After discovering a leak coming up in our slab, we called Amped Plumbing. After deciding what the best plan would be for our situation, technicians Greg and Byron came to explain how the repiping of the entire system would work. Each day they would tell us what they would complete that day. They would vacuum up any debris they had caused. Then they would walk us through what they had finished that day. Greg and Byron were professional and very personable. Also, special thanks to Ricky for helping us with financing. We would definitely recommend Amped Plumbing for any plumbing issues.

He was very quick to respond when other companies were not able to come out the same day. He was able to use the least invasive method for clearing the blockage. Josh arrived early than the appointment time, but then realized that he forgot the machine he had was not good. So, Josh had to drive back to the shop to get the good machine. But once Josh had everything, it was worked out great. It took a little over 45 minutes total work. Josh was very helpful to clean some of the tub for me.I thought the overall experience was great. Great price, and very friendly guys. Both Josh and Tanner, who I spoke to on the phone.

In an ideal world all work would be done perfect and everything would be done at its schedule time. But, we are not in an ideal world. I can tell you that this company knows what theyre doing and are honest. The supervisor came and saw some things that werent done to the company standard and had them fixed. Mistakes happen everyday, its the companys response thet matters.The company could have easily left the mistakes and Id be none the wiser. The owner Joe personally came by and introduced himself and reviewed the situation. I also had a direct number for a customer service rep - James, who I would call when needed. Also, when I requested Joe call me, he called me that same day, we talked about the situation, he apologized profusely and had a tech come first thing this morning. He also had me save his personal cell phone number. There was not one minute where I felt abandoned, or scared that Id never see or hear from them again. We had a big project, so I dont think any company could have done it flawlessly. Im happy we used Amped Plumbing, Im confident the work was done correctly and I feel great knowing if I do need something I know I can count on them to make things right. The staff was pleasant and polite. Thank you Amped Plumbing for all your work, hopefully we dont need you again but if we do I know who to call.

I had the pleasure of having Dakota as my plumber. I was having trouble with the hot water not working on my new Kohler faucet. I also had water washing up onto the counter every time that the faucet was on. Dakota found that the problem was the faucet having a part missing. He also explained why the water was washing up on the counter. He did not charge so I will go after Kohler to get him paid. I was also advised as to what faucet to buy to assure that the parts can be easily attained. He is a good listener and very knowledgeable in his craft.

My fiance and I just bought a house and our tankless water heater went out. We called another company that came out and they told us because of the poor maintenance done by the previous owners and state of the water heater that our water heater would not be covered under warranty and quoted us for a new tankless water heater and scheduled to install it next day. Thankfully, we called Amped Plumbing for a second opinion and their service tech Ricky immediately called the manufacturer to work on a warranty for us after coming out to look at our hot water tank. He provided us with updates of where they were in the process and finally was able to get it covered under warranty for us! We are so thankful for Amped Plumbing and now are a member of their complete 360 service for plumbing, HVAC and security!

So, I tried the DIY approach for changing out a wax ring on our downstairs toilet; but when I got the toilet off I ran into some trouble with the old stainless steel flange. I didnt know it had to be handled differently than more modern flanges. After I thought I had done the job right, the base of the toilet was leaking. So, On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, Wesley from Amped came and helped out. He was fantastic. Showed me how to take two standard wax rings to build one big enough for the old flange, original to the house. He said it was an unusual situation and left me feeling better informed and prepared for the next time. Great pro service, and he seemed like a good guy. I asked him to mask because were still covid cautious due to a medical situation in our family, and was fine with that. Very respectful and kind. Id strongly recommend.

After a terrible experience with Angi’s (list), I called Amped and they sent someone out within hours. Stephen was assigned to make our repair the following morning and did a fantastic job. He even humored us and added water shut off valves though they are not typical for showers. And since he was already doing extensive work, he didn’t even charge us extra. He humored us again and double checked everything when he was done without complaint and he didn’t even know the history of the nightmare we went through w Angi’s until we told him during payment process. 5 stars.

Then Wade outlined the scope of work and detailed the important steps needed to get the job done and explained the why behind each of the steps. What a breath of fresh air in an industry where being taken advantage seems to be a pretty common occurrence.

