Jeff H. came out on a Friday evening at 5 to help accommodate our schedule. We needed to replace our furnace and AC and were getting quotes, he was by far the most thorough in his review and explanations. Spent almost 2 hours with us going over everything. Prices were good and in line with other companies who didn’t seem nearly as knowledgeable.We decided to purchase a new Trane system and he had his guys out Monday morning 2 days later getting everything installed. New system looks great and the installers were extremely nice and went through everything with us. Warranty is great and we will have peace of mind for many years not having to worry about our system breaking down.

Jeff Holloway came to quote for a new HVAC when our old one failed. He was excellent. Did a thorough analysis of air flow and walked through options that Hill could do and what I could do myself. He gave me the complete information that I was looking for, that other providers lacked.The install crew was professional and left everything tidy.Communication with the crew had a gap about a specific run, and I noticed the issue during installation. (Lack of a damper for a troublesome room) A call between me and Jeff H cleared it up.All in all I was pleased. I recommend Hill and Co if you have HVAC needs.

The whole process went well. Nick came out to do my inspection and go over my options with me and was on time and very helpful. When I finally made the decision to replace my unit they were at my house the next morning ready to install. The guys did a great job on the installation, left everything cleaned up, and went over the unit and functions with me. Quality installation is a big factor in service life and these guys do it right. I highly recommend using Hill and Company.

Hill and Company Service, Inc., installed my HVAC unit nearly 2 years ago. Every employee there has always been friendly and professional. No problems with the new unit. They just completed my winter service/checkup. They have always arrived on time so I don’t have to spend a day waiting and wondering. I hover over watching them work and they answer my questions. I’ve used them to do plumbing, too. They were quick, efficient, tidy, and affordable. I recommend them.

I had a great experience with Hill & Company. The primary technician I interacted with was Mike. He was extremely professional, clear, kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and candid. At the initial quote, he took several photos and gave me a breakdown of all the different costs and which water heater he recommended. I came away with the impression that he had my best interest in mind, not which sale would make them the most money. I didn’t feel like he cut any corners to make it easier or make an extra buck. I was equally as impressed on the day of the installation. Overall, I am very content with the job they did and would use them again tomorrow if I needed them! Great job by the Hill & Company team! Our A/C went out on a 100 degree day. Hill & Company had a tech out that day and confirmed the system needed to be replaced. Jeff Holloway met us that same afternoon. He was very professional and helped us understand our options. We elected to replace our system and Jeff was able to schedule the installation for the next day. Just over 24 hours from my initial call to Hill & Company, our new system was installed and we were back up and running. Keegan and his team of installers were very knowledgeable, communicative and friendly (Keegan is a great singer, btw!). It was a very difficult installation but they completed it with smiles on their faces and did a great job. I would highly recommend Hill & Company!

The pre-winter tune up revealed a few issues with our 11 year old furnace, and they recommended a comfort consultation.AJ came out and basically spent most of the day here. Very thorough, and not at all pushy. We chose to get a new furnace and ductwork. Dalton was the team leader on the installation. Very courteous and professional. They were clean and efficient.I noticed a minor problem afterward with one of the dampers, and Dalton came right back and fixed it himself in about 3 minutes. This company is professional, and they are straight shooters.

I chose Hill & Co. because their products are dependable. They installed my new system within a couple of days and did a good job. I recommend Hill& Co. as a good choice for your heat/ac needs!

When I recently lost my AC I wanted to get someone familiar with Trane equipment. My existing Trane equipment had worked well since it was installed – only requiring about three repairs until the latest failure. The Technician who came out identified the current failure as a rather expensive part. He also reminded me that the unit was 18 years old. While he could fix the current problem there was no telling what other problems might happen because of equipment age. That made sense. A Comfort Consultant visit was scheduled. He checked out the existing AC/Furnace installation. Put together a couple of AC/Furnace options that would work with my house along with potential discounts that could be applied. I made my selection. The installation team came out the morning that the installation was scheduled. The team worked hard removing the old equipment & installing the new. I had AC by the afternoon. From the first visit to the new install completion took 6 days. Everyone was polite and professional. The new units work really well.

Was told be a competing HVAC company I needed to replace my condensor last summer. Hill & Co - identified the real issue which saved me about 8 grand.When time came to replace the old system, Hill & Co were competitive and fast - and their service personnel hiring decisions are top notch.There may be slightly cheaper options, but its only slightly and, in my opinion, not worth it to go with another HVAC merchant.Class outfit - I highly recommend.

