We had a sudden and severe leak behind a wall, soaking the carpet and leaving 1/4 inch of water on the floor. Trevor made us his very next appointment and persisted until he found the leak. I was very satisfied with my service from John and Jerry! They are a great pair. I had an emergency leak where my home was flooding and they were readily available for an emergency service after hours. They found my slab leak and completed the repair. Their customer service was fantastic and they worked fast. They did all they could do to find the leak and talked me through the whole process. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. This is the second time that I use this business for my plumbing needs. They were very responsive and always do their best to squeeze me into their schedules. Their technician (Jerry) and his assistant (?) were very polite, professional, and efficient ! They diagnosed my problem and had my hot water up running properly very quickly. We had a valve to our refrigerator water line go bad and had to shut off the water to the house. Within an hour or so, the plumber from Sunshine Plumbing and Gas came over to take a look. He had loads of experience and was able to fix the problem within an hour. I asked how long I should wait to know there are no leaks etc. He assured me the fix was solid. I like a repair that you know is done with no worries! We will definitely use their services again in the future.

Thanksgiving day we had a plumbing disaster. We called around to several plumbers, who never got around to us, but Sunshine Plumbing called us back almost immediately. Within a few hours, we had our water back on and everything was working fine. Jerry was very professional and friendly. We recommend Sunshine Plumbing to anyone for your plumbing needs.

Brad was our technician today.. we had standing water in both bathrooms and very wet floors from the shower base over flowing from back up. I called Sunshine and was treated excellent on the phone with a very accurate estimate of what time the technician would arrive. Brad arrived found the clean out and went to work. Tree roots seemed to be our culprit. After power snaking the entire drain system the water seemed to be flowing much better. Hopefully our problem is fixed..and if we have another bout with standing water..we are to call back and Sunshine will run a camera along with the snake to pinpoint the troubled area. Ill wrap up this review..but, I cant say enough good things about this company. Thank you Brad & Sunshine Plumbing and Gas.

My house had one slab leak first on Friday afternoon. I decided to pay after-hour rate to fix the problem, so I did not have to live without water during the whole weekend. They quickly detected the leak and fixed it. However, after they turned on the water valve and we found there was another leak, which was very uncommon. They spent two hours to detect the leak, but this one was not as obvious or consistent as the first leak. So, I asked them to come back on Monday to continue the work, while I was going to monitoring the second leak over the weekend. Sunday morning, after I turned on water for two hours, the water started to surface from the tile gap. That enabled the plumber identified the leak quickly on Monday. They gave me two option to solve this problem and explained the pros and cons with each option to me. Then, they fixed the leak with a reasonable price. Jerry is the plumber. He is very experienced. The owner told me that he is one of the best. I will call him again if there will be problems in the future. (Hope not). :)

It’s a Sunday morning, and it’s Father’s Day, and out of town relatives are arriving within 4 hours for dinner and a two night stay. And yes the drains started backing up! A call to Sunshine Plumbing and so glad to hear Jerry’s voice and a promise that he will squeeze me into his already packed day. Jerry arrived within 30 minutes and was friendly and efficient even spending an extra 5 minutes to run his snake all the way to street “just in case since I’m already halfway there”! Jerry saved the day and made me smile, Sunshine Plumbing is now my number one choice.

Kyle with a C came and helped us with our old shower that never gave us hot showers. He was professional, quick and didnt even mind the dogs that barked the entire time he was fixing things. The price was very fair and we are so grateful for the work that he did. He also showed me where our water switch was in our yard if we ever were to have a busted pipe flood the house. I didnt even know that existed. Super knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend him and this company to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

Id never needed to call a plumber before so wasnt sure how to go about it. I called with three tasks in mind and, judging by what it sounded like I wanted, was given a ballpark quote of a few hundred dollars plus time.When Chris K. showed up and assessed the situation, he offered a way less expensive option that absolutely 100% was all about what I really wanted. He could have installed what Id said and charged a lot of money and time. The fact that he took a cut in parts overhead and time spent to tell me that meant a lot going forward to future business. Thanks Chris!Everything was installed and back to working condition in a very short time. Chris was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. Ill call here first the next time I need plumbing work. Its nice to get above-average service for a fair price and honesty spreads far.

Simply put, they will not show up. I have had them scheduled three different times (days), and they have shown up. I do not leave negative reviews (this may be my first), but after the third time of them not showing up and as flexible as I was with them to come out, I had to leave this review.Update: The owner called me direct once my initial review was posted. He apologized and explained that they were going through some turnover and wanted to make things right with me. They had a guy out in a reasonable time and fixed what the could that day. It took several trips, but they got everything addressed. The individual who came out to perform the work was excellent to work with.

Anthony arrived on the same day I called for an appointment. Thanks for squeezing me in. Many of the toilets and showers in the house were not draining. He troubleshooted various plumbing areas throughout the house and identified that the clog was in the main line coming out of the house and fixed it. He then tested all of the toilets, sinks, & showers to make sure they were working Anthony was professional, efficient, and knew what he was doing. I would not hesitate to use Sunshine Plumbing & Gas again and would recommend them to my neighbors.

In my experience this is not the norm so needless to say I am extremely pleased.

Professional, reliable, and courteous staff. We had an issue with something getting lodged in a 20ft long dryer vent. I figured it was going to be a costly nightmare. I called Sunshine Plumbing and they had a technician in the area- he was at my house within the hour.With some creative ingenuity, Brad was able to clear our poorly designed dryer vent. It did not cost any where near as much as I thought it would. A huge thank you to Brad and Sunshine Plumbing!

