We live in a rural area on a well that serves 2 houses. The pump was failing and the plumbing/wiring all needed to be redone. The office person I spoke with was prompt and courteous. Dante and Guy were the techs that came out to do the work and they were excellent. Nice guys, did great work and displayed great customer service. Youre never sure what youll get with an unknown but I was very pleased. They were friendly and prompt, did what they promised when they promised. I highly recommend this company and would definitely do business with them again. Thanks again guys :)

Finding a trustworthy plumber in Olympia can be challenging, but they exceeded my expectations. Their service quality is excellent, from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. I had a clogged drain that was causing water to back up in my kitchen sink. The plumber who came to my house was friendly, efficient, and incredibly skilled. He used a drain snake to clear the blockage and then ran a camera down the pipe to ensure there were no other issues. He resolved the problem quickly and left no mess behind. I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely use their services again.

I called Friday because our pump hasnt worked most of October. Another company came out for $300 for an hour put a part on the lasted not even 2 days and when I called them they didnt seem to care. So I called Johns and they helped my mom get a loan to have all the work done,because they cant make it out until Wednesday they sent a technician out to replace the one part and I was told not to worry about the cost,to me it means a lot because I have a special needs daughter that lives here and my 21 month old grandson. My son and I have been hauling water to boil for baths and its extremely difficult when I am disabled. My elderly mom lives here also. A big Thank you!!!!

I called the phone number given and left a message. Andy soon after called me back,, said he was busy at the time and said he would call me after he was finished at his current job. Within an hour he called me backand asked what the problem was. My septic alarm was going off and it was getting full and the pump didnt turn on. He gave me an estimate and said hed be on his way. When he got here, he told me some issues that it could be and started working. He walked me through what he was doing and got to where my pump kicked on and down went the water. He was VERY professional and polite. The pump is working and all is well. The price was great! Will definitely be keeping him on speed dial and get the word out about the company!

Johns Plumbing and Pumpshas done several jobs for us, over the last year or so. Weve been 100% satisfied with them every time.The first job was in response to a problem we had with the water supply to our house from our well.The pump was running increasingly more frequently to maintain water pressure in the house.I called Johns to make an appointment. I explained what was going on, and I told them I didnt think it was a full-blown emergency, but that I did feel it should be looked at soon since it was getting progressively worse. I was hoping they could look at it within a day or two.They were, in fact, here just about two hours later. The plumber (Spencer) diagnosed and was able to correct the problem pretty quickly.Having the check valve and other fittings required to do the job on his truck was a big plus.The bill was actually less than Id expected it would be, too!Weve also had Johns do a couple of upgrades for us.We had them install a new additional water filter and new gas piping for a propane range and storage tank. Both of those jobs were completed quickly as well.Spencer has been in charge of each job that Johns has done for us. Hes very knowledgeable, works efficiently, and he works safely.Hes had help on a couple of jobs, and all of them have also been great.Kelly has been my main contact at their office. She knows the business well and is very thorough when conveying to the guys doing the work whats going on so theyre well prepared with what theyll need when they arrive. Not having to have a return trip to complete a job, when possible, is another big plus.Johns has done really good work for us. Our water shut off on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday, Aaron and Dante, came out to diagnose the problem and get us a temporary fix for water. On Wednesday morning they both came back and fixed our issue that day by replacing our well pump and fixing a dead short in the electrical line. Thank you both for your hard work and great service!
