Well when one owns a home, its worth a chance to try and fix a home repair yourself. This being my second home why not give it a shot. My first home I did amazing things never thought I would be able to do. Plumbing is not easy but not to hard. I tried to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. If only it had been done right before hand. It was not and I only made things worse. Thats okay, I have learned its okay to give it a chance before calling a professional. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. At the same time you know what really wrong and how much it should cost by trying it yourself first. Trust you have failed. lol and call for helpThats what I did. Been in Ocala and new propertie for little under a semester (3mth).Not sure who to call and with few friends yet to advise. I went off a list on line and the closet to the house. Landed me a great experience and honest plumber.I reached out on Sunday and he got back to me right away. Told me he would be available on Monday savings me money right then and their.I have 4 kids, three in school with different drop off and pick up times. Plus a newborn. Schedule time was 10am to 1pm. He txt in the morning when a cancellation happened but understood that I could not take that slap because of my drop off times. When he came I was at the store and my husband was on a wrok conference call and couldnt help them in. He waited for me. Let me shortly explain what had happened and then let me run out to pick up my toddler from preschool. Taking that time to price point and to thoroughly check out my water lines and how everything was set up. Going slowly over the work and taking nots for bigger projects that should be done for code and function. Unfortunately couldnt have it all done at once.Setup for the task at hand and getting right to it. He had everything with him and let my 4yr old son watch and explaining to him as well. With all the mess and me being all over the place with baby in hand and 4yr. He was done in a hour. Was a great experience and will be working with him in the future. He noticed water damage moisture in the cabinet below and recommended the person who works with them for water damage and moisture control he set up them to stop by to make sure theres no major damage below my cabinets in the kitchen for free which is awesome okay to think of. Glad to give a review on an amazing person and professional plumber.Hope many more customers come his way.Erin Baumgartner

I had a bad leak in old pipes two days before Christmas and they spent both days here re-piping my house so I would have working bathrooms and a kitchen for Christmas day. Michael was incredibly helpful! He went above and beyond to fix our clogs and slow drains. He also hooked us up with help to remove all of the damaged ceiling and floors from the leak. On top of all that, he installed a new toilet with better seal, so this hopefully won’t happen again!

Andrew and his apprentis Josh were terrific. They did a great job and went above and beyond to take care of each issue. They were here from 9 am until around 7pm. We had moved to a 20 year home that had many plumbing projects jerry rigged by the previous owner. They fixed every problem so that we are confident that our plumbing is like new. They cleaned up after themselves so well that I cannot tell they were here. Both men were polite and respectful. Andrew explained every thing they were going to do in detail and then reviewed the completed work with us to ensure our satisfaction. We will definitely use Professional Choice Plumbing in the future on the slim chance we should have any issues since they resolved everything we were aware of.

He was able to quicky diagnose my toilet problem issue as a septic issue, but he gave me additional feedback on other plumbing issues around the house. When I woke up today (Wednesday) I went out front to feed the birds and found that our friendly neighborhood bear had wrought havoc, to include getting tangled in my hose somehow and ripping my spigot right out of the wall. Water was shooting out probably for hours. I called various plumbers who had no openings until late tonight or even Friday (Thursday is Thanksgiving). Professional Choice was able to find time for me and gave me a window of 11-2 today. Ethan arrived early at 10 am and assessed my situation. He quoted me three possible prices based on what might need to be done. He went right to work and was done by 11 am. He and his truck were clean and professional; Ethan was friendly, courteous, honest and a great plumber and communicator. I cannot thank him enough for an excellent job and such quick response and work time. The price paid was more than fair (I have dealt with this specific issue before). Ethan and Professional Choice Plumbing are my new go to for all my plumbing needs!

Another company came out first and without even turning on my water just said I need a whole new tankless water heater- didn’t turn on a single faucet or shower even though I said it is only the showers that get cold mid shower. Uriah came out and spent time trouble shooting and checking and double checking- we do NOT need a whole new tankless system- it is the temp cartridges in 2 of the shower faucets- so he changed those and saved us $- as had we listened to the first company we would have spent a lot of $$$ and still had problems!!! Uriah and his Co. has earned a life long customer!!!
