After several attempts to get to our home, Ben arrived and began assessing the problems while keeping me fully updated on each of the things to be fixed. I was then given the estimate of what the cost would be to fix it. As other difficulties arose, Ben made sure to inform me what happened and what it would take to complete the job.I was very impressed with Bens knowledge of the job and his ability to explain it all to me so I understood in order to make a decision on the progress of the work.I would recommend this company to my friends and family that may need their services.

I called your Company to come out due to a leak that was coming from my old Water Heater. I belonged to a plan with Duke Energy and after a few calls to them they were uncooperative and told me this issue wasnt covered. I THEN called your Company and you sent Shelby (spelling of name?) and not only did he fix this first problem but he also found other problems and Duke wouldnt cover that as well. Shelby briefed me on what he needed to fix with the second issue. After our discussion, I realized that I needed to replace my old Water Heater. Shelby was on time, and he worked very hard and was well organized. He replaced my Heater, left the area perfectly clean and gave me peace of mind as I knew that I was safe with my new Water Heater. Thank you for having such a knowledgeable, professional Employee on your Staff. I will never use any other Company except your Company. Thank you

Trevor came today to fix a drain leak I had already had another company out here to repair. The other company sent 3 different men and none of them were able to find the leak but 2 different men from my AC company were able to and Trevor did also in a matter of minutes! He had it fixed in about an hour, was very professional, polite and respectful of my property and myself.I can promise when and if I do have more plumbing issues I will be requesting Trevor because this young man knew exactly what he was doing and most importantly listened to me. Thank you for such prompt service and sending someone who truly enjoyed his work and took pride in it! You can tell he knew what he was doing and wasn’t just blowing smoke…thank you Johnson Brothers.

Jesse with Johnson Brothers Plumbing did an excellent job with replacing our toilet, double vanity fixtures, and a few other things. He also fixed all the leaks and upon our request made recommendations on how we can update our valves to prevent future plumbing leaks. The company honored our request to be contacted a few minutes beforehand so we can make sure our pets are secured while repairs are being done. Overall, we are pleased with the work Jesse’s done to update and repair our bathroom fixtures and toilet. He was very courteous and helpful and very easy to work with! Not to mention, Jesse maintained professionalism and composure despite a major hurricane that’s brewing / anticipated to make landfall tomorrow night. It did not affect his work at all. Devon came out to drain our hot water heater and put dishwasher hookups on our new dishwasher. And do something with my sons new shower head. He was such a nice, considerate and respectful young man! I am so impressed and appreciative to God that I called Johnson Brothers Plumbing to help me with 2 clogged kitchen sinks. They sent their Technician Trevor who did an outstanding job in finding and fixing my backed up lines. He called and asked if he could come earlier which I appreciated and he went right to work. Nothing was too hard for Trevor and I also had him fix my diverter in my tub which was so important to me. Trevor was not only knowledgeable about various issues that I had, but he has a great personality, and along with this, he took time to answer my questions. To put it simple, Mike and Joseph, were friendly, informative and professional. Great technicians working for Johnson Brothers Plumbing. Ben is the best plumber. He took the time to give you options for your many projects. He also hooked up my gas cooktop with ease. I now have a life long plumber I can trust. Rob is right on point to coordinate a bathroom remodel. He is very easy to contact with any questions you have and he was quick in getting the project started. His quotes are very easy to interpret , which makes it less stressful with the money you’re spending. Little Rob and Frank were a great asset to his team. My mother, Jo Ann James, has been extremely happy with all the service Johnson Brothers Plumbing has done for us. I called to have valves on a kitchen sink and washing machine hookup updated. A new access panel was added too.As to the water heater, after having conflicting answers from insurance company as to what they need, Devon was the first person to address the issue and put it in context as to WHY the underwriters were debating the issue among themselves. (The problem is WHERE the unit is installed not an inside/garage choice which is easy). Simply and clearly stated, his information settled the issue for ME. No sales pitch, no pressure that I should or shouldnt. I chose to have a new water heater installed. I found Devon to be professional, informative, helpful, neat, careful. I needed to contact the office this morning concerning a correction on the invoice. Was done quickly. Terrific customer service! I would highly recommend Johnson Brothers plumbing.

