Had a water leak in our main line on a Sunday and they sent someone out the same day. The plumber did great work, was polite and quick. I was happy to pay the extra ($200) for the weekend service call, but I admit to having some sticker shock at the price for the work, which I understand was not a weekend up-charge. Price is the only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars. Otherwise fantastic service.

This was my first experience with Champion Plumbing. I had a clogged toilet that I had snaked, but it still would not flush correctly. They were able to get me an appointment the same day, and their plumber, Gerry McElyea, arrived early within the time frame. He had the problem solved in about 30 seconds! He then did a checkup of all the plumbing in the house including the clean out outside. I’m impressed! Gerry is just great. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and worked to get everything done in a timely manner. My dog even approved of him! In other words, should I need a plumber in the future, I’ll call Champion. A++++++

As always, Champion lives up to their name! We had an overflow from a main drainline in our garage. Chris, from Champion, came out and surveyed our home, rooted our drain line, and discovered we have tree roots that have grown into the older pipes under our 55-year-old home.Chris, like all techs we have had come out from Champion, was very courteous and respectful to property, pets, and family. He remembered aspects of our home and hobbies from a previous visit.Chris explained what he would be looking at, what he needed to do/had done, what hed found, and advised us of cost up front. We were provided with four estimates of work to be done to fit our needs and income.We have more work to be done, but Champion remains our choice. They have provided great service to us for years, and even when directed to seek additional estimates from other plumbers by our homeowners insurance, Champions prices and procedures have won out there too!

Mitchell came right on time! He was especially thorough unclogging our tubs, which my husband didn’t have the right tools for. Also fixed several sink faucetts that were spattering every time we turned them on. He offered to flush our hot water tank, which he did! He even cleaned up after each chore. He just did an all-over excellent job, was very professional as well as kind & friendly.

UPDATE 2024/04/05: Even after leaving this review and specifically talking about the excessive messages, I just got an email about leaving a review. It might seem petty to dock stars over this, but it’s a simple matter to treat people like human beings. I’m sorry, but pestering me for a review is not going to get you a good rating. Learn how to run your automated systems properly, and stop begging me incessantly.~~~~Great quick service! Had an issue with water from laundry room seeping into the garage, and it’s no longer an issue. This was not an urgent/off-hours job, and it was only a small drainage problem (nothing I would have fixed myself though). I believe the solution cost less than it did for another company to unclog my bathroom sink even though more work was required. I got good explanations and quotes for work that I don’t think is urgent, but good to know about.I’d give them 5 stars, but I was bombarded with messages to give them a review (see image). I understand there being multiple points of contact (the automated system, the plumber, the supervisor, the secretary…), but please find a way to refine your tech so I don’t feel like I’m being bothered to shill.I think any reasonable person will suffer the extra text messages for good responsive service.

He conducted several tests and explained them in a thoughtful manner. Not only did he fix our plumbing issue, but he also provided us with multiple tips to ensure our house runs efficiently. He took his time and wasn’t in a rush. Champion Plumbing offers reasonable prices, making them a great choice. The Scheduling Service was awesome. She was a great listener and said they’d get someone out here as soon as possible. When Tech arrived he was so personable and understanding….I was impressed. He got right to the task and quickly identified the source of the problem. He took photo’s to show us to show us the problem area and to provide to the other Tech’s that may be involved in the actual repair. After that, he provided a breakdown of the repair options and the costs involved. Did a great job of making the assessment and even went to bat to get us a 10 percent discount. This guy is a tremendous asset to Champion and to the customers he serves. His thorough and trustworthy performance was the best I’ve seen. From scheduling the job to getting the problem assessed and dealt with was a resounding success!!!! Thanks so much…….Santiago deserves a raise and bonus….terrific guy…..

