Zachery Smith from Air Comfort Solutions was.the technician the came to my house to install a new water heater and a new condensation drain water line. Originally I was told that he would be out around 8:30 am. I called when he hadn’t arrived 10:30. He finally called letting me know his arrival time. Could have been better communication on this issue.Zachery was a very nice hard working young man I was pleased with the quality of his work. He cleaned up after he completed the job. He made sure I was pleased with his work before leaving.

He was very thorough and checked every possible place to make sure he wasn’t missing anything and came out first thing in the morning on Christmas Eve. If you have a slab leak you want him!

My hot water heater busted and was leaking into my garage. First Dalton C with Air Comfort Solutions came out and laid out my options, and then Steve C with the plumbing department came out and installed the new tank I chose and got everything up to code. He was very nice and did the job very well and was very thorough, and much, much faster than I expected. Roughly an hour or hour and a half from arrival to job complete. He was great, and they have a good warranty, so Im happy with who I chose to fix the problem.

Everything went exactly as they said it would and the price was “exactly” what they said it would be. The install was very clean and the installers were very professional. They even redid the electrical on the outside of the house because the builder who built the house did such a cruddy job.

Ugh, the dreaded A/C replacement. Zack came out as my tech for my initial service call. He was awesome, gave me very realistic information about the problem, 2 solutions to fix it, and let me choose. Totally transparent on pricing too. I felt like he was trustworthy.Sooo, I got a new system. It was way overdue. Lets just say my previous a/c refrigerant was illegal by about 4 years so once the refrigerant leaked out-game over.ACS installers James and Darren came out THE VERY NEXT MORNING and within 4 hrs had my new a/c unit, thermostat, and furnace system installed. They spoke with me before completing any work and when finished they toured me around and showed me everything they did. And also sweetly gave me 2 new filters to get me started, which was a nice surprise!Overall I was so impressed that Im going to sign up for their monthly a/c service. Yes, I am that lazy but for me its also a value. I dont care to get stuck again with no house a/c for 2 hot OKC summer days, no thanks!Really excellent work ACS, whatever youre doing, keep doing that.

A/C going out in August is not ideal, but within a day we had a new system installed. The problem was identified quickly, explained clearly and multiple paths were outlined from repair to several replacement system options. Dont recall any pressure to do/pay anything that we were not comfortable. Each service member we interacted with was polite, professional and understanding. Ill likely to use their services again in the future if needed.Day 1: Service technician checked issue and outlined solutions. (~1 hour)Day 2: Technicians installed new system and took away old equipment. (~4 hours)After installation: Electrician sent to bring breaker panel to current code.

Love these guys. Today I had drain problems and called Air Comfort to set an appointment asap please. A short few hours JerredTipton was here with another young man and again I was impressed. Jerred was so forthcoming with information and kept me updated throughout. Not as easy as I’d hope it would be but it was accomplished in a very reasonable time. Had a bit of trouble with my old galvanized pipe but still took care of it and let me know it will probably need to be replaced soon. I would say Jerred was… Pleasant, informative, easy to talk to and understand. Even offered an estimate on replacing these pipes in the future. Great guy which is what I expect and have always had from Air Comfort Solutions.

He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and able to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. Most importantly he was very patient and kind with my mother! My experience having to buy an HVAC system was more ideal than I anticipated. I have watched news reports on his companies will claim there is serious need for expensive services when thats not the reality. Air Comfort came in, did a thorough review of my system with pictures and videos they also sent me. Instead of leaving me in the dark, they educated me on the system, what was happening, potential next steps and those costs, etc. I felt comfortable and confident in making my decision on his to move forward. What a guy! Josh came out to install my fixes and upgrades after my free plumbing inspections and was quite impressive, both as a technician and a kind, caring person. I personally feel he went beyond what was expected and as always, kept me informed of any little things that came up. My home warranty service sent a technician out to “assess” a leak. They determined that a leak specialist should come out to further determine the problem, but they would fix it for 5K. Something about that didn’t sound right, so I called air comfort for a free assessment. They came out and determined it was a leaking washer machine. So, in effect their technician Robert saved me 5K. Didn’t even charge me to asses so long as I left a good review. Easy to do, and will be using small business such as this directly from now on.

A/C went out Sunday afternoon, got on line and scheduled appt for Monday. Ricky Hunter arrived around 1pm, identified the problem, figured cost and scheduled installation for Tuesday am. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Keaton Wood and crew arrived at 8:30 am, got right to work and by 12:30 we were cooling. We had to replace entire heating and cooling system including up sizing some return lines. Keaton and his crew were outstanding. Glad I was here as they brought the wrong unit initially, quickly had correct one delivered. It was rather expensive, but no time to get bids to compare, so not sure about cost. Service outstanding.

