    If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My old water tank was leaking and on the verge of going out. Dryer vent was not venting, and that was fixed and probably saved me from a fire!!! Courteous workers and I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing done. 👍👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

    Matt came out today to help w my home I rent. I wasnt available but my kids were here. Very polite and courteous.     Had a leaking main line coming out from underneath the house and I needed a septic tank located for a clean out. They showed up and took care of all these issues. Very nice crew, great quality work, and communication was outstanding.

    Scotty prevented a potential tragedy. Too stiff to move much myself, I wouldnt have seen what Scotty saw & simply sent the new gas stove back as it was the wrong one. Scotty saw that the back metal panel had been bowed out from the pressure of loose fire bricks, visible through an opening & easily moved with a finger. Attempted use of the stoves bottom broiler could well cause a fire.

    Anthony came by my house and was very professional and courtesy. He called before to let me know how far out he was. He arrived and was very professional and explained the pricing up front and I was really appreciative of that. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I had him do an estimate for me as well and he wanted to make sure he was right on the pricing so he called to verify and was able to give me a quick estimate as well. It is hard to find good customer service these days but you have a great employee in Anthony and his apprentice. Keep up the great work and I will definitely call back if I have any other issues

    Carson and his assistant at Five Star plumbing did a great job fixing a leak in our supply line. They were timely and showed up at the early end of the estimated range. They assessed the problem, gave us several options, and did not try to push us to do any of them. The repair was fast and we had our water on quickly.     Carson and Leo came out to do some work today and I was very happy with everything they did. They were on time and all the work they did was great. I had new line ran for the water/ice machine on my fridge, they insulated all my water lines under the house after they checked for leaks, and they also installed 2 new freezeless faucets on the outside of my house. Highly recommended and if I have any other plumbing needs i know who to call.

    I am very satisfied with the five star plumbing did for us. I give them a 10 out of 10. 2 thumbs up. They were on time when they said they would be here, prepared the site before beginning work very careful of our property, and said when they left the sight, you would never know they were there , except for a good job performance. I would recommend them and I will use them again if ever need plumbing work. The work done for us was major.

    We needed our water heater replaced so I called around and several plumbers come over to see our setup to price the install. Other plumbing companies tried to make it a big project to charge a premium because ours was above the washer machine. Brett with 5 Star Plumbing was different. He came out and gave me a price on the spot. The other plumbing companies said they would get a price quote emailed to me within a day or two. I waited to be sure, and my assessment was correct. 5 star was the best price. Also, Brett was able to relocate the new unit in the garage and he and his crew were very clean. Other companies said to relocate the unit in the garage would require “busting up a lot of sheetrock for accessing the water and gas lines.” Not with Brett and 5 Star. Wow! No busted up sheetrock. They cleanly cut the new water lines out and relocated everything to the garage.

    These guys were great. Got the job done fast and informed me of everything going on. After a bunch of quotes from others companies, these guys actually wanted to work and were not scared of taking on a big job. Everything was in writing from the get go.     Can I give them 10 stars? From start to finish, everything was excellent. What seemed to be a plumbing issue that could easily be diagnosed was becoming a huge burden for us. We had contacted a few plumbers that would discover and issue, send us a bill with no resolution. I was in plumbing limbo. Once I discovered Five Star Plumbing it was a total game changer. They were able to schedule a visit the following day. Brett went through every effort to diagnose the issue, find the trouble sources and come up with a game plan! I felt like I was family! He genuinely wanted to help us and I did not get that feeling from any other plumbing company! It was a massive project of replacing our cast iron sewer pipes that I am sure any other company would have taken a week to complete - Brett and his crew did it in 2 days!!! They worked nonstop and did a beautiful job! I am writing this review a few weeks after and I have not had any problems. Brett even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working great! These guys should write a book on customer service! They send text updates to let you know theyre on their way. I never felt anything less than confident and will be a lifetime customer!!! 10 STARS!!!!!

    I don’t post reviews very often but was compelled to as a result of the exceptional experience I had using Five Star Plumbing. I saw their truck and called the main number hoping to get a quote for a hot water tank replacement. I spoke to the owner who quoted the service and scheduled the install for the following morning. The installers contacted me to let me know they might be 10 minutes late and then texted again saying they were on the way. I received another text when the had completed the work and a call to provide payment. This company is top notch and I highly recommend them. They are professional, fair and honest. I will never call anyone else!

    Ignore the Karen review below.She doesn’t understand that she doesn’t own the sewer line, the city does & when repairs need done, they need done.They have done numerous jobs for me and the company that owns several apartment communities I used to work for. Their work is honest & professional. Don’t let a Karen review, that isn’t even honest, because there are videos of the incident, cause you not to allow them to do the job for you!     I had a leak in my laundry closet and was afraid it was from a broken water pipe in my floor. The servicemen came out to diagnose the problem and fixed it promptly. It was from our ac unit.     Excellent job, very fast, priced well and great customer service. Ended up having them re-plumb entire house after extreme partial plumbing nightmare with Roto-Rooter. Paid basically same price to re-plumb entire house as what paid RR for their partial nightmare job that they had to come back and RE-DO. Highly recommend Brian and his Five Company.

    They have a new lifetime customer! I had a emergency leak situation, and every plumber I called said they couldn’t deal with it for weeks and were charging outrageous prices. 5 Star Plumbing was able to come out the next day and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and properly, and had extremely fair pricing. I can not recommend them enough, and I wouldn’t call anyone else for future plumbing issues!

    Awesome service from honest owner! Called in the afternoon and they arrived early for the next morning appointment. Gave an upfront free estimate of cost - $900 -$2,200 less than other estimates from over the phone and from companies that charge just to come look. I had a leak under my slab from the main intake to the kitchen sink. They were able to detect leak, sleave the line, check a leak in the laundry room and replaced a leaking knob on my toilet from where the water was turned off to check for leaks!Finished the job earlier then expected and charged less than estimated due to less time spent even though they provided more services than initially thought. Definitely will reuse and highly recommend for anyone.

    I had a problem with a busted pipe, needed it fixed asap, they showed up the next morning and fixed it. They were priced fair, plumbing isnt cheap but they were about where I expected on the price. They showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem same day. Id definitely recommend. Whatever you do dont use Brandons plumbing, they wanted to tear up my yard and sidewalk, five star fixed it more efficiently and saved my concrete and yard.

He installed my new toilet and even offered to come back and install my new bathroom fixtures when I get them purchased for our master bath!     Five Star Plumbing is the perfect name for this company. Wish we were able to find them in the beginning as the others we tried just wanted to upsell us to a new water heater.After 4 days without hot water, Five Star Plumbing came out and fixed the issue in 30 minutes and we were up and running.