We have finally found a great plumber in Marion County, Florida! Johnson Brother’s Plumbing came HIGHLY recommended by several locals and they did not disappoint. Jesse was assigned to do multiple repairs around our house, including repairing 2 old toilets. We ran into a few hiccups; thankfully, Jesse had everything he needed in his truck. He even had an extra brand new toilet in there in case we needed one (turns out we did because the one we bought the night before had a crack… thankfully our friend picked up a new one for us). It’s just good to know they have everything we need in their truck — how convenient! Jesse was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Veteran friendly, great service, affordable prices, would recommend.After finding that a leak in our tiny house that was causing mold, I was in a hurry to get it fixed. I thought I might be able to handle the repair myself, but quickly realized I needed more help. I called Johnson Brothers because of the high reviews on Google and was not disappointed. My information was taken quickly and the service call was reasonable. Even though I called late in the afternoon, a technician was still available the same day for an extra fee. Travis arrived quickly and made short work of the repair. He was very friendly and competent. Using the part provided by the manufacturer, the repair was done in less than 30 mins. I would use Johnson Brothers for future repairs and request Travis.

We have used Johnson Bros for several renovations at our house. They remodeled both bathrooms, ran new plumbing throughout, installed a water softener, fixed dishwasher. I would only call them for any job. If they can’t do it, they know someone who can. They recommended an electrician (Carreiro), who did the same excellent work, as well as Christopher Samuel who worked on our roof. Everyone at Johnson Bros is super to work with. We also had a huge job of tying the washer into the septic tank. Devon was very nice to work with. He genuinely cared and saw that the job was done right and always answered texts and emails right away. He and Johnson Brothers did an exceptional job even on a pretty tight timeframe we were working against.

I was replacing the bidet in the master bath and found the valve to the wall was different than what I have worked with before. Being afraid of breaking the valve at the wall, I called Johnson Plumbing and they sent someone out within 24 hours. The service rep. changed the unit in minutes and offered to change our 2nd bathroom valve to avoid another service call fee. I appreciated that. The service rep. was wonderful and made sure I was pleased with the work before he left. You cant ask for better service at a reasonable price.

We had Johnson Brothers Plumbing do a complete bathroom remodel that included significant demo, relocating drains in the foundation, new water lines, a completely new walk-in shower with Onyx walls, toilet, vanity counter/sinks, new plumbing fixtures, lights, mirrors, flooring, painting... All of the various Johnson Brothers workers were exceptionally courteous, professional, and thorough. They used some subs for general carpentry (Rob was great), drywall, glass... and they all worked well together. The finished product looks great, and we have confidence it was done right. Johnson Brothers handled the project management and all of the coordination. Trust is a big deal, and I felt we could trust all of the Johnson Brothers workers without having to watch over anything. We have also used Johnson Brothers on smaller plumbing needs as well and were very pleased then as well. My biggest takeaways were trust and confidence it would be done right.