I have used various plumbing services in the past and they never really measure up to the mark. Tried out Amped today for a troublesome drain that just wont seem to do its job. Wade came out promptly today and showed that drain who was boss. Our water stopped working on Tuesday evening and we didnt know what had happened. We called several plumbing companies to try and help us out and see what it could be. We are on well water and just needed to know if it was electrical, plumbing, or the well itself. All of them either said we dont work with wells so call a different company or said they would come out but never did and instead called us the next day saying they dont do wells.Thats when we found this company. AMPED Plumbing. The field supervisor himself, his name is Wes, came out and personally checked everything for us. It was in fact our well pump under the house so we needed a new one. He brought out his team today, checked to make sure the pipes were still good, undo the old pump, put in the new one(which is way better), and even installed our new water heater. All in one long day. He did not have to put the water heater in today, but they both stayed and did it so we wouldnt have to wait for another day.To say those two where a god send is greatly under stated. They came out to work on our problem when other people turned us down or gave us the run around. And they educated us on how to care for both water heater and well pump. They were very informative and answered any questions that we had or he thought we may have in the future.We are so greatful to Wes and his team for putting in so much hard work to get our house water again and then going above and beyond to help our family.We will DEFINITELY be using them in the future and have them as our main contact for anything plumbing or well water related.I recommend AMPED Plumbing for any plumbing or repair needs!!!!

Amped Plumbimg is the best service and were several dollars less than the other estimates I could not afford. I had a leak in a outside faucet leaking in the wall behind the water softener and full salt tank in my well room. They had to move it all out of the way and the only charged for replace and repair of the faucet. They also were able to find a serious problem with my well pressure tank and replaced the tank fixing a pressure problem. Because their price to replace my hot water tank was affordable and it needed to be replaced for some time they replaced the hot water heater with a top of the line tank. The other plumbing companies were taking advantage that we had no water. Amped Plumbing was professional and most of all they saved me several hundred dollars.

Its been very stressful since we are having to turn the water off and on at the main to be able to shower and flush, as we are looking 1.5 gallons a minute when the water is on.I sincerely hope that this issue will be resolved tomorrow as we have been rescheduled.

We had a great experience using Amped Plumbing. Leon and Bradley were wonderful technicians to work with. Taylor answered tons of questions for me and wrote up multiple estimates for me to help me navigate things with our insurance. They were able to come out within an hour of me calling stating that we had water coming out from under our laminate wood floors. The leak was originally thought to be a slab leak coming from our main water line. Our technician advised us to wait on repair since we were expected to have freezing weather the next day and it would be better to let the water continue to run even though it was leaking the freezing temps may cause other pipes to burst. A few days later we were able to start repair and the technicians realized out leak was actually coming from the pipe behind our hot water tank. They quickly replaced the pex pipe leading to the hot water heater and then made sure there were not any other leaking pipes. They noticed that we had a toilet that was leaking water so they replaced the flap and the fill valve. We ended up having to file a home insurance claim due to the water damage caused by the leaking pipe. Our insurance wanted us to pay out of pocket for the pipe along with our deductible. Thankfully, Amped Plumbing helped absorb the majority of the cost of the pipe into other areas of the bill. We will definitely be using Amped Plumbing in the future if we ever need to again!

Positives: Shelby was extremely courteous and knew what he was doing. Didnt get the name of the other person assisting him. He left the room clean - no issues with the work done.Negatives: I was given a time for arrival of 9-11am and called their office at 11:05 as I had not heard ANYTHING from them. I was told that they had issues with the first job of the day and it was taking longer than expected but they were finishing up and should be here soon. I got a text at 11:09 that they would be here between 11:15 & 12:15 - the ONLY communication I didnt initiate that day. I understand that the rain had an effect on their day but communication with your customer is vital to a business. I shouldnt have had to call - he should have had the office keep me updated. They didnt arrive until 12:30. It took exactly 7 minutes from the time of arrival to unclog the toilet and clean the area at which time I paid $199 for less than 15 minutes of total time at my home. I realize that I live about 30 minutes from their office but that is pretty standard for the OKC metro area. I know that theres more to it than the time spent at my house but no additional equipment was needed other than an auger that was on their truck and obviously the office staff is not staying on top of their game with communication. Billing was done with an app on the tablet he had with him. I think altogether there was less than an 1 1/2 hours total time spent by everyone from scheduling to completion of job including travel. That comes to over $130 an hour. Wow.

Out of three other companies this was the only one that was willing to do the job that others said was impossible because the tank wouldn’t fit in the space the old 50 gal. Was in above the dryer not only did they install a new 50 gal. In the space they got it mounted better than the original. I will use Amped again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good plumber that doesn’t try to sell you on a new item such as a tankless system instead of doing a quick fix to save time and effort for them!