My annual service wasnt scheduled until 8/1 (of course!) so we set up a service call. With everything so expensive these days, I was really anxious about how much a new AC would cost and how I was going to pay for it because thats always what they say you need.Thankfully, not this time! I told him I was getting another estimate and would not be making a decision until later that day. I confirmed with Dale at 3pm that I had decided to go with Hill & Company and by 6pm my new heat pump was installed and running. We were fortunate enough to meet Brock for today’s service. His evaluation of our HVAC system was thorough and comprehensive. Even though it was later in the afternoon Brock was patient with us and explained his findings. It seemed like we were his first client of the day. He was enthusiastic, informative and explained things in a way that we could understand. Most importantly, Brock earned our respect and trust. We called Hill for a second opinion because we felt uncomfortable with one of the big companies here in OKC that starts with the letter A. As we expected, we didn’t need the items that the other company tried to sell us. Their greed and pursuit of a dollar cost them our business and our respect.Hill is fortunate to have a dedicated technician like Brock and we are grateful for his expertise and honesty. My advice is to call Hill and drop those other guys who are only interested in selling you something, whether you need it or not.

Our heater was not working, and of course, it was right before an artic cold snap. I had to call and leave a message after hours and Hill and Co. called me first thing the next day and were able to come out that day. We ended up having a comfort consultant come out regarding a new HVAC—Jeff was AMAZING. He was honest and laid everything out for us. He was up front about what we needed versus what we didn’t really need. There was no pressure to purchase anything. They were able to install the next day, which was very impressive. The workers were here the very next day. The entire team of installers were very nice and seemed to enjoy their job and cared about what they were doing. Overall I was super impressed with the service we received. Hill and o. really made this whole crazy situation easy and had excellent customer service along the way. We will definitely use them again.

During extreme cold this January we noticed our heating system was struggling. Hill & Co. answered our call and came out the same day. Turned out our 12 year old system was failing and the entire heat and air unit had to be replaced. We had all installed and finished within the next three days! Installers were great and we are very happy with the service provided. They even refunded our original service call since we bought a new system. Very pleased with the service from Brody the Technician to the installers: Tony, AJ and Ryan (I think I got the names right). We highly recommend!

Working with Hill & Co. has been an amazing experience and I highly recommend getting a quote for your HVAC total system update & replacement. They are extremely professional, prompt, and responsive. Their Sales-person Nick is a HVAC expert in all aspects of quoting your job for the right system for your specific home, he explained many of the changes to HVAC equipment due to Federal Laws that are meant to protect the Ozone layer using a cleaner Freon product to being up to the City Codes with the Oklahoma City Inspector; which is there to protect our investment. Every step of the process from the line item quote of the work needed to the installation was completed quickly the next day after my acceptance of the quote which made me feel totally confident in my choice to go with Hill & Co. Shout out to the 3-man crew that installed my system within an 8 hour day (Lead Expert Installation Technician Keegan, with his dedicated assistants Tony and Allan). The crew was completely focused on the job, answered all of my questions, respected my property and did a thorough clean up upon completion. I highly recommend them for everything from minor repairs to major equipment replacement.

We had to replace our 20 year-old AC and furnace. While it was easy enough for several other businesses to quote a new (and larger) unit, when Jeff came to give us a quote he was the only one who actually investigated our full system and determined that our air intake system was inadequate to effectively cool. By upgrading this, a new unit of the same size could do the job. The installation by Keegan, Dalton and Blake was an all day process, and they were respectful, professional and easy to work with. While we spent a ton of money, were very pleased with the work Hill and Co did in our home.

I was so impressed with this company! Our heating unit went out right before Thanksgiving & I was not looking forward to the whole process of getting a new one. Jeff, however, was amazing. He went through the entire house and inspected everything pertaining to our heat & air. He was up front about what we needed versus what we didn’t really need. There was no pressure to purchase anything. The workers were here the very next day. Some were working in the attic, adding new duct work, others were installing a new heating unit inside the house while still others were outside installing our new air conditioning unit. Hill & Company really made this whole crazy situation a very pleasant experience. They all went above & beyond to help us out. I was also impressed with how clean everything was when the workers were finished. We will definitely be using them again

Called them on Thursday and had a new heat and air replacement done by Friday afternoon. Very nice, respectful, and thorough. Very reasonably priced. They took great care of my property, covered the floor before the job, and cleaned very well after the job. Did not try to sell me anything I didnt need, and used the old ducts because they said there wasnt anything wrong with the ones we had. Very honest group of people. I will have them replace my mothers AC unit in the spring and would recommend them to everyone. Great job guys. Im so glad we chose your company. Thank you

Quick appointment, technician on time. Company sent confirmation with tech picture. Then they called to let us know Tech was en route, and passed along our request that he call so we could meet him at the garage- we have very noisy dogs that get really wound up if the doorbell rings! Tech explained issue, also advised us about their maintenance program, answering all of our many questions patiently. Work was completed quickly. So far very impressed, hopefully the maintenance program will go as well!

