First time I worked with Chase and his crew he came to my home on short notice, on a holiday weekend, during a 100+ degree summer day. I was concerned about a pipe leak under my house and I was so impressed and thankful to him for resolving my issue on the same day!Since then, he completed a few different plumbing jobs on my home and each time he did outstanding work with high quality materials. Chase is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He talked me through options and the work step-by-step and offered helpful advice where I needed it. There was some problems and he came out and made everything perfect. He made sure all of the plumbing was done correctly, also put in a main turn off valve in the kitchen and had his tile people come out and replace the tile that Needed to be replaced after they completedReplacing and repairing the pipes in the shower.I feel very lucky that I found him, and that I would trust him to any of my friends and family.

I highly recommend ChaseThePlumber! We had a water leak under the house and our 109 year old house always has extra challenges whenever something needs repaired. Chase and Jakob arrived promptly and found the issue. It took a while for them to hunt down the replacement pipe to fix it, since ours is a weird size, but they found some and got out here that evening to to fix it. He didnt want us to go another day without water, and I really appreciated that. Its nice to find a good honest plumber that is reasonably priced and does good work.

Chase and Jacob came out to look at a problem I was having in my main septic line and give me a potential quote. I had other plumbers had told me they would have to rip out my shower and flooring to locate the problem and then fix the issue estimated at 5k+. However, Chase offered a different, cost effective, and less invasive solution. He’s a standout guy, even took a look at a line running to my dishwasher and a quick fix for some standing water. He didn’t charge a dime, just a good guy willing to help. It’s hard to find someone who is more willing to help you out than make quick money. Got here and looked at it and said it could probably be salvaged. They fixed it and had us back up and running inside of 2 hours for a very reasonable price. Super responsive, honest and informative. Will use them for all future plumbing needs.

He is always quick to answer, quick to get on the job & has been very honest (hard to find!) & reasonable, price-wise. He is our go-to for any plumbing work, regardless of the job, as you can tell from the above (all of those were seperate calls...). Best of all, hes got a great network of resources to help with the cleanup & repair if needed, whether that be a sewer cam, tile-work (including tub surround), concrete work, you name it. Hope you never need it, but if & when you do, do yourself a favor & call Chase The Plumber first.

Our main sewer drain line became clogged two weeks after moving in and backed up late on a Sunday. Chase was very honest and said if we could wait till morning it would save us about $500. Josh was the plumber that came and was here around 1230. He initially thought he had it fixed but ran every faucet and saw there was still blockage. Did some more work and double checked everything again. He also loosened a shower head we wanted to change and couldnt get off for no extra charge. The job took less than an hour and was the exact price we were quoted. Polite, professional , efficient, and courteous. Hopefully wont have to, but will definitely use them again if needed.

To say that Im satisfied with this company is an understatement. When my water heater broke and was leaking, I called and was seen the same day. He walked me through what he would be doing, the cost was given to me up front, and he was able to get out the next day to compleatly replace the water heater. He even adapted to the odd location of the water heater, and went out of his way to ensure that the water heater he was going to install would fit and work on the first try.My family and I am extremely grateful for this companys work, and Id highly recommend them to anyone; I know that if another plumbing issue comes up, this company will be the first I call.

We used them the week after the February snow storm of 2021. We just had a clogged line...so most plumbers either said they were booked for the next week or would promise someone would out that day and then never show up. CTP was awesome. I called Chase on Tuesday morning and he had someone, Dusty, call me within an hour who was at our house within a half hour. Dusty met with my wife and explained the problem and had it quickly fixed for a very reasonable cost. Most of the plumbers we called over promised and grossly under delivered. That was not the case with Chase. Hell be our go to plumber for the foreseeable future.
