Ben was professional and thorough. And for a technician he was personable. He is knowledgeable and did not try to oversell the job. He fixed what needed to be fixed and identified any potential issues in the future. IE The condenser will possibly need to be replaced in the future. Thank you for prompt and professional service!! Nate came to check AC that was installed 11 months ago. Was having trouble with cooling on hot days. He found that coolant was low. Nate was SO nice and very polite. He plans on coming back in the fall to make sure all is good. There was no charge. I recommend Van Dyck Mechanical for their promptness and standing by warranty.

The best choice I have made in hiring this company Excellent service , highly recommend this company. I am very impressed with the professionalism that was shown by the two plumbers who came Kris and Trace. They worked continuously until the job was done and worked at making sure I was pleased by their work . Excellent work and they cleaned up after the job. So, nice to talk with and they didn’t act rude even with my I interruptions. They worked together in a very cordial and professional way. They are who I am calling for any repair work needed in the future. So, glad I called them and I feel sure you will be very glad also if you choose them for all your plumbing needs.

I have used Van Dyck on multiple occasions. The schedule appointments promptly and keep you informed of arrival times. The one time there was a small scheduling error but the owner of the company personally came and handled the issue. Technicians are extremely professional and the rates are very fair. I can not recommend them enough.

They just showed and explained what my problems were and what could be done. They were on time (so important) and really know their trade.Perfect experience. I ran over a faucet in my yard with my side by side on a Sunday afternoon. I called Van Dycks and although they couldnt get a plumber out that afternoon, the owner came out and made sure my water and pump were turned off so the water would stop running out of the broken pipe. They were out at 8:30 the next morning and fixed the broken pipe plus a few others things that I needed done. All the folks could not have been more helpful, courteous and efficient. Made a call for service a couple of days ahead of time. They set up my appointment and showed up on time. I was away from the house getting back from work they had no problem waiting on me to arrive. Kyle and his Apprentice Ben told me they would go and get a cold drink or something to eat and wait on me patiently. I hurried home and found them waiting in their service truck at my front gate. After letting them pull onto the property Kyle introduced himself and they got Right to Work diagnosing my problem. Within a few minutes they knew exactly what was wrong with my system it had a freon leak that you could clearly see. The technician gave me a cost summary and I decided to let them go ahead and fix it because I have a lot of family and friends coming on the weekend. He had to wait for Ben to go and get his torch set but this didnt take long and they had it fixed quickly. I paid them shook their hand and thanked them for a job well done. I was missing my email receipt so I sent a return message to the office from getting a thank you from Ronda V. She said she would give me the email receipt immediately and to let her know if I needed anything else. I thanked her and her company for their professionalism and the great job they did on my air conditioning unit. I broke the Freon Line hitting it with my zero turn tractor LOL we had a good laugh about that. The biggest expense was the freon of course but they removed the service call charge to help me out. I believe Jesus and the Holy Spirit led me to this company to get the kind of quality service I received and I wont worry about the bill because God will take care of that he always does! Thank you once again to Van Dyke mechanical for their Professional Service I would recommend them to anyone!
