McConnells does fantastic work. Not only is their work clean and precise, they leave the work space nicer than they found it. Theyre courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable asking me questions Id never have thought to consider but grateful they did. As a woman, I have contractors who have been condescending and disrespectful of my own knowledge, skills, and abilities; these men treated me with dignity and respect, which I really appreciated. In addition, their time spent was methodical and in my interest completing the jobs with efficiency and quality.I would highly recommend and intend to use them again. I’ve had an ongoing problem with a new tankless water heater. After a couple of attempts to fix with other plumbers, it was recommended that I call McConnell Plumbing.Not only did they provide same day service, but they sent Bryce & Collin, which were so professional and courteous! Bryce & Collin dealt with contacting the manufacturer and ultimately fixed the issue.About an hour after the team left, Josh called from the office to make sure everything was still going well with the unit and the hot water.I just can’t say enough good about McConnell Plumbing, Bryce, Collin & Josh. I Highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

We realized near the end of the day we had a significant clogged drain. McConnell’s Plumbing was able to send us a plumber that immediately analyzed the problem and fixed us up quickly. Saved our day!!!! Highly recommended!!

Brian and his assistant came out to install our tub and do a couple of other things that were necessary for our bathroom remodel. We had previously had another plumbing company come out and they just wanted to throw the tub down and leave. Brian and his assistant took their time; made sure the tub was level and secure; and did not act like it was an inconvenience to make sure the job was done and done right. We will certainly continue to use McConnell Plumbing.

Bryce and his assistant took care of my elderly mother when her hot water tank went out. This was during the coldest weather of the winter and leading into a holiday weekend- no other company would even come look at it for 5 more days. Bryce got the hot water tank up and running and was so very kind and polite! We would highly recommend McConnell Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

To get an estimate for new hot water heater.He was able to give me estimate over the phone and in writing and was able to explain exactly what all we where going to need. He gave me 2 different options.He was very professional and a great price would highly recommend.

Josh and James came out to my home to change my well pump because we had know water , he looked at the well and only changed a pressure switch to fix it ! Could have charged me for a new well pump, and I would have been none the wiser ; great company and very honest thanks again
