This gentleman is not even out of my driveway yet, and Im on here writing a review. This gentleman came in and assessed the situation and then broke it down, leaving me with no questions at all regarding the process and the price. Jim from FloHawks did an absolutely amazing job when our septic pump went out 10 days after moving into our house. He was great conversation the whole repair and stayed well into a long day to repair our system versus turfing it to the next available time. The call center staff was also polite and knowledgeable and eager to assist. Overall a great experience , would absolutely recommend!

Amazing service from start to finish. When I called and explained to them what issues I was having with my septic tank they were able to give me insight to what it might be and got me scheduled right away. After that they kept me up to date daily with any changes to the scheduling and owned any issues from start to finish. When John arrived to take a look at my tank he was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me right away what was going on and completed the repairs in a timely manner. He followed up to let me know what he found and how FloHawks could help me in the future. I will definitely use them in the going forward to service my septic tank and with all other plumbing issues I may have.

FloHawks has always been extremely professional, and very communicative. They may be a tad bit on the higher side as far as pricing goes, but I find them to be honest and very helpful. They always answer their phone with a nice helpful, and pleasant receptionist. They always show up when they say they will, and I trust them. I can justify a premium pricing for a premium service.

Michael was punctual, efficient and nice. We had a septic tank issue and FloHawks came within 24 hrs..and on a holiday no less! I dont know what others charge, but if FloHawks is within a $100 of another companys quote, Id go with them every time. They seem to care and encourage you not to hesitate to call if the problem persists and theyll come asap.

Steve, their technician was amazing. He was very professional, knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy! The reason why I didnt give a 5 is because I was given a noon to 5 appointment window. After making several calls to Flohawk about when they would be arriving, the technician was finally here by 8 pm. Apparently they were short technicians that day, and they should have conveyed that.

John was simply superb! On-time arrival, stayed longer just to explain some elements of the septic system to me, offered advice on how to treat for plugged drains. I had waited four months (no exaggeration) for another company to finish work on a sensor on the septic tank, this was my first experience with FloHawks, they fixed that sensor and all other septic items in one visit and only had to wait one day for appointment! Again, simply superb. Highly recommend.

Im very glad to finally have used FloHawks for my septic service! Almost 4 years ago I had a very expensive ordeal replacing an entire septic system on a house I was selling in King County. While FloHawks wasnt involved in that situation, I did have a very pleasant, informative conversation with them during that time that sold me on their future services from then on.Today I was prepared to have the system emptied, but Anthony gave me the good news that I didnt need it pumped for a bit longer.I appreciate FloHawks working in my best interest instead of going for every dollar on the table. Ill be sure to call these guys again when its truly time and would recommend FloHawks to anyone.

He was pleasant and thorough and showed me the leaky shower valve that didn’t need replacing—just tightening! Jim was actually early this morning! When was the last time you had a service call show up early? The alarm started yesterday about 3:00 pm. I silenced the alarm and the light went off sometime early this morning. He could not find any reason the alarm was going off. He reset everything and said the system seems to be operating normally and the tanks do not need to be pumped. He was cordial and seemed to know what he was talking about. Given that he really didnt have to do anything but open the pump lids and check things I was a bit surprised at the price - $244. But given their prompt response and knowlegeable service I would use them again.

So we had what we call a septic emergency. Todd Milner was the plumbing expert assigned to my job. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable and hardworking (super hard working). He didn’t waste time. He didn’t presume the worst or try to tell us we needed a new pump (which is what I thought the problem was) - he listened to me and asked questions then had a logical approach. He resolved our issue completely and taught us how to care for our septic system. Mr. Milner completely cleaned up after himself as well. The final invoice was very reasonable. I am very happy with the company and their service. I would definitely use them again.

Jim solves the problem (broken pump), explained how it all worked, explained how we can bring our system into the 21st century, was able to schedule it for Monday (this was Saturday), and had to dig way down into our landscaping to even find the septic tank as we weren’t sure where it was. All the while a very nice guy. Great service and we plan to make FloHawk the only company we call for septic and drain maintenance.

We had a minor emergency with sewage backed up into our home. Brian arrived and discussed with me what we were looking for to fix the problem. He showed me the filter and told me to keep it clean every 4 months, then emptied our septic tank and made sure everything was working correctly. Brian was very knowledgeable, spoke with me about habits...does and donts of septic systems. He showed me all aspects of the system, and how to best maintain it. Brians an asset to your company, I have already told two co-workers who are having septic issues to contact FloHawks.

FloHawks came to inspect our septic system. Jesse M. Did the inspection and ended up repairing and improving a few things that another company left pretty messy. The previous experience was with Beacon plumbing around two years earlier. They didnt do the job correctly and we ended up with trouble that led us to call in FloHawks for an inspection. FloHawks was a much better experience. I recommend them over Beacon. FloHawks has been out one other time as well for a water heater issue and they were great then too. They seem more knowledgeable and proficient. We were strung along by Beacon and it took three days and ended up costing a small fortune. Plumbing is expensive, but I feel that Jesse with Flohawks came, and quickly identified the problems. Problems that were issues Beacon had originally come out to repair and left in sub par condition. Jesse got to work on it as soon as we gave him the go. It wasnt much more than a few hours from arriving and he was cleaning up and handing me the closing paperwork. Call FloHawks.

We appreciate Trey advice regarding how often we need to pump (5-6 years), since the solid build up was relatively small after a three year period. Our health inspection of the septic system every three years will give us a better idea of future pumping needs.

Lane cane out to snake, after 43 feet he realized it was the plumbing under yhe house as there was years and years of grease dumped down the sink by the previous owners so he referred a plumber to come out next day. Todd is the man, fixed the plumbing under our home, did a fantastic job and we have drainage at a reasonable price. After a few years of trying to get our septic system repaired by other companies, we called FloHawks. Our septic alarm was going off, and all tanks were full. Our tanks werent pumping properly, but none of the other companies seemed to want to actually do any repairs. Anthony from FloHawks came out within a few hours after I called on a Saturday. He replaced the float and made sure everything was working properly. I am relieved to finally have the problems fixed. FloHawks was responsive and efficient which is what you want when septic problems occur.

I was quoted before the job started and Eirc was there within his arrival window.Right off the bat Eric was kind, knowledgeable and genuine. (Clog in the septic at the baffle) He cleaned out the baffle and throughly inspected it. Looking over the plumbing and giving us advice on maintaining our system.Overall I couldnt have asked for a better technician to come out! Had a septic overflow yesterday, on a holiday (Memorial Day). Called first thing this AM telling them of my situation and the woman answering the phone was very professional, had a treat knowledge of the questions to ask (I am not at all knowledgeable about septic systems, so I am sure I relayed that in trying to describe my issue), and then informed me they would have someone out late afternoon. Jimmy showed up around 12:30 and jumped right in on pumping the septic. There were other electricians here working on the cause of the electrical failure and he worked very well together with them. He also answered all of my questions regarding the entire septic system we had, pulling up the plans on file with the county and showed me where everything was. He went far above and beyond expectations and I can’t overstate how good this encounter was, from a customer standpoint. To me, five stars represents “exceptional” and he earned every bit of that.

The septic tank alarm was triggered late Saturday night. I called FloHawks on Sunday morning. I was told that a service man would be here on Monday morning. At 9 AM Monday morning I got a call that Tim was on his way and shortly thereafter he arrived. One problem was that the switch on the circuit box had tripped. The tank level was high. The pump started up but the alarm light was still lit. He rewired the alarm inside the tank and that solved the problem. Would certainly use them in the future if we had any other issues and for normal maintenance.
