An N and Scott B did an excellent job installing new lights for us. The lights look absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!An Nguyen greatest electrician ever. Nicole and Emma did a great job coordinating our service!Mitchell Excellent service. Our AC circuits got fried, and the technician did an excellent repairing it.On their third visit, they exceeded all my expectations! They took care of our hot tub, the cabinet lighting and diagnosed a number of other appliances that we added to the list for the insurance coverage. They are amazingly efficient and do anything they can to help us through this situation.

I was also given a follow up call to ensure I was happy with the service I received from Mitch. Mitch called before he came and I received a text message also. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He find the problem quickly and repaired it in a short time. I will definitely call again for any issues in the future.

Betsy provided excellent customer service setting up my appointment and answering my questions. This is my first time using this company my neighbor recommended.My technician, Kris was very thorough and spent the time necessary to make sure my older A/C system was up to code. He cleaned both my condenser longer than any other tech has done before... easily over an hour with low water pressure (unfortunately).Ive never had a tech explain each finding so clearly with pictures that I could understand. It felt like he was here all day in the heat and Kris never complained. I signed up for their bi-annual Wave Club maintenance plan because of my wonderful experience with Kris.I highly recommend Comfort Wave Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical. My husbands a realtor and said hes going to refer them to his clients too. Thank you so much.

Darek came to my house and he was extremely helpful! He showed me my options, gave me an estimate for a new air conditioning unit, help me get approved for a loan, helped me get some great discounts, and set everything up for the next morning. The guys came to replace my air conditioning unit and they did an excellent job!!! They got there in the morning and they were done before I got home from work, it was cold 🥶 in my house when I got home, and they cleaned up nicely afterward. I would definitely recommend.

I feel like Margarita really was thorough when she came out for our furnace tune up!*I felt inclined to add, that Isaiah was also very helpful with rescheduling the services for me and finding out all of the answers to my questions! He has a great attitude!*Another update, as I have used Comfort Wave again, this time for an electrical need, to change a dryer plug out and Cory Proctor was super efficient, fast, and knowledgeable! I really appreciated him showing up on such short notice!

This was my first time calling Comfort Wave, Isaiah was very helpful and polite when I called after hours. When I called back in the morning I spoke to Nicole and she was friendly and reassured me I had a technician assigned. Sometimes when you’re at the mercy of company you feel like only a number but they didn’t treat me that way. They both understood my plumbing emergency, and if the technician is as professional and friendly as they were I will definitely recommend and only use this company from now on! Update on the technician Marcus, he came promptly to the house and cleared the lines professionally. He was professional and very informative and friendly. Thank you!!

I highly recommend Comfort Wave Home Services. I recently used them for two separate services: a H&A tune-up (Nicholas) and for plumbing repairs (Quentin) for a water line leak. Both men were very professional, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I have signed up for their membership and feel comfortable knowing I have a reliable company for these services.

Our electrician was An (pronounced Ah-n). We are building towards a solar equivalence of the whole home back-up generator that will be ready for power outages. A major component of this is a manual transfer switch. He also installed 3 ceiling fans, 3 outdoor receptacles and checked several miscellaneous items along the way - very thorough. An’s work was efficient and clean. He is attentive to the details of our requests - those things the crew never learns from an estimate, but only as work begins. I’ve asked that he be our standard electrician when we work with Comfortwave again.Update - I failed to include the HVAC tech, Pat Kite, and Elijah, our plumber who both did great work for us. Elijah installed an in-house water cut off, so we no longer have to go to the street. Living on 10 acres, steps saved us huge. Pat has returned for the fall tuneup, and caught a potential problem with our igniter, and during our review, I asked him to replace. He’s quick and efficient. An was also out again today addressing new questions I had that needed answering before I can complete the project his first trip is facilitating. No oversight on An’s part, it was something I didn’t know to ask about.Lastly, certainly not least, as Melody got us scheduled the first time, and Nicole is the one that got today’s whole thing started for me. Both are very patient with verbose customers drolling on and on. They exhibit the best manners, building a perfect customer experience.

Edit:: 3rd visit…Joey and Chris made it right!!! Third time is a charm. They showed me what Elijah did wrong the 2nd time and brought it up to code. I didn’t know it wasn’t to code the other visits for repair. My toilet is now stable and secure. Hopefully for good. Both were super friendly and very professional. Thank you!!2nd visit…. The kid came back. AND MY TOILET STILL LEAKS!!!! Changing to 1 star. So disappointed!!!1st visit…Elijah came to do a wax ring replacement on my toilet. He left the left side bolt off of my toilet and the bolt is just loose. It still leaks too. I have a fan running on it now and it’s still wet. They are coming back out again but it’s definitely not convenient.