I normally can’t be bothered to leave reviews, even when I have a bad experience. The service I received from Champion warrants the extra effort. Everyone in this company is top notch. I worked with Denisha, William, and Devin. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew. I had a 40 year old water heater that kicked the bucket and flooded the garage on its way out. Champion had me squared away less than 24 hours later. They answered all my questions patiently, respected my special requests regarding my pets, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves before they left. They even helped me move some heavier things in my garage so I could get those areas dried out. Compared to other local companies I’ve worked with over the years there is a night and day difference. Id give em an extra star if I could.

The best plumbing company I’ve ever experienced! Ryan H was our original technician. We had to get our garbage dispose replaced after it went out with a possible rebuild. Ryan was able to call in a rebuild technician Danny H and together they came up with a viable solution that did not need rebuilding saving us lots of money. Ryan and Danny were both able to communicate and explain everything very well. Also during the half of the time the technicians were working. My baby was asleep and they were very mindful of that. Thankful for that! Definitely 10/10 and would definitely recommend.

I called numerous plumbers when my toilet overflowed & only Champion responded quickly, Unfortunately we were only able to get a temporary fix, after they ran the camera in our pipes they uncovered the BIG problem, So our plumbing woes are not over yet, but they gave us a quick & fair estimate also very helpful in referring us to a water damage restoration company to help with the clean up. These folks are great! I had a plumbing issue just prior to Christmas, gave them a call, and they sent a tech out the next day to conduct an initial assessment. Based on that, they sent two folks out the following day and they determined the probable cause. Though they could have recommended a bunch of expensive procedures, they told me that I most likely needed to change our a 20 year old toilet. They charged me the initial fee of $89.00 and that was it. All the techs were very polite and listened intently while I described the issue. They were happy to answer my questions and made a reasonable recommendation.

My home warranty kept sending out incompetent people for my plumbing needs, within the last month I’ve had a hot water heater that needed completely replaced I can’t remember the technicians name that repaired it but he was awesome. A couple weeks after that I had another problem to where Jody and another technician ran a camera and realized I needed a new sewer line. Within the next day they sent Wesley out and it was done in a blink of an eye. He even went above and beyond and helped me fix my fence as he was leaving. I’ve enjoyed all my dealings with champion plumbing and will use no one else in the future.

I chose Champion Plumbing becauss they were listed as 1 of the 5 top plumbers in OKC and were a 24 hr call in. Everyone listened to my problem, asked questions to know what level of help was needed and sent a really nice young man to make the repair. When he discovered it was a bigger problem, he called the company to let them know and a team was sent to diagnose and complete the job. They worked within the timeframe that I had available. Each tech explained the problems, took pictures to show what was found, and cleaned the area when the job was done. Im pleased with their level of knowledge and concern with restoring my service as soon as possible. And they cleaned up before leaving!

Logan did a FANTASTIC job. He single handed did the work of 3 men in 1 day. Left my house pristine and cleaned up all the dust. He was so polite and respectful and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I was so impressed with his level of craftsmanship and professionalism. Give this man a raise! Highly recommend William F with Champion Plumbing. We had a Halo 5 water conditioner installed along with a new tank-less hot water heater installed. We also had a new utility sink installed with water lines in our laundry room. We did have a minor mix up with our technician about what features the water heater provided. When he realized his mistake, he had the extra part ordered and came back and replaced it free of charge based solely on his word given the initial estimate did not include this part (he had just told us that the feature was included). Ive never been so pleased with the customer service on a home repair/upgrade. I absolutely trusted William in my home and loved his positivity and work ethic. Very happy with our new water heater and conditioner.

