Our heat and air installation took a little longer than originally planned, but he explained what the issues were and the timeline to finish the installation. Everything works as planned, and they did a very good, clean looking install. Every area they worked in was cleaned, and all old materials were hauled away. All controls and filter locations were reviewed. They were very easy to work with.

Alberto was very helpful and thorough today. He flushed our tankless water heater, even though it wasn’t easily accessible. He made helpful suggestions, and helped with programming of the thermostat. I highly recommend Airco and appreciate the professional way all of their people have conducted themselves from the installation of the new unit to the scheduled maintenance/ check up.

Todays service was very good. The system checked out fine, then after the technician left, we had an alert come up on our thermostat. We called Airco and they sent the technician back. The technician figured out the issue, found the replacement parts could be available tomorrow and they are coming back to take care of the problem. Excellent customer service!

I was very impressed with Terry. He was polite, listened to what i told him about the systems and my dogs and was considerate of my house. He did an absolutely and totally awesome and totally amazing and wonderful job like he normally does and without hesitation did a great through job making sure in asking me if my husband and I if we were having issues with our hot water heater and temperature monitoring on the house of course heater. I really appreciated how patient he was and how willing he was to share his knowledge on our Lennox unit.

Incredible same day appointment have they not only arrived on time, they sent me a text and called me to let me know they were on their way and when they would arrive.Upon arrival contact was friendly and efficient. They did an excellent job of seeking out the potential problem with my air conditioner, asked many probing questions that were helpful to both of us, and found the problem in the attic.The feedback that we were given was fantastic and helpful. We were reassured that our main system was functioning in tip top shape.The technician was incredibly friendly and helpful. He didnt waste any time, but he didnt hurry either leaving us feel like we had paid for something that was over in 5 minutes.I see the commercials, now Ive seen them in person. Highly recommend

They were Awesome!!!! Thought I was going to literally have to give an arm and a leg to get my unit cooling or a new unit. Turns out it was just a contact point in a little switch box on the ac. Didnt cost too much to fix. Now my unit runs and cools great. They could have just came in and said you need a new unit, I have heard some of those horror stories. The plumbers were great too thought they were going to give up on me, but they hung in there got my sink unclogged and installed my new garbage disposal and everything works great. We have been very pleased with Airco and all the service they provide. They are very thorough and do a great job explaining the work to be done. This latest job was a large plumbing repair that required several days to complete and it was not a simple repair at all. The technicians were able to come up with a good plan that enabled them to repair everything without having to remove kitchen cabinets, which was a major concern for us. I cannot say thank you enough for all their hard work.

Elijah did our attic Spraying over our garage. Unfortunately we did end up with very fine insulation dust all over the garage area. Very messy but there is nothing he could of done to avoid it. He was very pleasant and caring. We also had an air vent installed in our kitchen pantry. We were getting all our food spoiled from the heat in the garage. Walls are insulated in the garage area but pantry in house needed an air vent to keep heat down which builder left out. The HVAC guys who installed new vent did a great job.
