I had a wet spot in my garage so I gave these folks a call, over the phone they were great and helped me narrow down and confirm it was indeed a leak in my well system. They sent out some folks later that week and did the quick repair, even showed me the pipe they pulled out that was leaking! Super helpful and easy to work with, hopefully I dont have any further plumbing problems but if I do I will be giving these folks another call!

Kevin and Mark were amazing! They replaced our tankless water heater and found errors in our water filtration system install that were negatively impacting our house water quality. I woke up to find a completely flooded bathroom with a toilet bowl filled to the max and almost ready to spill waste everywhere. I was able to mop up the floor, but couldn’t unclog the toilet. I called White Knight and they told me they were shorthanded but would try to fit us in. They came promptly, and when my issue took longer than expected, they had to get to a previously scheduled appointment but they came back and finished the job before end of the day. Price was fair and communication and interaction was positive. Highly recommend!

I’m not always the glowing review type of gal, but these guys are truly top-notch. Our pipes froze and also the on-demand water heater froze and broke during the recent storms. Despite being slammed by many other similar calls, Chris took the time to reassess the system we had in place since it had never function very well. He recommended another system and did all the calculations in the middle of his busy day in order to get us set up.Both the plumbers that came out to get the septic working again, and the plumbers that came out to install the new hot water heater were excellent.It is rare to find a company of this quality these days, so it feels pretty satisfying to write such a glowing review.

White Knight was our second opinion on a few very straightforward issues we were having (Clogged Sink Drain + Leaky Dishwasher). I never tell our second opinion that Ive had another company out because I want to get a real picture of how they evaluate things and what they think the underlying issues are.Chris and his team were excellent! Chris was helpful working with me and my tenant on scheduling, direct billing, and communication while trying to fit us in and take care of us was constant and appropriate.in the end our tech took care of all of our issues during the visit for 1/5 of the outrageous estimate we got from another plumbing company that was claiming to need to come back for another visit (for a sink clog, really).I now have a plumber who I wouldnt hesitate to recommend and will continue to use moving forward as long as they keep answering my calls.

White Knight Plumbing does quality work but that’s what customers expect anyway so that in itself doesn’t set them apart from the rest of the plumbers out there. YKWIM? They came to my house and replaced a water heater and did a great job; they were friendly, professional and respected my property. The price was competitive.All of those things are good reasons to recommend them but here’s why White Knight is the only plumbing company I’ll use for as long as I live here.When they turned the water back on, the Manablock broke—they hadn’t touched it; it wasn’t even near the water heater; not their fault at all—and they spent an extra 90 minutes trying to fix it. They called plumbing suppliers all around the area…no one local had it. We had to leave the water off to the whole house until they could find a replacement.That was on a Friday. Chris was headed out of town but said that he would text me on the weekend once he’d gotten the part located and priced—and he did. While he was away for the weekend with his wife. For their anniversary.NO ONE DOES THAT. But Chris did.And when the part arrived Tuesday afternoon, they came over right away and fixed the broken pipe.They didn’t put it off until Wednesday…they came over right away so I could have water again that same day.White Knight Plumbing goes above and beyond and truly cares about their customers and that’s what sets them so far apart from other plumbers that in my view, there simply are no other plumbers.

We first used White Knight on a very minor issue. We were very impressed with the owner (as it was so minor he charged less then what his minimum service call is and what we were expecting) and made a mental note to call if we needed a plumber. We just needed a plumber again and called to have some clogs resolved. Came same day and the cost was very reasonable compared to others our tenent had checked on.

I called another plumbing company first, because they could come out right away. That should have been a clue...now, why are they so available? After they came out and told me their expensive options and left (I am grateful for not being charged for their 5 minute visit), I called White Knight. Chris, the owner gave me excellent advise that I did. They came out twice to do the installation and were excellent. They were fast, knowledgeable, and did a great job. No, plumbers are not cheap. But they were much cheaper than the first ones quotes and I am very satisfied with what they did. I cant say enough good about Chris (owner) and his advise, as well as Jay the tech that came out to our house to do the work.

Simply the best. Everything from the first call to the minute they leave. These guys are very professional. Customer service on and off the phone was excellent. My first call to White Knight was 4 years ago. Since then I have used them for all my plumbing needs including a water heater replacement that we will need here soon. Their prices are affordable and their help is outstanding.