I had a great experience using them. Had plumbing issues on a Sunday and they were able to take care of it with in a few hours. Becca is who I spoke with on the phone to set everything up and she did excellent. Daniel is the tech that came to my home to take care of the issue, he also did a professional job. At the time of service they had a coupon that both of them told me about that saved me a decent amount of money. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Cory Proctor gave me an estimate for electrical work. He arrived on time and did the work exactly as i wanted. He is polite and explained what he did. I will recommend him and Comfortwave to my neighbors. This is the second time l have used his company, and they have accomplished exactly what l wanted at a reasonable cost. Definitely 5 stars.Jimmie Marshall came right on time today and installed two new vanity water shutoff valves, cleaned up and was finished in a short time. He did exactly as l requested and l think the price is very reasonable. Another 5 star job from Comfort Wave. They respond quickly and their workers are personable and efficient. I highly recommend this company.Just had another plumbing problem resolved by Comfort Waves Jimmy Marshall. He is great and fully earned another 5 star rating.

Becca was very helpful and kind getting me set up with my appointments.Nicholas and Justin did a good job with the A/C and furnace. Thank goodness they came out our capacitors on the A/C unit were both going out. When that happens it puts a lot of wear and tear on the motor. It had already done damage to the breaker. I am pleased with their work.Corey has already came by, he is for the electricity. He did a good job finding out what our issue was with the electric in the garage. He will be back out tomorrow to finish the job.Becca called to set up an appointment to have my electric and plumbing checked as apart of the service agreement. She is a very pleasant person.Yes Cory Proctor is worth buying lunch for, he is very knowledgeable. He is a huge asset to the company.So far I havent met an employee I didnt like.

Keyton and Nathan are true professionals. Both were incredibly friendly. Keyton and his assistant did a great job with the insulation and left NO mess! I called like 5 different places before I called them and the other people were not very nice on the phone and said they couldn’t get me in until the beginning of December. Isabelle got me in right away and now i don’t have to have a cold house. James was super helpful and so nice when he came out to fix my heater! I signed up for their membership for annual inspections so definitely will come back and always use them.

A great job from Comfort Wave. Had three heat and air systems installed in my home. Ed in Sales and Justin the Service Manager arrived 15 minutes early to inspect and give a quote. They came in almost $6,000 below AirComfort Solutions for install of the same products. Without my asking, Ed and Justin cleared the attic to make a path to the units. Now, that’s first class service, going above and beyond. They were able to send a crew the same day to install the 4-ton unit. Today, the crew returned and installed two 2-ton units. Mayson and Leo were amazing! They were always professional and kept me abreast of the ongoing installation. They answered my questions with “Sir” making me know they appreciated my business. Mayson and Leo respected the house and were kind to the two dogs. Caine and Shawn assisted in today’s work. They, too, did a great job working diligently in bringing the installation to completion. All four install techs know their trade and get the install done right. The techs even did a thorough clean-up before leaving. Doing business with Comfort Air was seamless from start to finish. When the tech showed up, he was very professional gave me all my options. They were about half the price of another company that I called. He stayed until the job was done and made sure everything worked before he left. I will definitely call them back in the spring for a tuneup on my AC.

I have a clogged drain from the house to the main line. I called Comfort Wave and Talked to Becca. Becca is very courteous and professional. She schedule for next day services since I called them rather late, after 2:00PM. The next day, Daniel came on right on time as scheduled, did an assessment and determined that it just a soft clogged. He used his machine and cleaning out the clogged. All I can say is that I have a very positive experience with the people at Comfort Wave. Ill definitely use the services again. Also their price is very competitive.

Scott also did a house electrical safety inspection as part of the Wave Club plan. Everything went great, on-time and no surprises. The new light works well to help task lighting -- wish we had done it sooner! We expect tge sure protector will help with appliance issues we were having after storms. Both CW electricians were polite and friendly, recommend highly.

He was very patient, when I asked him to repeat things, he did with no hesitation, even when he had to take apart the blower twice (we decided to have a part replaced last minute)Marcus Sims was also really great. We’re trying to slowly bring the house back to code and ensure it’s taken care of properly since purchasing it. We’re both extremely busy so it’s nice they’re able to work around our crazy schedules between school and full time work. Also had a leak in our back faucet where our hose attaches to that was fixed the same day. Needless to say we learned a lot about the house and have a general idea of where to begin. I utilized Comfort Wave to replace my burned up Central Air and furnace.I had received estimates from four different companies of at least 10 different priced units.Comfort wave had the best pricing correlated with SEER ratings and best financing (0% for 60 months).Ed Sandoval the company advisor patiently answered my questions and when I was deliberating between two different priced units he answered my questions objectively.Installment was scheduled the day after I agreed to the purchase.Brent Henson and Dimetrius Alston installed the unit.They were very courteous and conscientious about cleaning their work arena.At my request they also installed a different thermostat than was originally ordered.They encouraged me to inspect their work and ask questions.It is still too early to assess the overall performance of the unit but thus far I am very satisfied with service and professionalism of Comfort Wave.