Not only did they get to it on the same day, but my assigned tech, Trevor, called me when he was on his was and once he was able to evaluate the leak to explain my options. Not only was he through, but he listened to my situation and in the end offered an excellent solution. He waited a sufficient amount of time to ensure the leak was properly fixed and sent me pictures of the repairs for me to send to the utility company to help get a reduction off my water bill. Trevor came to my rented home and took one look at the pipes, shower head and shower handle knowing it was broken upon taking one look. He requested ordering the parts and returning with all the new parts.Upon returning, Trevor quickly installed the new piece and corrected the leaks plus the handle. He did an excellent job. I loved the work and the attention to detail that he did. He was even considerate enough to ask which side hot or cold water were on so he cold adjust it correctly. Had a service call to fix a hose bib and check on a potential blockage. Trevor was very professional and informative. Let me know what was going on every step of the way. Hose bib replacement became more challenging due to old piping within the exterior wall, but Trevor was well prepared and trained. Did a great job. This is a great company. Very professional and do their best to accommodate timely response as needed. Brandon and Michael came out to my 1980’s home for a kitchen clog. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. Together they worked quickly and efficiently to remedy the issue. It was a tough clog and they were persistent. We had a shower valve fixture that dripped after closing and it was annoying to say the least. 1983 build house so old stuff which always entails more than what you see so we called our plumber and Trevor came again. As always he was courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. And yes it was a bit more complicated than just take the old one out and put the new one in. We only did the one shower fixture and not the second due to cost but the drippy one is gone and we’re saving wasted water. His apprentice Jalen was very helpful as well. Johnson Brothers is a reliable and responsive company. As my house has aged, its needed some plumbing repairs and maintenance. Rafael has always been extremely professional and performs a repair that will last. The repairs/maintenance leave my home in better condition than when it was new because of the quality of the work and materials used. He is also diligent. I had a small leak in a bathroom -- almost imperceptible. It wasnt leaking during the service call so I thought I would have to accept that I was just imagining it. But Rafael worked to make sure the plumbing was functioning optimally and found a tiny teardrop leak. It formed at the shut off valve with every tank refill. He replaced the plastic valve with a metal one. Its fixed and Im not crazy!Its helpful that the company pairs the technician with the home. I appreciate that Rafael knows my home and understands what issue I describe. He has educated me on how things work and how I can maintain things. I am truly grateful for the peace of mind.

I had to relocate the well on my property and here in Florida the well driller, the plumber, and the electricians are all different contractors. I had the plumbing {Johnson’s} and the electrical contractors set up and was waiting on the well driller to dig the well. The well drillers truck broke down and delayed the whole job approximately 10 days. Aaron Johnson and Johnson Plumbing worked with us and was very flexible with their scheduling. They were able to be here the same day the well driller was to move the pump and we was without water for only a few hours. Edit:After original review I received contact. I dont mind paying for a service I agree to (which includes knowing the amount that is expected). I appreciate their efforts after I had a to make a stink. I hated doing so and appreciate their cooperation and efforts to make a resolution.OriginalWe were told when we called that it was $79 for the service call upfront and once they inspect it they would quote. After the tech was here for about an hour we get and invoice for $549 dollars. The tech did not inform us of cost of what he was doing and it was still unresolved when he left. He left the toilet lid off and left his bucket with the snake in it. I called and spoke to one of the owners and they said they would call me back. I have yet to hear back and I see they charged my card. We rent our space and I wouldve liked to discuss with our landlord as he knew it was time to pump out the septic. We could have gone that route first. Either way, we should have been advised of the charge prior to the service. Very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. I was hoping to give a better review but obviously seeing the charge today tells me that I cant trust them.

I got someone at Johnson Brothers on Friday evening right away and they came out at 10:00am on Sat. which was 2 hours earlier than they said they would be there. I frantically searched for a 24hr plumber when we discovered a water leak on Friday night, and google led me to Johnson Brothers. Being in a rush, I depended on the good rating on google as there wasn’t time to do more investigation so I rolled the dice. Man, I am so glad I called them. Mark arrived in 15 mins and was able to fix the issue straight away and was seriously the nicest and most professional plumber I’ve ever met. He wore a mask the entire time and that was nice to see. The price was decent and the work he did was stellar and now we can relax! So sorry we had to call him out on a Friday night but we are so thankful to Mark and to Johnson Brothers! We will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs help in the future.

My garbage disposal failed causing water to leak all over the kitchen floor, I needed help in a hurry. I called Johnson Brothers Plumbing and Travis came in just a few hours. Turns out I needed a new garbage disposal so Travis ( very nice guy) drove to Lowe’s and bought the very last one and installed it asap. Great ending to what could have been a real mess. Definitely would call them again if the need arises.
