    My homeowner warranty sent this company out to repair a pipe in my slab. After seeing the company they appointed and reading the reviews I was very concerned. It is super important to me to get a phone call before a technician comes out so I have an opportunity to put my dogs up. I also work full-time so I have to make sure I have someone available to be here. I received a phone call within 45 minutes of them being assigned to my repair to schedule for later that week. They came out assess the issues and reached back out to my warranty for approval. Upon receiving approval I received a phone call back from them within 24 hours to schedule a time for them to come out. Another company came out to actually locate the leak and mark it before the plumber came out. Upon the plumber coming out it turned out that the leak repair company did not mark the correct location for the leak. The plumber apologized profusely and got them back out and found the correct location of the leak. It was a timely process but it all got repaired and I am extremely satisfied with their service. They made sure they got it done and didn’t make excuses like some of the other companies that have been sent out from my homeowners warranty. I would recommend using affordable leak repair.

    My home warranty co sent them out. Their dispatch was very friendly & professional . A plumber named Buddy came out.He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly. He called the warranty company & due to his honesty and expertise , was able to save me money. I recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

    I came to leave a positive review and was shocked to read all the negative reviews on this company after our experience with them! They were sent to our house through our home warranty and Buddy was extremely helpful and knowledgable regarding our situation. We ended up filing an insurance claim due to the damage and at one point I needed an itemized list of the work to be done and charges and it was provided to me quickly and efficiently. They completed the work quickly and they even went above and beyond to flush out our water heater and additional pipes of sediment. There was one day they were supposed to come and did not show up, but we called the office and they let us know they made a mistake in the schedule and would come the next day. It was inconvenient for us, but they owned up to it without excuses and sent a crew out the next day. Given how difficult service jobs are and that basically everyone they deal with is going through an emergency, we figured it makes sense that they had a mixup. I highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again in the future!

    The plumber Buddy was incredible, kind and most of all patient w/ my elderly father who cant hear, gets confused and is often suspicious. He took time to explain things until my dad was satisfied. He completed work in timely manner. He cleaned up after himselfFollowing repair.     Our experience was excellent as well. Our home warranty company assigned them and from day one they were prompt, diagnosed the issue quickly; however they did not have the tools to fix the issue that day, but rescheduled for the first appointment the next day and returned on time to complete the work the next day. i will recommend them to friends who ask if i know a good plumber in the area.

    I was assigned this company through my home warranty and I’ll admit after reading the reviews I was very apprehensive. I was about to call and request a different company. But when I was initially contacted the lady was very friendly, professional and accommodating with my availability. She even offered me next day even though it was coming up on a holiday weekend. So I decided to give them a shot and I’m glad I did!I was given the 8-1 service window and on day of service I called right at 8 to check status bc I had something to do really quickly and once again the lady was very friendly and let me they would call me prior to arrival. She was right, the tech did call me and even though I didn’t get to the phone in time he left a VM and immediately called my alternate number. He let me know he was in route and est arrival time, which he made within 15 min.Once they arrived, Devin the tech, went through all possibilities that could be the cause of the leak I was having. He started with the most common and worked his way up to the more complex. Devin was able to fix my leak and make me a new access panel (since the builder never put on in) all within an hour.Since my house is older, he even left me with some advise on how to prevent potential leaks I might face in the future.I’m hoping I don’t need any plumbing services again but if I do I’ll definitely be requesting them.So not quite sure about the negative reviews I read because I experienced the opposite.

    I was very pleased with the tech that came out to help me. He diagnosed the problem within a minute of being there and quickly resolved it. He answered all of my plumbing questions and even took care of an issue I had with my washing machine, that I didnt expect him to do. He was super helpful and polite.     Affordable Leak Detection has been to our house several times on behalf of our home warranty. We have met one plumber, Buddy, on multiple occasions and we are always pleased with his work. Once, he even showed me how to fix the problem myself and I wasnt even charged.Recently, we had to have our hot water heater replaced. The new unit was larger in diameter than our existing unit and it required relocating our water softener system, which meant that I would have to place some equipment inside my garage instead of hiding in the closet where it had been. I am pleased to report that they worked hard to find a place that was the least offensive to the eye and retained the most of my floor space, by installing a hinged water line that allows my water softener to be moved in case of emergency. It was extra work for them but it definitely improved my satisfaction of the job overall. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

    Affordable leak detection came to our home to repair a slab leak that another company, Plumb Genius, could not locate.Buddy the owner was out to my home within the hour. He assessed the situation and with our consent he began working on the leak immediately.He dispatched a leak detector technician that thoroughly scanned our subflooring for leaks.He wasted no time. Soon after that he had the repair team at our door and communicated to them the approximate location of the leak.They began busting through our slab and found the leak immediately.Repair was made and cleanup was done.The next business day I contacted the office to request some paperwork for my insurance company.Shannon gladly expedited the documents to my email.Two thumbs up for Affordable Leak Detection!

