Unbelievable service. I am still picking my jaw off the ground. I had an emergency. Tuned off all water to the house. Called Tiptons for help and my door bell was ringing within the hour. Luis Mia assessed the problem ... cut a small hole in the wall to fix the leak.. and was done in a matter of an hour. I have used other Plumbers through my years but this is the first time I am looking forward to calling them back for future help. Awesome Service, Fantastic work and an amazing price. Dont wast you time calling anyone else. Thank YOU!!!!

Backstory:I have a tankless water heater that stopped working years ago. Since I moved into this house, I have not used the master bathroom until now. I had a company come out, and they gave me an outrageous quote of over 2k to replace the tankless water heater. The company called me and told me they had difficulty finding the unit to replace the old one. So I ended up looking for a new service called Tipton’s. Tipton’s set out a gentleman named Luis. Luis replaced the unit on the spot for a quarter of the price the other company quoted me. Embarrassingly I forgot to tip him!Now:My sprinkler system burst during the last bad ice storm. I finally called to get it repaired, and I called Tipton’s first because Luis was so excellent the first time. Not only did he fix the sprinkler, but he also did it quickly and for less than the appraisal. The first appraisal guy said they might have to dig up our driveway, which we had expected. Luis did the job without digging up the driveway, and I know his work is solid because our water heater has worked perfectly. THANK YOU, LUIS, from Tipton’s plumbing!Message to you:Finding reliable, ethical, and good people with good morals is hard. Luis is that person, I can’t speak for other people at Tipton’s, but all my dealing with them have been honest, helpful, and reliable. I would recommend Tipton’s, but I will only ask for Luis, and if he is not available, I will wait ( He is that awesome.).

Called Tipton’s and they had somebody out sooner than the timeframe we discussed, which was awesome. Lewis got everything taken care of in a timely manner and the quality was superb. On 2/17/2020, our hot water heater died, leaking water all over our garage and down the street. Immediately we called Tiptons Plumbing because of the repeated outstanding service they have provided us in the past. Tipton’s Plumbing responded immediately to my service request; diverted a service technician to our residence, and provided us with maintenance-related instructions over the phone to render the hot water heater to a safe condition and minimize the water leakage. The technician also promptly provided us with an estimate of the time to complete the required work, the cost of the repair, a six-year warranty on the equipment, and one-year warranty on the workmanship. After receiving such outstanding service, we offered to tip Zack and his assistant, but he refused and instead suggested that we share our outstanding customer experience with other potential customers, which is this reason for the exemplary review. Our only regret as homeowners is that we did not discover Tipton’s plumbing earlier.

I called Tiptons plumbing after having a bad experience with another plumber. They were very responsive and set an appointment for the next morning. When I called them the next day, I was told that they wanted to send out the most experienced plumber for my tankless water heater. Later, Zack called me and told me that the plumber he wanted me to have was still on another job and it would be Monday before he could get to me. After approving the change in plans, come Monday morning the phone rang at 8:01 to let me know that Luis was on his way. Luis was very professional and diagnosed the problems with my heater quickly and said repairs would coat more than a new one.(We had expected that). He went and got the unit , installed it, cleaned up after himself explained the system and left. It was a smooth and painless call. We appreciate Tipton for sending us the best person for our needs and keeping us updated on what was going on.

This is the second time Ive called and the response was immediate - called after 530pm told someone would be here by 9am the next day. They have been this responsive both times. Replaced my hot water tank both times and let me know the price before work was done. I said the last time Id call them again & I did. They are polite, and honest. I called Tipton’s and was able to schedule an appointment with them — SAME DAY, during the time that was most convenient with me! Usually repair services make you work around their schedule, so I felt so amazed that they would work around mine. All the staff that I came into contact with either by phone or in person were super friendly. They repair technician explained the problem with my hot water heater and gave me several options to choose from regarding the repair. The work was done in a quick and efficient time frame. They handled the job professionally and were super personable. I will DEFINITELY call Tipton’s again for my plumbing needs! (By the way, this was a second time that I have used Tipton’s in my home and I had the same experience the first time I used their services back in 2015. They are very consistent with the quality, efficiency, and friendliness of their business.)

