    My air conditioner went out 9 days ago, and I called Triple Play to explain my situation. They came out promptly, identified the problem, and gave me the unfortunate news about the repair costs. I explained that I wouldnt be able to pay until my next paycheck. Understanding my predicament, they went ahead and made the necessary repairs to give me some much-needed relief and cool down my home. They even scheduled the follow-up for next month.I cant say enough about these guys. They are absolutely the best in the business, performing quality work with excellent work ethics and attitudes.     This company provides excellent customer service!My AC stopped working on the afternoon before 4th of July. Amanda not only answered the phone (after 5:00), but also told me a technician could check it the same evening! She was friendly as well as knowledgeable. Charlie was at my house right on time and got me up and running right away. He also provided information to help me with my unit in the future.

    One of my AC units broke on Friday. They were able to get someone out that day to fix it (within about 3 or 4 hours). The Technician Chad Kerns was very professional and provided fantastic service. While fixing the 1 AC unit he also did an inspection of my other 2 AC units for no additional fees to make sure I wouldnt have similar problems with them in the future. They also have an amazing maintenance plan that I was happy to sign up for. Very happy with their service so far and will continue to use Triple Play.

    I was absolutely blown away with the service we received from Triple Play. They were in our home within 2 hours of calling ON A SUNDAY! The issue couldnt be resolved the same day, so they let us borrow a portable AC unit to get us through the night. They returned promptly the next morning and it was up and running within an hour. I could not be more pleased with the service we received and the professionalism of all the technicians who came to help out. I will never use another HVAC company. We are Triple Play customers for life!

    My AC was not blowing cold air. We called on a Sunday night and they had someone out here the next morning at 8am. The service tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He worked quickly and didn’t try to force extra repairs. He informed me of things to be watchful of and also told me about the extra services they offer. 100% will use Triple Play in the future for my repairs.

    Our air went out about a month ago and our house was at 87 even through the night. We called Triple Play on a Thurs evening. They installed a new unit the next day. From the minute you call until they drive away you feel like they are family. Everyone is very nice.Chad K had to make a return visit this evening (our dogs shifted unit up against the house blocking air flow.) He was so understanding and nice and checked everything for us. We are very happy with this company and their amazing quick response time. Thank you everyone at TP.

    Daelon, Michael, & Joseph were fantastic! We had to get pretty much all of our plumbing replaced, from the street to the house and even under our concrete patio. The Triple Play team did excellent work and got our plumbing up and running in about a week!

    Weve had lots of very good experiences with them, for furnace tuneups in the fall and A/C unit checkups in the spring, for four or five years now. They offer a great maintenance membership price (which includes both fall and spring maintenance), easy scheduling, were always perfectly on time, and did a very comprehensive and thorough job with the checkups, and explained exactly what they were doing. So we can definitely recommend their services!

    After doing extensive research online to find a good and honest Heating/Air company, I landed on HVAC Solutions. I was taken back by the amount of good reviews online so I decided to give them a try and that was a great decision. HVAC Solutions is an extremely professional and experienced company. They arrived when scheduled and got straight to work diagnosing the issue I was having with my furnace. Steve was the tech and he was very personable and friendly. I was afraid it would be a big issue which required extensive work and cost quite a bit to take care of. Steve diagnosed the issue, explained to me exactly what was going on and jumped into action to get it fixed and back up and running. Within one hour my unit was back in good working condition. And the greatest part was the price, the cost to repair was very reasonable. I must say that I was blown away by my experience with this company. They were very straightforward and honest when diagnosing the issue and Steve was about as professional as they come. Very honest company all the way around. I will continue to use their services if any other issues arise. Thanks for the excellent service.

    We have used HVAC Solutions for several years. Most recently was our fall tune up and inspection. Always performed easily.It was just after ice storm and we had a couple leaks in the chimneys coming out of furnace at the roof.Since it was actively raining Tech (James?) scheduled convenient time when it was dry they had it fixed in no time.I highly recommend.

    We have had HVAC Solutions work on our AC since we moved into our new house. The unit was original to the home from 1969 and he told us it could go out any time but he helped us out and we drug a good two more years out of it before having to replace it.....it had been going out for years and just limped along. We did a full system replacement and these guys were top notch and i will continue service with them for the forseeable future.

    We knew our old system was through, no replacement parts were to be found. David came up with a quote and was out two days later. By noon, we had a new heat and air handler that works great. The fan blows twice as much as the old one, and the new thermostat helps us keep the temp in the house just right. Very professional and thorough. Thanks.

    I have used HVAC Solutions on three different occasions, once for a home efficiency program and two other times for yearly maintenance. The HVAC Solutions technicians have been professional, clean, and very knowledgeable. They answer all of my questions and show me step by step what they are doing to my HVAC system.     Mike was great to come out on a holiday weekend. Online scheduling. Showed up on time each time (we had to order some parts from out of town) and fixed it fairly quickly. His expertise saved us from having to buy a new system at the peak of summer. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

    We called HVAC for a second opinion regarding our heating system and failing motor. I big competitor basically told us we needed an entire new system. Jon with HVAC came (on a Sunday) and recommended simply replacing the motor, saving us several thousand dollars. He was very kind and extremely professional and knowledgeable and to took the time to explain everything to us and answered any questions we had. We will definitely use HVAC in the future. We terminated our contract with the other guys.

All of the folks are polite, professional, and respectful.     The first warm day of spring arrived and no AC. I called HVAC Solutions the next morning and by days end Mike and his apprentice were there. The unit was dead, which was no surprise since it was 26 years old. It was pretty warm that day but cool for the week to follow. I asked them for a quote on a new heat and air solution AND overhead ducts to replace my floor ducts. He quoted me in a few minutes and it was reasonable so I went with it. That was Friday, and the weekend was cool. Monday morning his entire crew descended on my attic and began installing the new unit and ducts. As with all big jobs, there were some issues, but all were handled promptly, professionally, and politely. The work took a few days, and was done with almost no mess. When complete, even my attic looked great. They tied up the ducting to allow access for the entire length. They cleaned up their debris, tested the system, and instructed us on use. The house has never been so cool so quickly on a warm day. And on the first night it got cold, it was quick to heat too. We went with the Amana solution and it has a Lifetime compressor warranty and 10 year full system warranty. It is quiet, works great, and will be professionally serviced and maintained for years to come by the HVAC Solutions authorized techs. Thanks Mike to you and your entire crew for a job well done. Everything is neat, clean, efficient, and works great. They even pointed out a $550 ONG rebate to save us a little on the expense. Use these guys!