    The crew arrived within their time frame and promptly found our leak. They repaired the issue quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional, kind and respectful.     Even before my appointment I received wonderful services from the lady at the desk of ALD. She answered the phone quickly without having to put me on hold, and she was very kind and approachable. Darien the tech was also kind and efficient. He found the problem and gave me details of how and why the problem occurred and how to fix it. He had great knowledge on what is covered under home warranty and what is not. He also took time to answer questions I had regarding plumbing (which is not what he came for).

    Today I had my first good experience with a plumbing company here in Oklahoma. For the past seven months. I’ve been experiencing an increase in my electric and water bill. My water bill went from 2000 gallons a month in July 2018. To 6000 gallons a month January 2019. Within 24 hours of my concern they were On it. I’m assuming “Buddy” is the straw boss. What took me seven months to figure out took him less than five minutes. With in a week we had an appointment set for today which they were right on time. I forgot the young mans name who was first on the scene. He was very respectful. Came in to detect the leak with some kind of machine. Jimmy, the young man who fixed my problem followed right behind the young man. I expected them to be here all day. He was only here for an hour or so. You can’t put a price on peace of mind, quality work, and good customer service. Thank you Affordable Leak Detection . I guarantee next time I have an issue. I will be calling you.

    Walked into our condo and the whole place was flooded from a copper pipe pin hole leak that apparently started several weeks prior.I called in the morning and they were there early afternoon.     Update, Woo hoo they are here!!Now we have to wait for them to update the warranty comp so we can see if we can get it covered.On Wednesday, We scheduled an appointment for Sunday with the time window being from 8-12. Didnt think about it, started to get worried though when the office says its closed on Sundays and we hadnt recieved any updates or confirmations. And there arent any numbers to call and confirm that someone is still coming. We tried to call the number provided and no one was answering. ( weve had no water since Tuesday)

    They did a great job getting to us. Very professional and helpful. Our issue with our pipes wasn’t major since we had a bad clog, but they were still very helpful and since our house doesn’t have a clean out drain in the back offered to quote us on how much it would be to install one in the future. We haven’t installed it yet, but the quote for it was reasonable and a lot less than I expected something like that to be.

    I had a hot water replaced through my warranty company and Affordable was the contractor they used. Overall, it was a great experience. They sent someone out the next day to take a look and he quickly determined the tank needed replacing. They then sent out Hoss and Tim to do the install and they both were excellent. They were courteous, quick, and gave me options on how I wanted them to do the install. The pricing matched almost exactly with a bid I received from another company before I remembered I had a home warranty, so I know the pricing was reasonable. Honestly, this is a good company with unjust poor reviews. I can only imagine people expect the warranty company to cover all costs, and they dont. Unfortunately, Affordable Leak has to be the one to break the news and people blame them. Dont believe the low reviews and dont hesitate to use them if you need a water heater replaced.

    We had Affordable Leak out to install a toilet and pedestal sink that were very sufficient and cleaned up after themselves. I love my ADA toilet I will never go back to a standard toilet again.     We bought a house in April 2020 and have had the WORST sewer issues since weve been here. I have to say, Buddy is super honest and up front and I would never call anyone else. Had another issue pop up during the Ice Storm and Buddy came out Monday (today) to check it out. I fully expected another foundation breaker, but he cleared the sewer clog and explained what happened. Just absolutely superb service. When theyre here, its usually bad news, but were so happy that we have a company we can call and we trust. Thanks again all!

    We have had the pleasure to work with Affordable Leak Detection for our plumbing. We went out of town and we had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that in our return found sheet rook falling from the ceiling. We called the plumbing company out and of course was a simple fix due to a pipe leaking in the walls for the duration of our leave but the owner Buddy also helped us out with a sheet rocker that came out the following day to assess the situation and fixed us up in no time.     My garbage disposal froze up and at the same time I discovered a leak somewhere leading to the dishwasher. American Home Shield contracted with Affordable Leak Detection who sent out 2 gentleman who were friendly and professional. They replaced my garbage disposal and found/repaired my leak. Very satisfied with their work!

    I cant say enough good things about Buddy and his crew. I have used this company for many repairs, several complicated and related to owning a historic home. Buddy is the only person out of many companies that was able to come out and fix two separate issues and get them done right (without any further issues). If you want someone who is reliable, dependable, HONEST and will do what needs to be done with no shortcuts or quick fixes... call this company. They know what they are doing and always do the job right and shoot me straight, even if its not what I want to hear. 100% recommend these guys! I wont use anyone else.