Air Comfort Solutions has a very valuable electrician in Brian McDonald. Not only did a wonderful job on the electrical job but very customer service oriented. Before he could even start the electrical job he was to do was very persistent in getting the financing approved. Tried the application several times and was getting a denial & we both knew it couldnt be the credit. Was finally told would have to wait 7-10 days for a letter as to why was denied. Neither of us was happy about that & so Brian called 1 more time & explained was having problems with approval. Finally got someone that discovered the person that originally filled the app out had put monthly mortgage pmt of $4000 & left income amount empty. There was no mortgage pmt & the $4000 should have been monthly income. Brian could have just left it alone & waited for me to get the denial letter but his persistence paid off. I feel very confident in the electrical work he did for me & made sure I understand what had been done. If in the future I need Air Comfort to do any electrical work I will specially ask for Brian to do the work. I tell people all the time that no matter what work Ive had done by Air Comfort the employees have always been very courteous & did their jobs very well. Sharon OBrien

I have had mixed experience with Air Comfort solution and this is the cause of only 4 star.Things started out the installation was horrible experience, installers did a poor job and attempted to alter the number of vents placed in the ceilings and even argued with me over it.Once that part was over however the experience with the company really really changed. I got in touch with Jason White, things just got so much better. Everything with the installation was set straight quickly. Sure would have been great to have a positive installation experience, always is. Jason really took care of us. Last night at about 8PM our AC stopped working. I put in a email to Jason and I had someone at my door today Sunday at 10am. Everything is working again, turned out a part malfunctioned but that happens. Fact that it was taken care of so quickly though is amazing!!!So in my opinion the installers dropped the ball but when it came time to make things right Jason White was on it and has been on it since. This shows me that though they may have some under trained or perhaps just bad installers they still do all they really can to make that right. I can not fault a company for that but must give the 4 star because of the installation experience.I will recommend this company to anyone that asks me however for a reference letting them know that there is superb support.

The whole 3 man team was professional throughout the whole 8 hours during the full dismantle and instillation. Constant communication on the progress and any small changes made the process smoother. Afterwards they cleaned up everything and gone as far as to sweep from work site to the entryways they used.Only improvement would be more knowledge between sales men and installation team. When I asked about the Heat Pump I received mixed information on using Emergency Heat and when to turn it on. This didnt cause any concern though as I was ably to find more information online.With that I will continue to use them for services pertaining to my HVAC system.

I must say it was a pleasure from start to finish starting with Trey setting me up with my new unit to Skyler coming over to replace my old unit with my new one. I must say I was not home at the time it was delivered and set up but I would not have known that they were there other than feeling my comfortable cool house. They were spotless and the funny part is that I was looking were to put or change my filter when my 8 year old son said dad it goes over here and he was right. Amanda was very informative and knowledgeable. I called for a leak repair and she fixed several more corroded fittings that were going to cause problems later. She also showed me a flow tech information film and installed me the flow tech to stop the build up problem I’m having. Ver professional.

We called ACS when our old unit finally gave up the ghost. Scooter came out and was able to very quickly give us a firm price and a firm date of installation. Which happened to be the same day! Ian and the electrician (Sorry brother. I forgot your name) were very professional and knowledge. I had several questions for them both and they were quick with an answer.Thank you ACS!!We are very satisfied with our new heart and air units!!Update:** Jun 11, 2024Cory came out today to install the new breaker box we needed. Cory only kept us down around 3 hrs. He came very early and ensured we had air for the rest of the day. Thanks Cory! Great job!

Bryan showed up on time. He asked for permission to do his job upon arrival. He went to check filter, then he checked furnace, and last the ac unit. He let me know after each item how they looked and if he saw any issues. I am also deaf in both ears and he was nice enough to speak loud for me. Everything was great. Thank you Bryan for being so helpful and understanding.

Tyler came out quickly and was fully ready for the assignment! I had some roots stopping up my old concrete sewer line, he cleared them out fast. A fellow veteran and a very hard worker, only cost me $99! Best price I found in town! This price included another appointment. Dalton, the camera specialist, got here on time and was ready to scope out my line after the fact to get down to the root problem(pun intended) and he was able to show me extensive damage to my very old concrete pipe where roots flat out took over. He quoted me 2 costs; the 1st being for a few repairs on the line. The 2nd being a total line replacement. I was offered no interest financing as well for both.
