Plumbing Masters provided the plumbing service I needed (in short order) to replace shower fixtures during a tile replacement on the walls around the periphery of a bathtub allowing completion of tiling work, and it looked good. They even called afterward to check if I was satisfied! Turns out the tile installer had trouble making the spout seat squarely. So I asked Plumbing Masters back for help and they responded the same day and fixed it. Thanks Jesse.

Highly recommend!! Had all my toilets and showers backing up and Plumbing Masters came out within an hour of me calling them. I dont remember the plumbers name that came out but he was very nice and professional and fixed the problem quickly. Prices are reasonable even after having to pay an extra fee for them coming out on a weekend for an emergency visit. If you have a problem, call this place for sure!!

Edgar and Plumbing Masters really saved me this week. If youre having trouble - CALL THESE GUYS FIRST.Woke up to a flooded shower pan - and that was some nasty, nasty water. We needed the drain cleared fast. A competitor we called came out, attempted to snake the drain for $99 and then told me repairs would require tearing out my floor and foundation to replace the pipes ($4200!).I called around for a second opinion, but it was now Friday evening and After Hours Charges ran from $150-300 BEFORE beginning work. Thankfully, Plumbing Masters work by different rules.Plumbing Masters still had an After Hours surcharge, but if I went ahead with the suggested repair, theyd swallow that initial fee. Good enough for me.Edgar arrived within an hour, succeeded in clearing the drain, took addl preventative measures to ensure we stayed clear, and then he cleaned my shower! All for less than $300.He also took time to explain how our pipes were configured, and how this clog may have happened.This is the kind of reputable company I want to do business with in every walk of life. Reasonable prices, professional service and a great result.THANKS FOR GETTING THE JOB DONE, EDGAR!

Upon our return from a three day out-of-state trip, we suddenly and unexpectedly encountered an apparent sewage backup condition in our home on Sunday morning, 12/1. Damon took our emergency call in mid-afternoon and Edgar responded promptly as promised. Edgar quickly determined from the symptoms we described and the water present in our backyard cleanout piping that the main drain line was backed-up. Removal of the backflow valve assembly revealed that it had been installed incorrectly. The blockage downstream was quickly cleared with a plumbing snake. Upon further inspection it was also found that there was a flapper component of the valve assembly that had broken off and was restricting drainage. Using a long curb key and a long threaded rod like pincers (the drain line was 3 feet underground), Edgar was able to remove the flapper. The main line was flushed with hot water and proper drainage was restored. We are extremely pleased with the rapid response to our call and Edgars competent correction of the problem!

Thank you Edgar! I found, what seemed to be, a big leak outside my house. So I called them to come check it out. That same day they had someone come over to take a look at it. Granted they initially gave the plumber the wrong address but he gave a call and informed me of his updated arrival time after ensuring he had my correct address. Edgar showed up and in less than 3 minutes he knew exactly what was going on and even explained possible reasons why it happened with all the construction the city has been doing in my area lately. Turns out my neighbor is the one with the leak and it was leaking into my yard. He explained in great detail on why it could not be my house leaking when I had my doubts. Edgar then got in contact with my neighbors kids and he even waited an extra 15 minutes for my neighbor to arrive. He offer her advice on what to do since she is a tenant with the property and she didnt know what to do. He even gave me advice on what to do to next since i was the one who paid to find their leak and the water was causing damages to my property. Edgar was professional, very knowledgable, and etremely kind. He truly went above and beyound to help not only myself but my neighbor too even though he didnt have to. If I ever get a plumbing concern again im going to request him personally.

Why do all plumbing issues happen on the weekend or late at night? With that out of the way, we had a plumbing emergency pop up at 11:40pm on a Friday night. I contacted 4 different 24/7 plumbing companies and plumbing masters was the only one to answer. They suggested we check our septic system first to limit a useless service call and set up a follow up call for Saturday morning in case the issue wasn’t septic related. Luckily it wasn’t the septic and they had a technician out in less than 30 minutes to get us taken care of. Of course being a weekend we got the weekend price but the fact that they actually answered, followed up, showed up, and took care of the issue makes them stand out above the rest.Thank you Plumbing Masters for running your business the way you say you do.Update - we noticed that our plumbing was acting up again on 6/4/24. I called the office and they had Steven and Michael out to take a look within an hour. These 2 went above and beyond to get things working right. They re- snaked the lines and ran a camera through each of them to make sure everything was clear at no additional cost. They were very courteous and professional in their efforts to ensure an exceptional customer experience.I said it earlier, but I’ll say it again, thank you Plumbing Masters for operating with integrity. Damon and his team were amazing!!! We contacted them on a Sunday night after hours, they came out and spend several hours trying to fix our issue. There were some extenuating circumstances, with the way our plumbing was set up and where our cleanout valve was located that caused them to have to come back the following day. They came back with a camera found the clean out valve and were able to fix the problem. With all they time they spend and extra thing they did they were very reasonable with their pricing. I cannot say enough good things about them and will recommend them time and time again!!!

My water heater broke and started leaking water at 4:00 this morning. I called plumbing master at 4:30 and someone actually answered the phone. I was so shocked I didnt know what to say. I made an appointment for 8:30. A nice young man (Alex) came in, took some pictures, checked everything out, he replaced the water heater, got everything cleaned up and was out the door in a few hours. My husband and I have nothing but praise for this company and Alex. He did a great job.
