We had a plumbing issue at our business. We called the plumber who we have been using for 7 years. He charged us almost 500.00 and declared the problem resolved. We opened the next day assuming it would be business as usual only to discover he had not resolved the issue and instead every drain and toilet in our building was now overflowing. This caused us to have to close business on one of the busiest days of the year and lose revenue we were depending on. I called the original plumber assuming they would rectify the problem and instead they showed up and said they could resolve the problem for an additional 600.00!!! Imagine how upsetting that was to hear when they had just been there the day before and not resolved the issue. I called Roto Rooter, explained my situation, and they sent someone right over. Skyler was professional, compassionate and thorough. He went through the clean out, cleared the line, and apologized for having to charge time and a half because it was a Sunday. You may wonder what the cost was for this prompt efficient service on a Sunday……422.00. 422.00 which I gladly paid with a grateful heart. I will call them for any plumbing issue I may have in the future and I highly recommend you do as well.

The technicians sent to my house were very friendly, informative and went to great links to find the issue. I feel like they kept me informed of what they were doing and any new information they had come across. I called on a Saturday they were at my house within a few hours. They always sent a text or a phone call notifying me they were on their way. They came back on Monday and Tuesday and kept me informed of all of the work they had done and would be doing. It was a bit pricey but with the work they did it was worth it. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

I had a different plumber come out yesterday to clear the sewer drain at our church. They could only go 150 feet with their machine, which was not far enough to reach the clog. I called a lot of plumbers but most could not go more than 150 feet or wouldnt do a commercial drain. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent Bryan M. He worked really hard and went above and beyond to explain what he was doing, and run the cable about 250 feet and finally clear out our drain, just in time for church to start. Hopefully we wont ever need their service again, but if we do, Im going request that they send Bryan.

We called this morning with a plumbing crisis in our home which is only 9 years old but has had repeated clogging of drains and toilets. They got us on the schedule, called ahead of arrival, and the two young men diagnosed the problem quickly - a broken cover in the trap that was obstructing all pipes taking sewage away from the house. They fixed it and the price was very reasonable. As senior adults, we appreciate the courtesy and professionalism shown by the men doing the work as well as the courteous staff who scheduled the service.

I am a deployed military member that needed a quick response to a leak. Roto rooter responded quickly and got me in. I was most impressed with the first technician Dakota W. He was honest and professional, he explained that since it was late in the day it would be charged time and a half. He said he recommended waiting to save some money and I was happy to go with recommendation. I was hoping to get Dakota again but we got Clayton R. I did not get to speak with Clayton but was told he worked efficiently and effectively. Will have to use roto rooter when it’s time to replace water heater.

I am writing this review because of my experience with technician Daniel W. Let me start by saying: Give this man a raise &/or a promotion!! I cannot say enough good things about him.After an entire year of renovations, repairs and inspections we finally were able to rent our house. On the very day our tenant was moving in (the weekend no less) she notified me that the toilet was not working and there seemed to be a clog. I called the first result for emergency plumbers and didn’t think twice until after the service was initiated. I got very nervous when I went back and read reviews. So when Daniel called me to let me know the situation was a little more complicated than anticipated, I told him my concerns (we had some bad experiences while renovating and are a little jaded). Something about the way he explained things to me put me at ease.I decided to trust him and his expertise and I’m glad I did. His assessment of the situation was spot on and he finished the job quickly and without trying to shake me down. He also took the time to explain in detail what might have caused it and what we could do to prevent it happening again.I can only speak for my experience but it was a positive one. Daniel was knowledgeable, honest, understanding and patient with my questions. I won’t hesitate to use this company again.

Extraordinary!! They even texted me the technicians photo ahead of time, which I found both unique and comforting.The last time my line had blocked up, the plumber I had used for 15 years made me wait over a week before they came out, and then it took them only 15 minutes to fix it. My entire experience with Roto Rooter was excellent. I have 1 1/2 bathrooms, both were backed up. I couldnt use either toilet, either sink or the bath tub. Nathan came and explained what he was going to do and did it. He did this the entire time he was at my house. So respectful, kind and understanding. Nathan was able to get the main bathroom working. I chose to have them stop because I was in-between paydays and had limited funds. I cannot express how grateful for and pleased with Nathan I am. I would absolutely recommend Roto Rooter.

Very impressed with this company! I had a problem that needed attention right away in my home which I am trying to sell. I was so grateful they could come out on the same day and was pleased when the price was reasonable to do so. They sent a very capable tech(JR) and he did a thorough job on finding the root cause of my problem. He went above and beyond to help us with the solution and it took most of an afternoon which he did not expect however he said he was there for the duration until the situation was resolved. He had a great attitude and helped us save some money along the way! Would highly recommend and ask for JR.

Absolutely the best experience. Within minutes of me calling during the evening they were headed my direction and I was able to track their location with a link they sent to my phone. Jeff E is the best. He was extremely quick and professional! A blockage in the line caused issues on a Friday and because I didn’t want the situation to get worse over the weekend, I needed an appointment that day. I called nearly a dozen plumbers without any luck. Everyone was booked until at least Monday, and some as far as two weeks out. Roto Rooter came to my rescue. Alex showed up within two hours of my call and fixed the blockage in less than 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And he was great with my dogs! Highly recommended!

One company BL3 Plumbing claimed to have 24 hr service but I got an answering service that never called back. I called Roto-Rooter after reading reviews. Most of their reviews bragged about the friendliness of the technicians. A few said they were very expensive. My personal experience followed suit. The tech was Jeff E. He was on time, efficiently cleared the clog in about 45 minutes, was very professional, cordial, and friendly. The price actually ended up about $10 less than the phone quote and after comparing to other plumbing company phone quotes was very competitive. Im programming them into my list of contacts and will happily refer them again.

Clayton was AWESOME!! We had a house full of 15 family members from out of town and both toilets in the house got clogged. he pulled up the house and it started to pour rain and tornado sirens were going off. He came back at 11pm that night when the weather had stopped and in the dark to get the toilets unclogged.
