We were experiencing a bad clog in our bathroom which resulted in water coming up in the shower when the bathroom sink would run and the water was draining VERY slowly. We tried snaking ourselves and used Liquid Drano MAX w/ boiling water flush to no avail. I finally gave in and decided to call a plumber.I usually let Google reviews guide me to the right professionals and chose D and D Drain because of their stellar Google review score and affordability/honesty seemed to be common themes within their reviews, two qualities that mean the most to me when having someone work on my house. Robert was literally at my house within an hour of making the call and had the clog gone an hour after that - for an affordable price to boot! He was kind and courteous and did a great job cleaning up afterward. Will definitely be using D and D again for any future plumbing needs!

I called to get an appointment for a kitchen sink installation and some updates done to some pipes under the sink. They were able to get us worked into their schedule fairly quickly and never once hesitated when the job ended up being a lot more than anticipated (we have an older house with kind of rough plumbing). Dustin was able to get all the pipes and fixtures up to date and the sink installed even while having to make changes due to unforeseen issues. They are very quick to communicate and kept us involved with every step. Will definitely use again!

Our tub and toilet were not draining in the only bathroom we had. We had company staying with us and were panicking trying to find a same day plumber to come fix our drains. They were out within 2 hours of the call and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. They are very kind people and knowledgeable about what they do. We will be keeping them in our back pocket for the next plumbing issue we have.

We are so thankful and impressed with D and D Drain! We called with an emergent leak and the owner came out on his day off and fixed it himself since all his workers were already out on a job. Discovered a substantial underground water line leak on my property on a Saturday that had flooded the yard. Called several companies that afternoon with mediocre response until I randomly landed on D&D Drain. They responded later that day and had it fully fixed by the following morning, during wind chills in the low teens. They were very attentive, knowledgeable and provided prompt, quality service at a good value. Will use them again for sure.

The two men who showed up to unclog the main line were extremely polite and professional! I asked if it would be possible to just take a look outside without coming in, and they said they would take a look outside and give an estimate. The main line was definitely full and backed up about 75 feet. They cleared it up in about 45 minutes. They also came out the same day I called, so it was great! I would definitely use this company again. Polite, professional, quick, and friendly service!

I have used D and D Drain many times over the last 2 or 3 years. They are always professional, reliable and honest. Most notably,I had a difficult problem that had been worked on by 3 different plumbers, without getting properly fixed. D an D diagnosed a very complex problem, and corrected it, along with the supposed fixes done by the other 3 companies.D and D is not a bargain plumber, but if you want something fixed properly and honestly, do not hesitate to use them.

Great service, Jordan and Demetrius were fantastic. Ended up figuring out the blockage was at the backflow preventer and not through the mainline. They showed me how to check the three way clean out so I can do this myself for next time. Overall great set of guys and will go with this company next time!

Emergency call to clear clog that backed up entire system. Found out via camera the sewer pipes originally installed were not even the right material or grade for sewage. The team was able to get us unclogged and running normal in less than a day and we are very pleased with the quality work and excellent prices. It took a few days to get the city inspector here but as soon as he gave the green light the team came right over and completely burried the pipes and leveled out the yard enough to settle properly. There were a couple snags here and there but absolutely nothing this team cannot handle. They know alot about the homes in the community. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Do to a leak in the wall where the shower was it caused some nasty damage. They were very polite and were able to come out the next day. They were over an hour late, but we’re courtesy enough to call. They were able to fix the leak, install a new garbage disposal, replace one faucet and repair the other one. They also replaced a old toilet the seemed to run constantly. They offered to just repair it for a cheaper price but I chose to just put a new one in. They were able to do all of it that day. They also cleaned up before leaving.

I had a partial clogging in my sewer line which caused an overflow at the cleanout. The first plumber I called never called me back. The second couldnt get to it for several days (this was just after the freezing weather before Christmas, so no surprise.) When I called D and D, they said they could be out the same morning. Dustin and Demetrios got here the same morning and took care of my problem very professionally. I highly recommend them.

Best plumbing business in the Oklahoma City metro! Dustin did a great job and I will recommend him to all I know and call him again! Quick to respond to my call and messages, came next day when everyone else I contacted was booked out a week, and he did the repair quickly repairing a broken flange for a toilet and setting a new toilet for us...Best of all his rate is reasonable and he doesnt overcharge for parts or unnecessary extras. He will definitely be my go-to plumber!

I have used D and D a couple of times. Both times the problem was probably bigger than I described on the phone. But they are great to work with and never complained about getting into more work than they anticipated. From a leaking toilet that turned into pipe repair and a toilet replacement to a drain clog that ended up using cameras, crawling on the roof, and pulling toilets they just did the work and were super polite and professional while doing it. They make sure everything is done properly before they leave and charge significantly less than the competition.I will never call another plumber for anything. Neither should you.