Im amazed they came out the day after I called with a leaking water heater. I paid what I expected the job would cost. The plumber was here when he said he would be. There were some difficulties with removal due to old fittings, but they come with a well-outfitted truck, so there werent any delays for parts runs. I would call them again first for future issues.

We will always go through White Knight Plumbing from now on. If you are worried about getting ripped off contact White Knight first! They are honest about your options and their prices are very reasonable. We just had a water main line break and I couldnt be happier with their repair, and more importantly, their customer service. We had a couple of companies come out to give us estimates and White Knight went above & beyond. They not only gave us a fair estimate (and contacted the city on our behalf about permits since one option included going through the citys sidewalk to the main meter) but they also gave us advice about how to try another option that would result in a MUCH lower price. They had nothing to gain with the second option, but they recommended it anyway. That is the definition of integrity and honesty to me.We also used them about 10 years ago for a full remodel (everything on the inside of the house -- all new lines, additional bathroom, water heater, washer, dishwasher) and they had the best price. We have NEVER had an issue with any of the extensive work that they did. We were going to call them about our new problem anyway, but were so happy to see their A grade on Angies List. Ive had bad experiences with contractors in the past and I can honestly say that White Knight Plumbing is one of the good guys.

Few weeks back I was in need of some help with a kitchen and bath remodel that I had tried to take on. My skill level wasnt exactly up to the task. I called around to a few places and ended up settling on white knight. Chris, the owner was really friendly and he worked through the weekend to help get my project completed. He charged a bit more than I was hoping to pay but the quality of the work was excellent and he didnt get to frustrated with me when I changed my mind about fixtures half way through the project. Will use again if I have other plumbing needs

There are two things Ive dreaded in life for a long time. Going to the dentist and having to call a plumber. Why? SUPER bad experiences on both scores. Ive finally found a dentist I love - Vetter Dental in Olympia and the universe is shining down upon my life as on Friday, I found a dream plumber. I woke up Friday morning and turned my shower on and my toilet started bubbling like a witchs cauldron. Thankfully, only water was boiling. I tried to flush - no go. I tried to plunge and no go. And then I started to totally stress, as the last two plumbers Id hired, had left me penniless and had done shoddy work. I googled Olympia Plumbers and White Knight Plumbing was my first hit. I really liked the name and read several of the reviews and thought the third time might be the charm and it was. Chris called me back early in the morning and when I told him the toilet symptoms he said a main pipe blockage. He said his schedule was booked solid but would work this in between 2-3 and the White Knight truck arrived at my house at 2:30pm. It took a little over an hour for the guys to pull the toilet and clear the block and the price was reasonable. When they took the toilet off the floor, there was another problem. The pipe under the house had broken and another pipe has been shoved in to fix and there was no flange. The technician said this was far from ideal and I said I wanted it fixed for sure. I called to schedule another appointment and it was a little over a month out, as I needed to save a bit of money to do the second repair. When I asked for a December appointment, Chris said it really should be fixed sooner and I told him I needed to save up some $. He said not to worry about that. He d found over the years, you can trust people to pay and I could split it over two payments. What?! Huh? Are you kidding me? It was like the most amazing thing Id ever heard and made ME trust him even more. So the work will be done next week and I will get it paid by the end of November. If youve had bad experiences with plumbers in the past, please give Chris a call. He will restore you faith in people, business owners and plumbers! Michele Young

After a home inspection I called Tuesday night and explained my problem. I was amazed when they scheduled me for Thursday. Jay came out at the scheduled time. He inspected my entire crawl space and could not find a leak. He wrote a report explaining his finding and didnt even charge me. I will definitely be calling White Knight the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Gave advice about an odor that was coming from my bathroom cabinet. He suggested it was a rodent issue under my house which after calling a pest control company, he was 100 percent correct. He did not charge anything for his advice and I had already had to different people come tinker with the sink saying it was a venting issue. I now know to go direct to this company. They sent Adam at 10:30 as they promised. He showed up and gave me a quote in a second to replace my water heater for over $1000 less than Lowe’s and another company in local area.
