Update for 1/8/25: Mike Boyle and Glenn P installed our water softener today and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.Glenn installed a new tankless water heater for us today. He did a great job all the way around. We went from old big tank down to this new one. Hot water now without running it for 5 mins. He explained operation of it. So pleased with him and his partner. Cant wait for him to put softener system in next. Would recommend him without hesitation.

I would like to commend Keith Vaught for servicing units at two of my properties by providing the correct filters for one and solving a problem with a heating unit at the other that had gone unsolved for several years. In the past, every technician said they couldn’t find the problem on a relatively new unit - that we would just have to live with it. Keith actually took the time to drill down and found there was a bad sequencer which was only providing 1/2 heat. The unit sold to me by Gordon’s is now out of warranty so the cost of the sequencer was very expensive but I am just thankful for Keith finding the problem and solving it.

We look forward to our new HVAC system next week.PJMUpdate 5-2024Preventative maintenance has not been good on HVAC. Repeat trips, a/c didn’t cool, capacitor left hanging by wires. Feel like we cannot trust techs at this point. Saddens us. See attached photos. Bracket left off, tech came out to repair and said he “zip tied” the capacitor back. Doesn’t seem expert or pro at this point.Update:We had Michael Boyle out to do the annual H2O maintenance and he was great as well. No unexpected fees, super friendly and time efficient. Flushed the tank and was quite thorough. -March 2024We had shower knobs that had broken off and needed to be replaced. Our hot water tank went out, then our sink wouldn’t drain. On 3 separate occasions their techs were extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and their prices were extremely competitive. Always kept to their quote and super clean. Went over and beyond on every service call. Chris, Noah, Colton & Michael were all amazing at helping us during our crisis each and every time. Thank you Gordon’s Service Experts!

Had appointment set for Tuesday 9/17, between 8 am and noon. Micheal J called at 10:15am that he was 15 min away and arrived at 1030am. Michael J was polite and respectful and very thorough. He took pictures of all of what he had done and fully explained each item in detail. Was a very pleasant service visit. Michael J was a pleasure to work with.

Had a pair blockages of my main sewer pipe over the last few years. Took a few estimates but other companies werent completely able to fully tell me what the problem was, just estimated a cost for a replacement. (Which, to be fair would have fixed the problem and was fairly accurate but would have required work in a neighbors yard and with the price tag attached didnt give us a comfortable situation moving forward). But Gordons took the time to fully identify and understand the problem before giving me an estimate on the work. Problem was fixed in a day and I saved what was probably around 4 figures going through them. Gordons approach to the project estimate gave us peace of mind during a rather expensive project. Thank you to Becca, Preston, and Jeremy for your time and efforts during this time through both the repair and getting communication issues squared away.Had another appt for a toilet issue. The office set up my urgent appointment without hesitation. The technician Desmond Tilley called before he arrived and was actually a few minutes early. He did a complete assessment of our AC and diagnosed the issue. Without taking a break he worked get the system running. It was very hot in the area but Desmond was wonderful. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the people at Gordon’s. They’ve been out multiple times to help me with different house problems and they’re always kind, professional, and honest. It’s always hard to find a company that you can trust and that you feel like is being honest with you; I always feel like the people at Gordon’s are honest with me.For example yesterday, Christopher Troxel came out to see if he could repair my AC. It’s an old system and has been struggling for about a year and a half now. Chris took a lot of time looking at all of the possible options to see if anything could be done to extend the life of my AC at all. Unfortunately it seems that our system has reached the end of its life so Cale Johnson came out to discuss different options for replacement. Cale spent several hours with me going over all of the options and was very kind and professional during all of it. I was surprised with some of the affordable options that Gordon’s had to offer! To top it off, our water heater needed replacing too because it was at the end of its life as well. Because of the great service and trust that I have with Gordon’s, I went ahead and decided to replace it as well.Gordon’s may be the most trustworthy and reliable home service company I’ve ever worked with. Cale was the salesman who helped me, he listed out all the options and did not push for the most expensive, but what was best for my house/budget.As far as the install crew, Jed and his team were great. If you do schedule an install, I would recommend you ask for him.
