    When the weather outside is hot and the unit is 21 years old at the in law house. Time is precious to get them cool off asap, before having a heat stroke in the house. Unit replaced with 24 hours, now that’s service that was unexpected. The business resolve the issue faster then DYI research.     HVAC Services by Vu did a great job! He came same day to help with my cooling system with this summer heat. Not only did he upgrade my system, but walked me through the new system to make sure everything runs smoothly. Vu even stayed to make sure the system was running before leaving to make sure everything works inside and out. Even said if anything was wrong he would come as soon as he could as I have a baby that doesn’t like the heat ❤️

    Wow!! Our AC went out on Thursday about 1pm when the heat was the hottest. We called HVAC by Vu, he came to check our unit within 2 hours. Diagnose the problem, recommended us to get a whole New Unit verses getting just a new compressor. We are so very happy that we got a Brand New Unit with less noise and so much cooler. Vu and his team replaced our unit the same day within only a few hours! And presto we had AC. Vu and his guys were awesome and delivered on their words. We highly recommend Vu! When you need some cooling in this miserable heat dome, HVAC by Vu is the way to go!! The price is very reasonable and very affordable. He even sent us a text to ask how the AC unit was doing after a couple days later. Now , that is what you call Excellent customer service!!!!Thank you Vu and the crew! We love our new AC unit!! 😊

    I feel so lucky to have met anh Vũ! He’s absolutely awesome. Our previous builder left us with a complete mess, but anh Vu came to the rescue and helped with both the mechanical and plumbing work for our shop. He did an amazing job, and within just two weeks, everything was finished, and we were able to open our shop on time.What really impressed me was his dedication—he took the time to drive all the way back from Tulsa to be there when the final inspector came. He even went above and beyond to help ensure we passed the inspection by addressing everything needed. I honestly can’t thank him enough!I feel like what I paid him didn’t fully reflect the value of his work, but I was a bit short on funds due to my shop’s grand opening. I hope to be able to show him my gratitude properly in the future. Anh Vu and his team are not only skilled professionals but also genuinely kind people. I’m incredibly grateful to have met them.Good people do great work, and anh Vu is no exception. I’ll absolutely recommend him to my family and friends!     Best contractor experience I have had in a long time. VU and his team were responsive, fast, and got our house cool again! We love our new system and the price was very competitive. Also my energy use on my electric bill has dropped by almost half with the new AC—truly amazing.

    Excellent with Above and Beyond Service! The first HVAC service company I called could not repair our unit because they did bring a ladder (unit is on the roof). Since it was Friday afternoon, they told me they couldn’t come back for another 2 days and that my unit would need 4-7lbs Freon at $150 a lbs. I called HVAC Services by Vu shortly after at 2pm Friday afternoon. He was at my place by 4:30pm. He keeps a ladder on his truck and immediately knew what was wrong and filled the unit with only 2lbs Freon. Our A/C was up and running before the long weekend. He was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend HVAC Services by Vu!

    My air conditioner capacitor went out due to a power outage the other day. I was out of town and had to coordinate services with a family member since I couldn’t be there, and Vu kept me in the loop and let me know what was going on! He was punctual and got out within an hour of me calling and had the issue fixed. Will use him going forward!Edit to add: Vu also does plumbing services and helped me with a plumbing issue without the expensive weekend rates!

    After another HVAC service provider attempted to correct our A/C issue unsuccessfully, HVAC Services By Vu came in and immediately identified the issue, ordered a replacement unit and came in to complete the swap-out of the old unit with the new. Very impressed with the work and would definitely use this HVAC service again!

    I had a small leak that turned into a big leak that drained the coolant out of my entire system. AC was completely out and temp was 99. Everyone I called said it would take at least 2 days and were charging inflated prices. I guess the high temps had them plenty of work and they knew people would pay it. I scrolled down the list of companies on Google and was fortunate to see HVAC by Vu. I called Vu at 1pm, he was at my house by 6pm, and had my system back up and running by 7. Vu had very reasonable prices and was willing to work out some creative solutions, which was a relief since we have been dealing with a very tight budget since my wife’s injury. Vu is truly a local hero. There is nothing like working with local small business owners and we are very grateful for Vu. His prices were not over inflated like the big companies, much quicker service, and he was a true professional. I will be calling him for any HVAC issues I have in the future. Thank you Vu!

    Vu is a first-rate technician with many years of experience. He has saved me thousands in my home HVAC by replacing what was broken rather than the whole unit, as other companies had suggested.Today, I called him at 6 AM on a Sunday August 20th 2023, the hottest day of Summer. My daughter’s house AC condenser fan motor had seized. Vu, personally took the call and the unit was fixed in a few hours.     We needed our air conditioner charged badly, and after a nightmare of botched plumbing by Air Comfort Solutions, I called around. Once I called Vu, and he answered the phone, I knew this is who I wanted to try. Very courteous and professional. Arrived in about an hour (on a Sunday) and got our house cool that afternoon. Even inspected inside the house for potential leaks before the job was done. From now on, if it’s an HVAC issue, I’ll call Vu. So should you.

    Just have a new DAIKIN ac system installed about 2 months by HVAC SERVICES BY VU. Im so pleased and could not be happier...the system run smoothly and so quite, neatly, doesnt take up much space, with a smart thermostat remote ( program...) adjustment away from home...saves a lot on electric bill...the workers ( specially the owner VU) so nice, honest and professional...Id prefer HVAC SERVICES BY VU to all my friends ... and to you whoever needs an AC service...they will make you happy...

    If HVAC Services by Vu was a race car, it would be a Bugatti. These guys rolled in and quickly identified the issue, repaired it, and transformed a 95 degree play room, into the coolest room in the house. Approximately 25 minutes total and they even had time to meet the Cane Corso. You’ve got our utmost appreciation and will be our recommended service provider from here on!

    My fiancees AC went out and we started looking at getting it replaced, we got multiple quotes and Vu was the most reasonable a long with coming highly recommended by a family member. He was able to replace the system in a few hours and did an excellent job. My fiancee was very happy with his work and his responsive customer service. Later in the year my AC went out, and it was an easy call to have Vu come and replace my old system. Vu is now my go to AC expert.     This company is amazing, my home warranty company sent out another company that looked at my AC and put a band-aid on the problem and was 30 minutes late, after waiting a week for the appointment. Vu came out assessed the situation, found the issues and I had cool air the very next day which was a SATURDAY. He worked with my home warranty company to get the majority of the cost covered and I have an entirely new unit now! He was so thoughtful and considerate to go above and beyond because I have a child to make sure the repairs were expedited. I WOULD DEFINATELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

    A friend suggested I give Vu a call since my unit was not cooling. Vu called me back promptly, but due to thunderstorms he couldnt get by that evening. He was at my home the next day, and checked my unit. It needed to be replaced, and he had a new heat pump at my home and installed the next day.