Our old home ac unit wound up biting the dust leaking out every bit of refrigerant We called a different company for an estimate. Our system was to old to repair (r22) so replace was our only option. The first company came out and did a quote and and was gone in about 30 min. Just to replace our unit was going to be very high. We called Hill and company for a second opinion and they came out right away Nick was there for about 2 hours going through every piece of our system, testing all our air flow and found a few things that the first company completely missed. He then made up a comprehensive estimate based on the new calculations and still wound up significantly cheaper than our first estimate. Not only that but they were available to install next day on a Saturday. So we hired them.The next morning Keegan and his team showed up ready to work and they worked hard! They did a full system install and duct replacement in one day. They cleaned up every bit of any mess and were extremely professional and polite.I work in the trades and I know competence and professionalism when I see it. I couldnt have been more impressed with everything this company did for us. They went above and beyond in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their a.c.

We had Hill & Co replace an old HVAC system and install a new one. The Comfort Consultants were knowledgeable and answered every question we had. The system was installed the day after we accepted the proposal. The men installing the system who were on Auggies crew were highly qualified, exceptionally courteous and knew exactly what was needed for installation. The clean up was also spectacular. The system was in the attic and they never complained although Im certain it was extremely hot up there!I told the salesmen my only concern, which didnt occur, was if a nail or bump became visible on our ceiling because of the vibration during installation, they would not have it repaired. I believe Hill & Co should have them repaired, but they dont.It would take very little effort on their part to have a handyman on retainer and itd save the homeowner a lot of trouble. Other than that minor detail, which as I said never happened, the entire experience was absolutely wonderful!

Daniel came out the same day I called and gave me a quote for a new water heater and scheduled the install - 3 days away. The best available but it was a Saturday. My recent experience was due to a plumbing problem with my walk-in shower fawcett. I cant say enough about how satisfied I am with this company and their staff from both the dispatchers and technicians -- they ALWAYS make sure any HVAC/Plumbing problems Ive had are completely fixed. From start to finish, the product and service was outstanding. The tech that evaluated our system gave us an itemized list of the AC unit needed, the additional ducting required to make our system more efficient, which registers were going to be enlarged, and what needed to be addressed to bring the system up to code. He answered all of our questions in a polite manner. We had a proposal from another company but Hill’s was not only cheaper, it gave us a more efficient system. The install was completed in one day (including the new ducting) and the installers were friendly and answered all of our questions. We are now as looking to the Hill company for all of our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.

Our recent experience with Hill & Company far exceeded our expectations. The fifteen year old Trane heat pump at our home finally needed to be replaced. We called in the morning and in the afternoon Nick came to make a free, no obligation estimate. He spent two hours evaluating our entire HVAC system and the environment in which it operates. He provided a written estimate and a printed report of his findings. Nick gave us options and thoroughly answered our many questions. Before we made our decision to purchase a new Trane heat pump from Hill & Company I sent him two separate emails requesting additional information which he promptly answered. We were impressed with the level of communication between Nick who gave us the estimate and the installation team. He met with the team at the shop the next morning before they came out to our home to be sure they understood our concerns. The team itself, which consisted of Keegan, Keeton and Trent, was very knowledgeable and professional. Beyond this they were friendly and courteous. Cody really helped my grandmother out of a worry some bind. Her outdoor faucet had been leaking. Estimate was $500 to repair from the inside. However, Cody was able to locate the issue as a broken screw inside of the outdoor faucet. We have been suffering with our A/C since we moved into our home three years ago. Today, we had the pleasure of having A. J. Mayberry as our consultant and could not be more pleased with the experience.We have had numerous A/C professionals come to our house to identify our issues, only to spend a significant amount of money with little or no benefit. Virtually everyones solution was to simply install an extremely oversized unit - 4.5-5 Ton units, when every tonnage calculator I could find indicated that the correct tonnage for our 1800 sqft was around 3.5.A. J. spend over an hour inspecting every duct, return, register and other components and informed us that our primary problem was the less than adequate ductwork. He clearly and completely explained that the workmanship of the builder was, by far less than ideal (no capital letters needed), leaving us with ductwork that restricted our existing units performance down to that of a 2.5 Ton unit - the A/C basically wasnt able to breath.In that our existing unit is 10 years+ old and the prior owner installed mismatched components, a new A/C unit appears to be in our future, but without A. J. diligence we would never have identified the true issue we are facing.Without question, I would strongly recommend that ANYONE with A/C issues of any kind reach out to A. J. Mayberry at Hill & Company.

