Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. I’m glad I called EDCO and would recommend to anyone for service!

Had a problem Sunday, Matt came out, assessed the problem and repaired it. Enjoyed visiting with him while he worked, smart man and we both were Camaro people. a while after Matt left I noticed we still had a leak, called him and he said he would be right over and check it out. He found the new supply line was not good and installed a new one, waited to make sure there were no leaks. Next time we need help will call for Matt.

Easy five stars. We had been having heating problems in our house the past couple of weeks and the weather was much colder than usual. I tried submitting requests with some bigger companies but didn’t get a response and nothing was available for a couple of days. We heard about Edco from a friend of ours who said they were great so we gave them a call. Eric showed up within the hour to help us out and got our gas furnace all fixed up in record time. He was quick, easy to carry on a conversation with, and was done working in only an hour or so. I will definitely be a returning customer for not only heating but any A/C and plumbing issues we have. Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Weve used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didnt leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matts as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasnt an urgent issue as wed just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasnt necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and Id recommend them to anyone!

Edco has come out to fix everything from a faucet to a major waterline. Our faucet was leaking that was fixed two years ago and they just came out and fixed it under warranty. I had a gas leak, Had one plumber come out didnt repair it correctly. Then another business said I needed a re-pipe. Im so glad I called Edco, they showed up in 20 minutes. Which was great, Brent showed up first told me what they would do. The price was excellent got all my work done within 3 hours. Repaired my gas lines saved me thousands of dollars. After I got my gas turned on, I smelled gas later on in my house, my old wall heater was leaking gas. Called them after hours and were there within 30 minutes and repaired it quickly. Want to say thanks to Brent, lance, Logan, matt, and Ed for all the work you guys did to get my gas turned back on. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work. So any issues I may have in the future I will call Edco.

Woke up in the middle of the night to a screaming siren alarm coming from the hot water heater. Fearing it was a pressure issue and not knowing what to do, we called around to various emergency plumbers, and Edco was the ONLY one to answer. Within 30 minutes of the call, they were at our house repairing the issue. Price was extremely reasonable, even with the $150 after hours fee. Absolutely found my new plumbing compnay!

Edco employees and business owners have been apart of my life for a long time. In a non biased aspect of the matter they have always taken good care of me for a fair price for what they are worth. The first time I called edco they were able to respond within the hour to take a look at my hot water tank. It only took about an hour and a half to diagnose and solve the issue as well. Quick and efficient is always worth the cost as well as a trusted family and customer oriented business with over 40 years of experience. Edco has also repaired other plumbing issues that I have had over the past few years. Not many people are more knowledgeable than this company and they are worth every penny. Highly reccomend.

The crew at Edco were professional, they did a fantastic job! We finished remodeling our kitchen and the new sink was one drain (the old was two), they installed a new sink, garbage disposal and faucet. Out of all the places I called and trying to push me for next week, Edco was the ONLY one who said that as soon as their technician finished at one job they would be on their way! After a phone call with their team member they had a game plan on how to take on my cast iron flange and have it replaced! My AC stopped cooling out of the sudden due to the heat. EDCO was very great and professional, they were very responsive and very helpful from the start over the phone they gave me helpful tips and then they made sure to show up ASAP they were at my house within 10 hours, they knew exactly what they’re doing and diagnosed the issue right away and worked directly on the problem and fixed very quickly without any distractions or pointing out unnecessary things, they made sure the problem was solved and got in the house to make sure I got my cool air back. I had a faucet that was leaking badly when it broke, it was 4:30pm on a Tuesday and I called 11 different companys and plumbers and all of them said it would be next week or the job is to small ect. When I called Edco they had a truck at my house with in the hour, Brent was the representative who came out, he was very friendly and engaging, we had an issue that was not easy to fix and he problem solved it and fixed it quickly. The Technician Lance was on time and wasted no time figuring out the problem after different attempts he had water flowing again and cleaned up what little mess he had made. Talk about a fair, reliable plumber!We were having drainage issues! Our waste water was spilling and collecting in our garage. It smelled terrible! We called Edco Plumbing, Heat & Air. Ed ran a cable into our pipes to help unclog what was causing the drainage issues. He mentioned there was a lot of grease causing issue. We were not surprised because the property management company that was taking care of our house before we bought it was a terrible company when it came to maintenance.After Ed left, the next day we were still having issues. Today, I called Edco Plumbing, Heating and Air, and Kim answered the phone promptly. She got my name, number and address and had Ed come out to see us within 30 minutes of the phone call.Ed decided that there was so much grease and blockage in our pipes that he needed to run the cable again, and flush the pipes with hot water from our water tank. Since he had already came out the first time, he did not charge for this second trip. We tested the drainage, and everything is running and draining now as it should be.Eco Plumbing, Heating and Air has our business from here on out because we know they will get the job done right and never overcharge you. Had a sewer line problem. A different plumber claimed to have camera scoped it and quoted $4800 to $5200 to dig up and replace the riser. Called Ed to get a second bid. I had never used him but needed someone with a hydro-jet in case that was needed. Ed camera scoped it, figured out the blockage, used a drain snake machine about four times, and had it fully cleared. He showed me the camera scope after and explained what might have contributed to the blockage. I paid a fraction of the other bid and the riser did not have to be replaced. I can fully recommend Ed for his honesty and doing the job right, and will use him again.

At 1st I called AirCo to come out and repair my furnace for them to only tell me I needed a NEW HVAC system and of course it would cost roughly $6K-$8K! Then a realtor referred me to Edco, and it was the BEST decision of the year! Didnt even take an hour for the technician (whos obviously well trained)to not only find out whats wrong but also Repair my furnace! Best part is it didnt cost no 6 to 8 grand either, it was only $271! My family has a bunch of rentals and will continue to use this company from now on! Bailed us out on a Saturday! Thank you again for the prompt reliable service.Updated the star rating from 5 to 4 after calling them for help with a gas fireplace in the dead of the winter. Tech came out on icy roads which was very appreciated but when he got here revealed to me that he didnt know how to work on gas fire places. After not being able to repair it, he called his boss and they discounted the call out fee. Honestly, they should have just told me that they didnt have anyone available instead of wasting my time and putting their tech at risk driving on the roads.This is a good company but this should of been handled differently.

They were efficient and effective in getting the job done earlier than expected. All of this was great however, what meant the most to me is that Ed (owner) and/or his Team Members were onsite during the whole process - even when it was time to have cement poured. Not being fluent in plumber or cement jargon, this was reassuring to me! Im breaking up with my previous plumbing, heating, and air company and going Edco ALL THE WAY! Thank you, Team ~
