Harley was wonderful. I didn’t end up having a plumbing issue which was great news but prior to knowing that he was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He had every right to tell me there was no issue and leave but he gave me a few things to look into to help figure out what the issue was. If ever have an issue again, I’d prefer to have him back.

I called this company after another service provider was unable to meet me at the scheduled time. They were able to get to my house within an hour of my initial call. The service tech was able to see my problem pretty quickly and determined it was not an issue with plumbing, but my air unit. They are a Sister company to an air conditioner company and they were able to get the air conditioner company to come out today as well and fix the problem. The technician was very courteous and easily explained the situation to me. I would recommend this company!

I found a water leak from our fridge this morning, and made an emergency call to Schuler. I knew I wasnt calm enough, and my explanation was really confusing, but the lady on the phone was so kind and patient.From her talk, I could tell their schedule was already tight, but she said she would try to arrange to send somebody to us during the regular hours. And then... in less than half hour, I got a call from one of their worker on the way! (Amazing!) He detected the cause of the leak so quickly, and his work was just so great. His explanation about the cost was also good. I really appreciate all of them. Thank you!

Had a Labor Day leak that trashed our familys plans for the day. I called Schuler, had great customer service, and was able to get someone out by the end of the day. We had a water leak go unreported by our tenants for days. By the time we were made aware of it, it was Saturday around 5:00 p.m. Schuler plumbing had a great review re. the same type of leak. Twana was very pleasant and arranged to have a plumber at the rent house Sunday morning between 8 and 12 noon. At 7:45 am Sunday a very nice young man named Josh Schwartz was on the phone with us and he was at the rent house immediately. It was the “Hottest” day of the summer (115 humidity) and he worked for almost 12 hours. He had the water leak located quickly and it was one muddy swamp under the house and in the flowerbed where the leak was located. Josh is a dedicated, personable, hard working, and excellent plumber. We are so grateful to have found Josh. He is definitely the plumber you want to ask for when you call Schuler plumbing. Twana is whom you want to talk to at Schuler plumbing and she will make sure you are taken care of! Thank you again Josh for all your hard work!!!

Orlando did an amazing job taking out large tree roots to even get to the leaking line. Once he assessed the multiple water lines involved, he quickly resolved our water problem. Orlando exceeded all our expectations with his customer service attitude and expertise. Schuler Plumbing reacted quickly to my call and Orlando did a great job for us.

We just had a Delta Charmaine Single Handle Kitchen faucet installed by Mike from Schuler Plumbing. This was not an easy install. We have a reverse osmosis water system installed which caused some problems. Mike was able to make the necessary adjustments and complete the job sooner than expected. Good job Mike.

Fantastic experience with these guys!After a rough day yesterday with MORE plumbing issues, we needed HELP!We had time wasted by other plumbers, so coming across Schuler for help was a delight!Troy called us back this morning promptly at 7:30 am to let us know his arrival time. Didnt realize it would be so quick! He was punctual, polite, and respectful. He promptly started working on our issue and made extra efforts to help us confirm that our issue was with the city. We appreciate all the effort and would recommend Shuler Plumbing to anyone with plumbing needs.---Welp! Update on old Schuler, they had been so good.Then they scheduled us for today 6/29, on some emergency work THAT WE NEEDED LIKE 10 DAYS AGO! We talked to them around 11:30 am, and they said, After lunch. They called us about 1/2 hour later or less canceling the whole thing.GAVE US NO EXPLANATION OR ANY RESOLUTIONS, all they brought was more issues to deal with, no reason why or anything.The City of OKC, Suntech, and now you guys (Schuler) cant even help a single residential home clear a discharge line in an efficient time frame. OKC seems to be a joke when it comes to quality home services. lolDO NOT RELY ON SCHULER, THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN LIKE THE REST.

I had to repair a leak in my crawl space and replace the service line to the city meter. Troy did a great job with the entire job. Here is a list of what he did.1. Evaluated the problem and discussed my options to repair the water line.2. Troy went into the crawl space to assess the pipe that was causing the problem. He first had to remove a dead cat that was in the crawl space and in the path to the damaged pipe. He didnt flinch. Grabbed a garbage bag and shovel and got the dead critter out of there. He had the job locked up after that.* The other plumber that showed up at the same time did not want to go into the crawl space to assess the damage. He left as soon as the Schuler truck pulled up to the house.3. After looking at the damaged pipe in the crawl space, he discussed the options for repair. Very straight forward. We both agreed that the entire service line needed to be replaced and the pipe repaired in the crawl space.4. Troy put together the repair estimate right there at my house before leaving. He sent it to my phone and I approved it before he ever left. This made it so easy for me to get this repair done fast.5. Troy scheduled the repair for the next day. Arrived at 11:00 am and was done at 4:00 pm. He took no breaks and here is all of what he did.* Dug out 30 ft. trench (2 1/2 ft. deep) from house to meter and removed the old PVC line.* Replaced the damaged pipe in the crawl space and installed a new outdoor faucet.* Installed new PEX water line from meter to house with a shut-off valve and valve box.* Cleaned up the front yard and he was done. All in 5 hours.6. Troy was running late on the day of repair but texted me to let me know when he would be at my house. He answered all of my questions about the repair work and was happy to do so.I would give more than five stars if I could. Best experience Ive had with a repair job at my house.

They went above and beyond to get my plumbing issues solved. They even found the main drain that I was unaware of. And have had many other plumbers and companies come out to service this property over the last 21 years of ownership. Never had any other plumbers point out the main drain. I was paying extra for having plumbers snake from the roof. 🤦‍♀️Very satisfied customer here. Will be a return customer if needed again.
