Fletcher Plumbing did an outstanding job today. They came out first thing in the morning and fixed the problem. Davids professionalism was awesome. We use them when needed, and they never disappoint. We are a Commercial Business, and they had us up and running as soon as they could, which was super quick. Thank you again. The photos below are of the during and the after.

I had a whole laundry list of plumbing work that I needed to have done. Fletcher Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend who was very happy with the work he had done at his house. I called Fletcher Plumbing and got a real live person on the phone right away. The lady I spoke with was very professional and helpful. She went through the list of things I needed done and asked questions to clarify what problems I was having. She then got me on the schedule. The day before they were scheduled to come to my house, this lady called me to remind me of the appointment and to go over my list again to make sure that the crew would have everything they needed when they got to my house. On the day of the appointment, a crew of 2 arrived at the time they said they would arrive. They went through my house and made some suggestions of upgrades I might want to consider since my house was 40 years old and all of the plumbing was original. There was little difference in the cost of repairing the old plumbing over upgrading so I opted to upgrade. I am so glad I went with upgrading because I now have much better toilets and fixtures. These guys didn’t mess around, they got to work and didn’t slow down until the job was done. In the end, the price was reasonable, the work was well done and everybody I had contact with at Fletcher Plumbing was helpful, friendly and professional. I will be using Fletcher Plumbing for more plumbing projects.

We want to thank the Fletchers for sending Richard to look at our hotwater heater. He was very professional and discussed with us the very important things that needed to be done . Great Job all the way from scheduling to on site performance. I needed my kitchen sink and dishwasher repaired for Thanksgiving. They were very understanding and professional. They told me exactly what I needed and made all of the necessary repairs. The cost was more than reasonable for all of the work they did. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

I have had the opportunity to work with Fletcher Plumbing twice, one was a clogged sink and then installing a new drain field. Vada, in the office, always kept me updated on the progress of the permitting time for the drain field. Frankie and Robert were fantastic installing the system, very personable and answered all my questions. Overall fantastic experience! I had an emergency at 11 pm. I had called two other plumbers and they said it wasn’t an emergency. Which it was since water was shooting out of the pipe in the yard Fletcher‘s plumbing arrived in like 20 minutes and took care of it and then they came back the next day and fixed the problem. I am very pleased with their work.

My warehouse has had low water pressure for over a month. Right before Thanksgiving we lost water completely. I called 4 different plumbers and a well company and none of them got us going again. Friday morning I reached out to Fletcher. Understandably they couldnt get someone here till Monday afternoon, but they had the issue identified in 30 minutes once on site. The next day they were back to break up some concrete and reroute a pipe on our well and we now have water again. They were super nice, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We will definitely be using them if we have any other issues arise.
