    Miller’s installed a new sink, new shower valve, shower drain, removed water softener system, and moved the water tank. The office staff are professional and courteous. Received an email immediately after scheduling my appointment with a picture of my plumber. I received a call the day of my appointment letting me know when the plumber was on his way. I also received a text. Josiah arrived right on time and assessed the work. He was able to complete everything on my list. He took the time to ask me what exactly I wanted and explained how he would go about getting the job done. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I had not asked for a quote and yet I was pleasantly surprised how affordable it was. I didn’t expect the senior discount. I highly recommend Miller’s and will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

    FANTASTIC SERVICE! Needed immediate plumbing help for a leak under the sink in our “adventure van.” Made the appointment on aSunday using the easy, excellent online portal for Monday morning.     Just had work done with Miller and Sons Plumbing on New Year’s Eve. Kitchen faucet broke and had to be replaced. Called in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. Isael, technician, was knowledgeable, polite, and worked very efficiently. Would highly recommend.

    Christian Creese came to our home earlier this week to replace the cartridge in our shower. He was pleasant, personable, polite and most importantly did a great job. He is our new go to plumber. Miller and Sons was easy to work with and most importantly, unlike several firms we contacted, their rates were fair and reasonable and we highly recommend them and will be using them for our future plumbing needs.

    Aug 2024-I wanted to add a water conditioner system to my entire house so I did some research on plumbing companies. Miller and Sons Plumbing has a very good reputation and many customers had positive feedback to include homeowners in my community here in Florida. I wanted to add a tank for removing chemicals to include chlorine (purchased from US Water Systems) and a conditioner for neutralizing hard water-this changes positive ions to negative ions so calcium doesn’t attach to your plumbing causing buildup of that hard to clean calcium like on your shower heads (purchased from EasyWater) inside the garage to prevent any sun damage as Florida’s sun is pretty harsh. Miller and Sons installed new piping from outside to inside my home within half a day. They were very professional and they did a great clean looking job-see picture. If you’re looking for a plumbing company, look no further as you’ll be very satisfied with the cost and results! Best of luck

    We were very pleased with the job that Miller and Sons did. We had to have flooring and concrete removed and run new lines to relocate the toilet, along with new shower. They’re equipped to be able to remove concrete and flooring without any issues. They did an exceptional job they were prompt. Each time they returned on time as scheduled. They provided us with creative ideas and insight of what would work best! We actually had them do two bathrooms and a laundry room. They’re great people family owned and very active in their community.     Stephen and Dalton arrived just a bit early in a big marked up truck. That means they brought plenty of parts to get my work done. The job was to change out all 11 of my 22 year old shut off valves. Good job well done. The men were polite and finished in a reasonable time.     11.13.2024 - Update. Second Service - Updating to 5 STARs. Today as part of home check/maintenance I requested that my plumbing vents/sewer line be checked for any blocks or debris. Like Brandon, Victor took the time to educate me on what he was doing, why it mattered - including what I should worry about (or not). He even let me watch on camera as to how the pipes, etc., looked. VERY happy with Miller & Sons service! Both times, just excellent customer service, communication, and knowledge about presenting issue or my concern. Thank you again!First Service: Brandon was excellent. Great on-site customer service. Took the time to educate me on what he was doing, why it was important, and what to look for in the future from a risk or maintenance standpoint. I really appreciated that and would use/request his services again. I would give Miller & Son 5 stars, except that I felt the scheduling and intake request process could be strengthened. In the front office there was a mix up on my appointment and although I gave a list of the services I was requesting - that list didnt quite make it to Brandon. (Even though I shared the list at the time of request and when I called to confirm the appointment.) Even so, Brandon didnt skip a beat when he arrived and completed everything I requested.     We needed a plumber quickly for a leaking toilet! Anthony was here the next morning and fixed the leaking toilet and replaced the lines on the other two toilets so we would not have the problem again!     My home needed a total repipe and we had been without hot water for several weeks. After initial inspection and acceptance of their proposal they scheduled us top priority and completed the work in 1 day.     Isael came by even earlier than expected and did a great job. He answered any questions we had as he worked, and analyzed the best way to get the job done by testing a few different options before getting started. He took less than an hour to get it all done and then was kind enough to check on our other bathroom and make sure all was working smoothly there. My wife and I appreciated his kind and courteous manner as he interacted with us and explained all of what he did and how best to move forward after the job was done.     Theres so much good I can say about this company, they came out on an emergency call when my drains started to flood and they were at my home in less than an hour. Then I called them when another plumbing company led me astray and fixed my issues with no problems. They give you an estimated cost up front before their technicians even show up so you have an idea of what youll be paying. The ladies on the phone are so sweet and the technicians are very professional, I will always recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

