the end of the workday, the company owner contacted me about an adjustment, and ended up handling the replacement as more of a warranty case, without the high cost I originally feared. Kudos to Olympic Plumbing Technology for responding so quickly and going above and beyond. 5+ stars!

He diagnosed the problem, explained the process he was going to use to fix it and had the line cleared within a half hour. Although the immediate problem was fixed in time for visitors, he went into the crawl space to investigate further and plans to return later with a nanocamera at no additional cost to hopefully find the root cause of this recurring problem.

We had our kitchen sink stop working so called Olympic Plumbing Texhnology to come check it out. Our tech DJ, found several issues that needed immediate attention. Turns out our old water heater was breaking up on the inside, sending broken material through the pipes. He spent the whole day resolving issues that could have caused thousands more in damage. Several water valves, the kitchen faucet and the water heater were ultimately replaced. DJ was thorough, professional and all around great. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. No pressure techniques, no upselling just the facts and options. Overall, 10/10 would recommend and will use for any future plumbing issues. I really cant say enough about our tech and experience, I hope Olympic recognizes the gem they have representing them.

I can see why.Wayne has years of experience and expertise to quickly make the repair to our hose bib and find the underlying cause of the failure… water pressure spiking from our pump.Unchecked, this issue could have led to much larger issues and $$$.Update NOV 2023:During our annual scheduled service our Plumber, Cody, discovered a minor leak in our water heater.Instead of replacing the entire unit, Cody was able to replace the supply and delivery pipes to resolve the issue.I requested the addition of a pan and alarm should the unit ever fail. Cody had a better idea.The addition of a WAGS automatic cutoff valve. What’s better than flood insurance? No flooding at all!Also want to acknowledge Cody for being so pleasant, knowledgeable, and cleaning up after himself.This was not an easy area to access and this job required considerable physical effort. There was never a hint of frustration or high pressure upselling. The price was more than reasonable for the job.I’d welcome Cody and Olympic Plumbing back anytime and will.
