    Great guy. Explained everything in detail so anyone could understand. Had everything in truck to repair and gave preventive maintenance tips. 30-35 minutes from nothing to working unit.     Started diagnostics and repair 1.5 hr after I first called for service! Excellent service! Repaired issue quickly and efficiently. Cleaned work area and left everything in pristine condition.     Timothy was very efficient and friendly. In addition to addressing the water leak in one of the HVAC rooms, he went into the attic and found a hole in the covering for the plenum. He said that hot attic air is being sucked through the hole, making it very difficult for the air conditioner to cool the air. He will have someone address this problem in the near future.