    Points we like about Miller and Sons Plumbing:1. We wanted to change out our present water softener. I called the number on their website - a very personable person answered the phone on the 2nd ring. Got us set up for Sales Rep to visit and evaluate what we were looking for.2. It did not take long to have someone evaluate our current system and told us what they could do for us. They got the order that day we were so impressed.3.It was less than 2 weeks when we were called that Victor would be the installer of our new system. Victor went above and beyond what we have experienced with some past vendors. I can only describe Victor with one word - Awesome.I highly recommend this company and they are now on my speed dial on my phone as our new go to Plumbing experts.8/1/2024 UPDATE ON MILLER AND SONS PLUMBING.We had our first quarterly maintenance done on the above water softener we purchased in the Spring. Same as my review above, they did not disappoint. Such a great company. Our Technician, Noah, was awesome. We had an additional addon to the maintenance of the water softener which was replacing the cartridge in the shower controls in the master bath. It is the original with the house. He ran into some obstacles not of his fault but due to the corrosion in the cartridge. We bought the parts so after some determination by Noah, he was able to install the cartridge and put it back together. Great Job Noah. We appreciate your patience and determination with this replacement. These people know TRUE customer service. Thank you - thank you.

    This past Saturday, my washing machine drain started backing up and overflowing. Occasionally, I have this problem and just shited the drain tube and it takes care of it. This time, no joy. With hurricane Milton bearing down on Florida, I decided to try waiting until after the storm passed to take care of it. Then on Monday, my kitchen sink went into a complete lockdown,... nothing draining. Called on Tuesday, they came out on Wednesday morning. Took them a couple of hours....and everything was back to draining as it should.So....Extremely responsive, scheduling for the next day, even with the impending weather. They were quick and efficient, solving the problem in a couple of hours. And, the price was very reasonable.

    I had an emergency situation. Have two bathrooms, however, only one accessible for my handicapped husband. Miller and Sons Plumbing were on their way to another customer, however, due to my circumstances, they came to my rescue. They were here in approx 40 minutes. Job took only a few minutes.     I had an emergency call because one of my tenants broke the pipes in the well system of the home, Miller & Sons were the only ones available to do it and came out very quickly!!     Install drain and trim without any scratches to any of the plumbing fixtures. Fantastic job. Did an exceptional job of concealing, the supply line on the toilet.     This was our first time using Miller & Sons. All I can say is Fantabulistic. From the initial phone call, to the job completion it could not have been better. We are a commercial establishment and had a major drain clog in our kitchen. The Miller& Sons office team felt our desperation and routed the tech quickly to us. The communicative technology that was on display at the beginning, and the end of the job, is the best I have yet to witness from a service contractor. I was informed who was coming as they were routed to us each time, (3 in total). Their team worked tirelessly, and at a good pace, to clear the clog roughly 6 hours after they arrived. I have used other commercial plumbers, none that were this job focused with the level of skill Miller & Sons exhibited. They had all the right tools, attitude, and initiative in the house. They will be our go to plumber. Miller & Sons has new an account.

    This is a first class business with great people. I broke a 2 1/2 inch water line to my house when pulling out a tree stump. This size pipe and material is not available at lowe’s or home depot. Three other plumbers I called also did not carry this size. I called three other after hours services and left numbers with their dispatch and to this day still have not received a call back. A friend recommended Miller and Sons. I called and within 15 minutes got a call back from the owner as well as one of the after hours plumber named Zane. They went out of their way to open their warehouse at 8:30 at night to find the parts I needed and came out to my house and had my water back on in 20 minutes. In today’s times its near impossible to run across a group of people and a first class operation like this one. I would not recommend anyone else!!

