    We have worked with Chads Water Works professionally and personally and have always had a good experience. We had them come to the Tallen Builders office just the other day, to install a water fountain with a bottle filler in the lobby and they were fast, and knowledgeable.     It was a drippy hose bib. The first two plumbing companies said it could not be fixed without replacing the copper piping in the entire house. Which they quoted between $11,000 and $13,000!Andy and Shawn arrived on the scene and 30 minutes later I have a shiny new hose bib. No more drips. They also adjusted the rest of the hose bibs. They worked together with calm confidence and treated me like family. I will never again call anyone other than Chadā€™s Water Works Plumbing.Why would I ? Thanks guys.

    We discovered a major leak in our hot water heater on Friday afternoon, and had to turn off all of the water to the house for 3 days. I left many companies, who claimed to be open 24hours, messages and heard nothing back all weekend.My friends recommended Chads on Sunday. I called 730a Monday and they had Shawn out by 830. Shawn quickly targeted the problem removed and bypassed the heater so I could have water. Chads has ordered a new heater for us and we are waiting for them to put it in.Shawn was so polite and informative. I am a disaster relief First Responder, so usually this is where I am helping others. I am grateful that Chads was here for us in our need! Any plumbing problems call them and ask for Shawn or Chris. Hopefully we will have hot water soon!

    JP was my Service Tech. He was great beginning to end. Called before he arrived, and showed up right on time. I have a recurring problem with drainage to the septic system from the master bath that no other plumber seems to be able to diagnose. JP used a camera to explore each junction of the drain under my house and effectively troubleshoot the problem. He encouraged me to watch as he routed the camera through the pipes, and explained the process as he went along. I cant say enough good about him.

    I am never one to write a review. I Have now used chads water works twice on my farm. first time was to install new plumbing into the addition we build on our barn and then second time was 8 years later to replace an old water heater in our tack room. There prices are amazingly fare. They had this time JP coming out and he was nothing but professional, efficient and extremely clean. Even with having a black out while working he waited to make sure there were no problems with the new heater. great company to deal with

    **UPDATE**Still 5 star service, I actually forgot Iā€™ve used these guys before until I went to write this review. Rebecca answered the phone and was great getting information from me in regards to my septic system and my concerns I had with it. Russel came out the next day and did an inspection on it and to my relief my system was fine. I have very clayey soil so I was concerned about some standing water near where my drain field header line is run, but he dug some up and fortunately everything was properly draining in the drain field, I just have some surface drainage issues which is not as much of a concern.**OLD REVIEW thatā€™s still 5 stars**JP came out and installed a new hot water heater. My man worked hard and got the new heater installed in no time. He even took the time to show me around how the new heater functions as I am new to gas heaters. I would highly recommend them, especially JP.

    We had Chads team out to replace a section of old pipe material under the house and to correct a problem in the drain system. All three of the technicians did a great job for us, JP in particular went the extra mile to be thorough and stayed with the drain video and snaking project to make sure it was right and give us the best chance of success with the cleanout efforts. He inspected each joint of the pipe rather than just cleaning out the first section and packing up. Great Service all around!

    Great experience. This is my second time using Chadā€™s Plumbing and both times they came out quickly, fixed the problem, and were affordable. Thatā€™s not including a third time they were able to talk me through a minor problem over the phone (and save me the cost of a service). Canā€™t recommend them enough. Service tech J.P was prompt and courteous and got my pipe fixed and working.

    These guys are awesome! Chad 2 saved the day today, gave me great advice and repaired my entire barn piping. He could have easily taken a million easier routes and instead put in a 14 hour day to make sure the barn was running properly. He was meticulous in his work, conscientious ,considerate of our budget and very professional. I also have to put a shout out to JP Jose who came when the water was an emergency.     Natalie has always been so great and friendly to setting us up with some of their great and friendly employees. TJ, his partner, Lucas and William have all came out to do work on the remodeling of our home.     I bought a MOEN Whole house Automatic Water Shutoff and a friend recommended Chads Water Works Plumbing to install if for me. They allowed me to text about what I needed - and to send additional info about the parts and pieces I wanted installed, which included: a new manual shut-off valve, the Moen automatic shut off valve, a sediment filter required by Moen, a new UV light Purifier that increased the water throughput from 3/4 to 1 inch inlets, and several hose bibs for drainage. All this in a very complex and minimal space. Lucas did my work - and he was precise, artistic, professional, collaborative, and very conscientious. Not 1 drop leaked onto my floor when water pressure was restored! I am very happy with this whole experience!

    Lost water pressure at my home was very worried. Bought a new water softener in case its age happened to be related to the problem, they changed out my pressure regulator and showed me that my softener still has good life in it. They saved me hundreds of dollars! 1 by having better quotes than other companies and 2 because they didnt unnecessarily put in the new water softener. They cared that I was on a budget and worried.     I bought a house and had Chads water works out to replace faucets etc. They are a 10 star in my book. They are at the house when they say they will be there. They clean up after their work.