This is the first time I had to call a plumber for a DYI gone wrong. A real person answered. They offered to come out that night but I opted for the next day because the service call was cheaper. But they would have come out as late as 9 pm (I called at 6 pm). They showed up 1st thing in the morning and he was super nice. They worked with my budget (which was not much) and they warranty the labor for 30 days. Not the part because I purchased it myself. He didnt make me feel bad for attempting to do the job myself. Even gave me some tips. Very happy. Will call again if I need them.

Despite signing waivers that they werent responsible for clean up, they were careful and left my house as clean as when they arrived despite removing sheetrock to make the repair. They were courteous, responsive and stopped the leak. I would recommend.

We had a backed up tub, toilet, and sink at a rent house so we called Tiptons to fix it. Let me tell you, Zach was fantastic. He came out within 30 minutes of being called on a Saturday afternoon, arrived 10 minutes earlier than we were expecting, and had our problem fixed in about a half hour. It cost a little less than $300, but I feel that it was more than fair given it was a Saturday on a holiday weekend and 5 days after a devastating tornado destroyed the area less than a mile away. If I need a plumber again (God forbid), I will be calling Tiptons.

I didnt have the problems with Zach others have mentioned. Im not looking for someone to sugar coat everything and be all sunshine and rainbows. I want the truth about my situation and thats what I got. Lewis was a great tech and told me what he was doing and gave me the cost up front. I thought it was a little pricey for what i got but i got same day service which i needed. If not for the price id have gave 5 stars. I could have waited until Thursday and probably saved $100 or so bucks but my hot water was out and its too cold to wait till Thursday.

My hot water heater was leaking badly. I called Tipton and a man was out within the hour. Turned out my heater was shot. While we waited on delivery, the rep checked out a faucet and drain. Once my water heater arrived, the plumber had it installed inside half an hour. Saved money by paying cash as well. Not one likes having to buy a new heater—but if you do, Call Tipton. Awesome work and professional service.

Long story short, Tiptons was the only company that found the true root of our plumbing issue. We originally had a different company snake our main sewer line after it backed up, but that barely solved the issue for a day before it backed up again. When that company was unable to return until days later (leaving us without plumbing), we called Tiptons. Based on the issues we were having, they were convinced there was a broken 90-degree connector between our main line and the city line. They even went so far as to snake the line again and send down a camera to confirm before digging up our yard.They had the work done in a very timely manner, and they even found our cleanout line in our back yard.We were not in a position to shop around, so I cant speak much to how their prices may compare to other companies, but we are very happy with the work they did. And in the end, they probably saved us more needless costs since they actually fixed the problem instead of just snaking our line again. We will definitely call them with any future plumbing needs.

Was blown off by two other company’s for our bathroom remodel and had the project pushed back 2 days. Tiptons showed up the next day and saved my wife’s sanity and got the project back on track. Had shower valve replaced and two body jets put in the shower, along with a extension for a rain down shower head. The work looks great. Just have to wait for the shower to be finished and then we Can try it out.

Amazing company to work with!After having been severely disappointed by another company and being very new to the area (lived here just 2 weeks). We called Tiptons Plumbing at 1935 on a Thursday night regarding a clogged drain. Upon telling Zeke about the situation and that we are in a 1 bathroom house he dispatched Luis to the house. Luis was very professional, friendly and got straight to work. He explained the problem, told us the solutions he was going to use and after even gave us tips on how to avoid roots in the line in the future. I sincerely appreciate both Zeke and Luiss time and deameanor during this situation. They were a pleasure to work with and we will be using them in the future.

Excellent experience!!! I called Tipton Plumbing yesterday afternoon due to a broken hot water tank and now, the next day, I have a brand new beautiful tank with new pipes etc. at a phenomenal price!Zack is fantastic to work with and Zeke and Chris did an awesome job with installation. Zack, the supervisor, stopped by to make sure everything was satisfactory and made sure I was pleased with the work. What a nice gentleman!When you have a large or small plumbing job to, Tipton is the way to go. These were the nicest people to work with and I also appreciated the cleanliness of the employees, their equipment and trucks. They also cleaned up when the job was done.Tipton is now my only call for plumbing, heat and air needs!!!

They were prompt and very helpful. Additionally, they came out when my water heater burst on a weekend and stopped the leak.
