My shower was small and old. Bath Fitter solved the problems and in record time. The Installer Alex was an excellent craftsman with a grand vehicle sporting all the materials and tools needed. You wont believe how nice the shower feels and wonder why you waited so long?

Sales Rep was very thorough and professional and explained things in great detail.Was probably one of the easiest home improvements we’ve had done.We absolutely love our new walk in shower, just beautiful. We are so pleased with it we’ve already contracted with Bath Fitters to have another bathroom done.Reasonably priced, excellent service and quality workmanship.

I rate the installer 10, he was very professional. My shower remodel looks great. Now as far as the sales agent and tech to get measurements, they were late for appointment with no phone call to let me know they were running behind. As far as scheduling I had to call them to find out why I hadnt been scheduled after waiting the time frame they told me to expect a call. Customer service on front-end needs improvement.

Bath Fitter did a professionally excellent job removing our old tub-shower combo and replacing it with a sleek, attractive and functional single shower. We live in a small manufactured home and space it critical. They did a great custom job within the space available and my wife and I could not be more pleased.

The presentation was informative, the installation was quick. We are very happy with our conversion of a tub/shower to a full view glass shower. It was important to us to have a shower that anyone can step right into...instead of stepping up and over and into an old-fashioned tub. The shower is very modern and the clean lines really improved the appearance of this small bathroom.

First class company from customer service, sales gentleman who came on sight to provide a good education to help make a decision, to the installer who has been with the company for 13 years. He was efficient, quiet, detailed, organized and tackled the job with ease. The end product is just beautiful.Best is the install was completed in one day. Thank You. Well worth it.

I’m very pleased with this makeover of my rusted steel bathtub. The installer worked tirelessly for many hours solving unexpected issues. The final result is beautiful! I would definitely recommend Bathfitters to anyone.The only slightly negative comment I would make is that- although one does have a new tub in a day it takes several weeks to get to that point. Having said that, Bathfitters did double down and tried to get my installation done ASAP. And I appreciated that.I have photos but I don’t know how to post them.

Chose BathFitters because of their reputation and the lifetime warranty. Well I was not disappointed. I had 2 bathrooms done and 2 different installers. Very happy with both. It is very pricey but was well worth the expense.

Bathfitters replaced our tub/shower with a walk in shower. They did a wonderful job and we are very happy. They have replaced both of our shower/tub combos in our bathrooms over the years. We highly recommend them.

Over all, we are very pleased with our Bath Fitter experience. We had a tub to shower conversion in our guest suite. It made sense to remove the old 1972 tub since most of our guests are getting on in years and need easier access. The quality of the product and the installation is excellent. As sometimes happens in an older home, there were some surprises behind the wall, but the installer was able to take them in stride. The company gives a flat rate price, so there was no extra charge.There were a couple of minor disappointments. It would have been nice to get a followup call shortly after the installation to see if we were happy. The only other thing was that we didnt receive our official Bath Fitter squeegee! But we do love our new shower