I really appreciated that they walked me through everything, listened to my preferences, and worked with me to determine the best solution to fit my needs. Their price ended up being very close to that of the main competitor that I was considering, so it was their excellent customer service that ultimately swayed me towards Hill.I didnt really interact much with the installation techs, but they seemed like nice guys. Im no expert, but I think they did a good job on the install. They arrived and finished on schedule, and they cleaned up afterwards.Since I had a new A/C and coil installed during the winter (to save money during the off-season), I wont really know how well everything works for a few months. If its past mid-summer, 2019, when youre reading this, then you can probably assume that everything works great. Trust me, if it doesnt, Ill come back to edit my review. ;-)

The estimator arrived as scheduled and performed a complete evaluation on-site, including taking pictures and making a recommendation to add an additional return duct. He explained to our satisfaction the reason and justification for all equipment and labor included in the proposal. When we made the decision to go forward with the install, he was able to get it scheduled the following day. It was a complete replacement of the entire heat and air conditioning system, which was far more efficient than our existing system. The installers were completely professional and courteous and always answered any questions we may have had during the install. We are very satisfied with the entire process and have used Hill & Company for routine maintenance for over 16 years. Would recommend them to anyone needing heat and air service or equipment.

The sales representative spent a good amount of time looking over our existing system and calculating our needs based on size and usage of the space. He provided us with multiple options at different price points and pointed out some of the pros and cons of each. There was absolutely no pressure to go with any particular option, just honest suggestions.Once we decided on a system they were able to schedule installation within a few days. The install crew showed up on time and worked very hard to complete the install in one day. They left our home and workspace just as clean and tidy as when they arrived. I appreciate the great job they did and the good communication from their sales team to the installers to the receptionist! My former heat and air contractor installed a new unit in July 2020 that was oversized for my home. For five months I endured short cycling, loud noise levels and uneven circulation. He was adamant that he had made the right choice and I was very uncomfortable in my own home. When I called other well known H/A businesses for a second opinion---no one wanted to get in the middle of the situation. Fortunately, I called Hill & Company. While my circumstance was unusual, Natalie was able to arrange for John Hoffman, comfort consultant, to assess my home. John spent two hours examining every area and was able to provide an extensive report that day confirming the unit was inappropriately sized. He was also very kind about the tough situation I had been tolerating. This assessment was an important step when making this major decision. That evening I purchased an excellent product at a fair price. The next morning my service team, Matthew and Luis, showed up promptly and worked very hard installing my new H/A. They were super friendly, very knowledgeable and fully masked! Dale Holloway, sales/marketing director, stopped by to meet me and check on the progress. After the installation, I had a question regarding the thermostat and they dispatched a service tech, Mark, within an hour. My new Trane unit is very quiet and my comfort level is perfect. Dale from Hill & Company went above and beyond with his inspection and assessment of what units would be best for our home. After we reviewed the estimate it was a no-brainer. They came out the next day (Saturday) to do the installation. The crew was AJ, Trent, and Ryan and they did a fantastic job. Those boys had their work cut out for them but it didnt phase them. They got it installed and the heat going just in time before an arctic freeze came through. I don’t have a single negative thing to say. They were so wonderful to work with. Our AC went out and our home warranty refused to cover. I put in a request through Angie’s list for AC pricing and they were the only company to call back. And they called within an hour. They had someone out that day to give us pricing. We signed with them the next day. They started the following day and worked for 11 hours in the 100 degree weather. They replaced our unit and all our duct work. They didn’t leave until they were sure we would have Some AC that night. They came back the next day and finished everything up. They were so efficient. The workers did not stop. I did not see a single person take a break or goof off. The head worker was so respectful with the crew. You can see they really value and take care of their workers as well as customers. When they left each day the house was cleaned better than when they arrived. It was an amazing experience. Jeff was a wonderful sales guy to work with and Carlos was the head guy on the crew. They walked me through every step and made sure I knew everything that was happening. Their products and warranties are top notch. They also offer a great maintenance program.

I recently got a new AC system from Hill & Co and things were *mostly* smooth with a few unfortunate incidents.Pros: The installers showed up more or less on time, were courteous and professional, and everything with the system was functioning properly when they left at the end of the day. The house is much cooler than it had been and i like the fact that the access to change the filter is now inside the house instead of in the garage.Our salesperson (sorry comfort consultant or some other nonsense) was initially responsive and attentive and made sure we got answers to our questions and even managed to get us a bit of a discount.Cons: Our salesperson claimed that they would be our contact for any issues so that we wouldnt have to deal with a bunch of different people but this quickly fell apart.After the sale was finalized and the install was proceeding, our salesperson was suddenly much harder to reach.During the install, while work was being done in the garage, our garage door openers became disconnected. It was not discovered until after the installers has left. This turned out to be no more than an unplugged power cord and I was able to resolve it myself but it still shouldnt have happened in the first place and our supposed point of contact shouldnt have left us hanging to the point I had to diagnose and fix their installers errors.Overall we had a good experience with Hill & Co but there is definitely room for improvement.