When the worst happens, they respond quickly. We discovered around 10pm on Thursday night that our plumbing was backing up. We were able to wait until the morning and called first thing. The very polite woman who answered was able to squeeze us in on a Friday and Travis came out and solved the problem. It took a little work but he was able to cut through the roots and clear the drain line. Plumbing is not a glamours job. Lets face it, if you are needing a plumber for a back up, youre probably dealing with a mess. Travis was friendly, fast and patient and I highly recommend him. Friendly, quick and reasonable costs for an emergency situation. They came recommended by a friend and I will do the same.

I’m new to Anthony and I purchased a house and I replaced my shower handle and when I turned on the shower no water came out. I called sunshine and was routed to Jerry and he said to unscrew the shower head and all this nastyness came out and then I put it back together and it worked. I am very grateful for Jerry since no other company answered and he did. He was nice and courteous and a jewel on a Sunday morning. Thank you again Jerry. I had a pipe start leaking under the slab of my home and caused some flooding in the home. I called sunshine and they sent out jerry and his helper, Travis i believe. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable and helped me and my wife under stand each step of the process. From leak detection and deciding on the most cost effective way to get to the leaky pipe. Even though the pipe was under our granite counter tops he came up with a way to fix the pipe without damaging anything.(other than the floor of course😉). I highly recommend this company for your repair needs.

He gave me the choice of fixing the old one (it was 35 years old!) or replacing it. I elected to have a new one installed, and Cyle came back the next morning and put in the new heater. I just want to applaud you folks for replacing my ancient kitchen sink faucet with a brand spanking new one! The plumber, Matt (?) thought that he would just need to replace the hot water faucet stem but he ended up having to find a new faucet, which is coming out of the wall behind the sink. He found one but then he couldnt get it attached because the nipples and pipes in the wall had corroded.He was a real trouper! Tried quiet a few times to save my tile backsplash but eventually had to bust the tile up to get to the pipes behind it.I know that it was a very aggravating job. Other plumbers have told me in the past that they would be afraid to attempt replacing that faucet because the house is so old and you always run into problems with any job.So, Thanks to the plumber and I hope that he sees this and knows how much I appreciated his work! I took his advice and purchased self-stick laminate tiles for the backsplash to cover up the hole that was created.Being that I am not a professional at this, it turned out alright.I also want to say how surprised I was with the charge. Very reasonable!Thanks again!

These guys were awesome. They helped located the leaks, and repaired them in the ground with knowledge, wisdom and the greatest of skill. Mind you..it was getting dark and if you saw the beauty of how they cut out the old pipe and repaired with ts , elbows, etc. it was amazing. I had no water at first, and in a dilemma as to what the problem was. Whala...fixed in an hours time, with much more water pressure than I had in the beginning. If you have any problems..and you do not call Sunshine it is your loss, because they are so down to earth, and at the same time know their skill. We have to appreciate plumbers, because they are the ones that do the grimy work ...and when you find a plumber that is good hearted, honest and reliable, along with professional and crafted...treasure them. They replaced a kitchen faucet, repaired a leaking toilet flapper, and the big job was to remove a very old, inefficient water heater with a new hybrid water heater. Very happy with the result!

He IDed the problem in SECONDS, hunted down its source like a boss, then brought our box right back to life. But heres the thing - it turned out to be a really simple fix (Im embarrassed so I wont tell you what it was...GFI tripped), but SOMEHOW Jerry managed to make me feel like I wasnt a buffoon. Honestly, I think hes just a genuinely good human. (Hero.) Hes my plumber for life now.

She was able to arrange for someone to come out to my house after hours to fix my issue. Kolton, the technician that came out, was also amazing! Jerry my technician was so nice and helpful. He gave me a 30 minute call before he arrived, was quick and clean in switching out my old hot water heater for the new one. Things for me started a little rocky with this company as there wasn’t much follow through after they prescribed the problem with my current hot water heater. I had to call the company daily to try to get an update. I couldn’t get a straight answer if the part that I needed was ordered or not and I wasn’t going to get an answer because “the lady who orders parts” is moving and off work for a few days . but Mike who finally cleared everything up and got me on the schedule for a new hot water heater and Jerry my technician more than made up for it.

Our hot water heater gave out on Saturday morning....of course. Sunshine returned our call immediately and had their technician Brad at our house within an hour. He at first tried to find the problem and repair. When we decided it would be better to replace, he went to the warehouse to get the new appliance and then to the hardware store for necessary supplies. My husband is very particular about anything that happens in his garage and Brad cheerfully listened and did everything he was asked. We could not be happier to now have hot water again!

Sunshine Plumbing and Gas came out and installed a tankless hot water system in our house recently. The crew was on time, polite, and kept me apprised of everything going on. They did not make a mess. We installed the tankless system even though Nate told us we most likely had 6 years or more left on our water heaters before they needed to be replaced. We really appreciate the fact that Sunshine Plumbing values honesty over their financial self-interest. I am a REALTOR and have called them out on several other occasions. Each time they were prompt, courteous, got the job done with a minimum of fuss, left no mess, and were reasonably priced. If you need any kind of plumbing services I cannot recommend Sunshine Plumbing and Gas highly enough.
