New leak, same plumber.Buddys’s has fixed:- leak in the foundation - without breaking the foundation- replaced my worn out shower controls- fixed a hot water leak - without much cutting- repaired a major leak outsideAnd today, they repaired a leak in my sprinkler system. I know when they come, they are going to let me know what’s going on, and they will try to do the least they can to fix the problem (in terms of tearing up the walls/floors).The latest leak occurred yesterday. Their schedule was full until today. I left my water off rather than find another plumber.I found them through the BBB, where they have an A+ review, and have for years.I hope to never see them again, but when this nearly 50 year old house pops another pipe, Buddy’s is who I’ll call.The first photo is the result under ground. Looks great. Much better connection, and easier to operate inline valve.In the second, that’s what the area looked like after they refilled the 2 foot deep hole. And it’s actually flatter than before. So they also left the job site a bit better than when they arrived. A bit less grass, but flatter overall.

Buddys Plumbing are very professional and friendly! They know all of the Oklahoma City ordinates for a particular job. An example of their work ethic is to make sure the job is done right! I had three quotes to replace my gas water heater. All of the quotes contained the same parts and labor. Buddys Plumbing was the most economical of the three.

Buddys Plumbing is professional and on-time. They replaced our main waste line in Edmond several years ago and did a fantastic job. Fast-forward and they are giving us additional quotes for plumbing work in the crawl space of this 80 year old home. I will update this review later based on the additional work and am sure the work performed will be excellent. ** Update: we went with Buddys to replace old water and waste pipes under the house with pex. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

I called Buddys on a Saturday afternoon following an unfortunate incident during my grandmothers kitchen remodel in South Oklahoma City. We broke an older inlet pipe in her home just below the sub floor in the kitchen sink area. Buddys plumbing was super responsive, accommodating, communicated well, gave a GREAT estimate for response time (a few hours on a SATURDAY) and then they showed up early! They communicated via phone and text about everything- quickly and clearly, and the 2 gentlemen who showed up were TOP NOTCH! They were kind and got the job done FAST. I even noticed that the more experienced person was very patient in explaining what they were doing to the younger one. He was very knowledgeable and was doing such a great job leading his other coworker. I took a stack of his cards and would recommend them to ANYONE needing fast, friendly and AFFORDABLE plumbing service. Anyone else wouldve charged double what they did! The kitchen pipe was fixed with a beautiful new poly line instead of the old hard metal (the reason it broke in the first place) and we were up and running in no time! Ive used Buddys Plumbing on 3 repair issues and Im very satisfied. On this last visit, they installed a new kitchen faucet and while there were no leaks in the connections, we discovered a nagging drip that we couldnt resolve after they left. I called back and asked if this could be adjusted or fixed and they couldnt have been more understanding. I called Buddy’s plumbing after having several bids on replacing my laundry/kitchen line. They beat everyone’s price by a landslide. It turns out all of plumbing was bad and they had to replace everything. They were very transparent on pricing and were great at communicating to me the entire time with daily updates. I was very pleased with the job they did and the pricing. I can’t recommend them enough for any job you may have whether it’s big or small. I will definitely be using these guys from here on out for any of my plumbing needs.

Weve used Buddys several times to clear our clogged sewer line... most likely tree roots are the problem. As our luck works, it usually seems to happen on a weekend so after hours hourly charges apply but theyve always handled it quickly. Weve called on a Saturday morning at 10 and had them out and everything working by 3pm so same day service is possible. They are considerate and capable.20211027-Called this morning after heavy rains clogged the sewer line again. They told us unless we wanted them to come after hours, they probably wouldnt be able to come out until tomorrow afternoon but then they called at 3:00 p.m. saying they would be out today if we still wanted them to come. They came out and unclogged the sewer line. Took them maybe 30 minutes. Were very happy they were able to come early and get it fixed for us! Good team of guys. Good service manager to send them by after another call was completed nearby!20220304- Z and Dale came out to clear our sewer line and did a good job and even had me go back inside to flush the toilets so he could double check everything was flowing properly. Great guys. Knowledgeable. Called ahead. Arrived on time, did the job quickly and efficiently. They also now offer scheduled maintenance so we wont have another clog. Yay!

I’m always nervous about hiring plumbers because I have had a few bad experiences before. Fortunately I found Buddys plumbing, which I will be using from now on! They were able to come out the next day, right on time, had the parts that were needed on their truck, and were extremely polite and professional. They replaced the valves and the seats on 2 of my shower valves, and they did it in just under an hour. The price was HALF what I was charged to replace a valve for my bath tub. I will be calling these guys for all of my future plumbing needs!

Listen, Ive used the cheap guys, and it was just that; cheap. I finally Googled “best plumbers in OKC,” and Buddy’s was first in line. They came out, and before finishing the work, they used all their tools to figure out the real issue. I had them out again to finish it up and although they weren’t cheap, they were hella affordable. I had a bad sewer gas smell coming from my bathroom sink. I called Buddys and they sent a team out that afternoon. The lead determined that the problem was coming rom the sink overflow and p trap, which had a large amount of mold. He removed the p trap and overflow assemble, cleaned them with soap and bleach and reassembled with no leaks and no smell. Would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

The guys were prompt and pleasant. Did the job on my disposal quickly and knowledgably. Swept my floor where their footage had left mud crumbles. Did not plug the fisposal back on, causing difficulties.