Update: We ended up purchasing a toilet with installation from Champion. It was so easy to schedule and they were prompt getting it out. Troy Strickland came out to do the work. He was quick and efficient. Took the old toilet, made sure the new one was to our liking and worked, and cleaned the area around the toilet. After waiting for 5 weeks, since the snow storm for special parts that another company ordered, I got impatient and called Champion Plumbing for a second opinion. Andrea scheduled my appointment and was very pleasant and professional. I received a text message that they had a tech available 3 hours before my scheduled appointment. Patrick arrived, accessed my situation, and gave me a quote on what I asked to be done and some other issues that I should consider. I even added a few other problems to the list and approved the work to be done. I was amazed he had all the special parts on hand and was able to get everything repaired and working that day. I was at work and had to leave my 19 year old son in charge. He was done before I arrived home. I was very pleased with his work and patience over the phone answering all my questions. I recently needed some plumbing work done one of my properties and had contacted Champion after having a bad experience with another plumber. Their technicians arrived right on time, were very courteous and very clear about what work needed to be done. I appreciated that they didnt try to oversell me on services I didnt need and provided clear, up-front pricing on the work, with several options to fit my budget. They were very clean in their work - something I havent seen a lot of with plumbers (usually there is a mess to clean up afterward, but they cleaned up anything they did) - and they were very efficient in the time they used to correct my issues. Steven was on time, and he was very professional. He listen to my story of 2 other plumbers coming in the last 2 weeks to clean the main line, and both times the line backed up again within 2 days. He was patient to explain the different option (more expensive because it was on Sunday), and made his recommendation. Steven was very professional, answered all my questions, and got the water running again. He checked the pipe after cleaning it to make sure everything was done right. Plan on paying top-dollar if you call them.

I live with my grandparents and when our plumbing went out at 11pm on a Thursday I was quick to call a couple of plumbing services in the area. A house without toilets is hard enough but it’s especially difficult for seniors to go without the ease, comfort, and dignity of using their own camode. I paid over $400 to fix two sinks. One sink just needed some fittings, the other for poor water flow. They had to order the fittings because they had never seen them before. So I waited over a week for the fittings to come in, only to find out that an o-ring was needed to complete the repair. I had to work that day, so the repair guy gave the o-ring to my son. I have no idea where the o-ring goes. I was told that it would cost more money because theyd have to order it and come back out to replace it. I asked the repair guy to show my son where it goes so I could do it myself.When I got home from work, I found that none of the fittings on the first sink were set (all were leaking). And the other sink that had slow flow still has slow flow - no change whatsoever. So what did I drop that money on? I am at the same place I was before I called.

My technician, Ryan Hoey, was an absolute pro at what he does. I explained to him that my main drain line was clogged, and how I found a clean out in the backyard. He explained what he was going to do, and gave me pricing up front. Keep in mind this was the time of the wind chill that happened in OKC. I asked if he could explain to me what was going on throughout the process, and he was very informative and honest. To my surprise, the line was clear in less than an hour. He was bound and determined to find the leak, even having to go up into the hot attic. Fixed the problem and even helped lower the price of our bill. Steven Pickell came out to repair our sewage line today, he was very professional and gave us an upfront quote with what the issues could have been. The company went above and beyond by sending a photo of the technician with a short bio about the person coming out. My landlord and I were notified as he was in route to my house. He was timely and worked fast to resolve the issue. I will refer him and Champion Plumbing moving forward.

We were very pleased with Aaron Wilson and Caleb’s work. They trouble shot problems we had with hot water fluctuating throughout our house and installed a shower faucet and sink faucet. They were courteous, professional, and completed their work in a very timely manner. We would not hesitate to call Champion with future plumbing problems!!

Brent did an outstanding job dealing with an irregular plumbing issue that we had. He was timely, the communication in regards to the appointment time was excellent and service was completed in an outstanding manner. When there was an issue (the part, not the installation!) with one of the replaced fixtures (almost a month later) Brent came out the next day and fixed it...no question asked. He stays until the job is done as evidenced by him being at our neighbors until almost 9 PM after I referred Champion Plumbing to them. I dont think anyone is happy with plumbing issues, but if you have to deal with it, Brent and Champion Plumbing should be the only call you make.

My whole house was clogged and the drains were unusable. Called Champion and they sent out Chad to fix my problems. He was super friendly, answered any and all questions we had not only about our issue but others we were worried about. He was quick and efficient in his work and got it knocked out fast. Don’t know how good the other techs are but Chad is tops in my eyes.