    These people are awesome! If I ever have another plumbing problem, I dont care, Im calling Miller and Sons. I had a tub faucet leak. I tried to rectify the situation myself but to no avail. I was scared and thinking my wall on the other side would have to be cut to get to the pipes to fix the leak. I looked for a decent plumber online but I remembered seeing their trucks so I gave them a call. They set me up with an appointment quick and the plumber came out right on time. He didnt have to cut nothing. He fixed the leak and even educated me on what the problem was which was just as valuable. They didnt try to make anything seem complicated or try to rip me off. The job was completed with no problem.Dont go with anything less. Choose these people. They guarantee their work too!

    I am very impressed by this Plumbing company. They have been the most professionally-run organization with which I have ever done business. The first person I talked to on the phone, to request my plumbing work on my shower, immediately set up an exact time and date and service person to do the job.     Great company plus veteran owned being a wife of service disabled Vietnam vet of 45 yrs. The plumber came out as my toilet was plugged and he snaked it and it was a small poop with paper plugged the toilet . But what was great his wife is a RN as I am a retired RN and he spoke of feces and plugging toilets and said lots people offended by this but I told him it nothing embarrassing to speak about due to me being in his wife’s profession so it made his call here pleasant and he felt at ease as he told me a lot of customers feel embarrassed about feces ( constipation) can easily plug a toilet!I also want to add after he was here 2 months ago I could not remember the name of company so I called Meeks but they had nothing to show anyone from Meeks had been to my home so I went in my bank statement to see who I paid and it was as this company so I called Meeks back to cancel and asked about prices and she told me Meeks charges $100 more for snaking a toilet so I said cancel my appointment cause I liked the gentleman that came out and I planned to call Millers son plumbing !

    Anthony was the plumber who came. He arrived on time and was professional in his demeanor. He has 9 years of experience and installed a new kitchen faucet for us. We had a slow leak which had stopped before he came. He wasnt able to determine the cause of the leak but felt it was probably related to the corrosion of the old faucet which was visible when he removed it.     I purchased an EVO water softening and conditioning system online, and needed someone to install it. I am new to the area, so I did some research and called around. This was one of the highest rated companies I found. I did some price comparison among the higher rated companies in my vicinity. Hands down, Miller and Sons offered me the best price for the service. Other companies do not even come close to the outstanding rate I was quoted. That was refreshing because I do feel like a lot of other home-related services in the area seem to be overpriced. I was so thankful to find such fair pricing. Anthony was quite helpful in setting up the service, and Jeremy was very professional, efficient, and even thoughtful/considerate during the installation process. Even the ladies answering the phones were great at making sure that all my concerns were addressed and my questions were answered. Overall, I am very happy and I will be calling Miller and Sons in the future if I have any plumbing needs.

    What great company to work with. Our hot water tank started leaking and needed to be replaced. They were able to get to it the next day but after hours so there would be an extra charge. The gentleman they assigned the job to, Victor, was able to get to us earlier so the after hours charge was waved. He did an outstanding job. Katherine in the business office was also very helpful in getting the job scheduled. Miller & Son will be our go to plumbing service from now on!

    We had a shower leak and called Miller and Sons. The person who answered was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. She asked about the problem and gathered our information. She scheduled for the same day even though it was not an emergency. We were sent an email confirming the appointment and letting us know the name of the person who would be coming to the house. The repair person arrived during the two hour window and was able to fix the shower leak quickly and then changed out two exterior faucets for us that were leaking. He also was very nice and knew what he was doing without trying to make something a bigger project. We were very pleased with this experience.

    Professional service and communication from start to finish! I was sent a reminder notification of the scheduled service time with the name of the technician. I also received a courtesy phone call to let me know the service person was running a little behind on the day of the appointment.     Daniel was professional, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. He answered all of my questions about having a gas water heater, as Ive never had a gas appliance or gas water heater before. He made sure I knew where the pilot light is located and how the water heater operates before he left. He even cleaned up the work area and left everything looking great!     Unbelievable level of service. I returned from a business trip at 8PM to find I had no running water in my home. I called the emergency line, received an immediate call back, and they dispatched a technician at 9PM....at night! Their technician was was awesome!     They are very professional, courteous and responsive. I called to have a new water heater installed and was given an appointment for the next afternoon. They called in the morning and asked if they could come earlier which was terrific. The water heater was installed in less than 2 hours and they hauled away the old one and debris.
