    We have used Hefner plumbing for all our Plumbing needs since arriving in Ocala 15 years ago. We had Jordan come out today and replace the hot water heater as well as a garbage disposal that went bad. He showed up as always when he said he would and got the job done with ease. Hefner is always professional in appearance and work ethic. I can not recommend them enough!

    On December 23, 2024, We woke up that morning with no Hot water. knowing that we were going to have my Dads Funeral at 12 pm, at 10am I called Sean at Hefner Plumbing explained what was going on he said dont worry. We left to go to the service when we got back home at 3pm. We had a new hot water heater installed. Hefner Plumbing is all about Family, You can depend on them. I did !

    First, I want to say that I highly recommend this company for any plumbing jobs. They are very knowledgeable, honest, hard-working & reliable.They just completed a job for me that included installing a new hot water heater (quite old & leaking which made a more complicated job that required a new sub floor installation),a brand new laundry setup, a complete repiping of existing old pipes. Dallas & Jordan actually did the work. I was very impressed with both of them. They were so polite & explained to me what they did as the job progressed. I have had good jobs done by other companies for various issues in the house, but I have to say that Dallas & Jordan did a good job very well!! Also, I was happy with the quoting process done by the owner, Cody. The price overall was fair & reasonable.

    Our State water heater failed after five years. It was still covered by warranty but it was our responsibility to arrange for a new one and for the old one to be returned.I searched for State dealers in Ocala and Hefner came up.I called Hefner and spoke to Denise who arranged for the return of the old water heater, the delivery of the new one and the installation of the new one.Dallas came out and did the installation which was cleaner than the builder had done and he did it in two hours.Everyone I dealt with at Hefner was a pleasure to deal with. Especially Denise who handled the whole transaction.I cant imagine ever using another plumbing company in the future!

    I had a water heater installed in 2015 by Hefner Plumbing and have had no problems with it. Anytime I call for an annual maintenance appointment there’s never a scheduling problem and they always come on time. They are very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

    I, unfortunately, had a copper pipe burst underneath the bathtub in my main bathroom at 10:30 at night. By the time we got it shut off an hour and a half later (no shut-off on my house) my livingroom, diningroom, hall, and a bedroom were flooded along with the main and master bathroom. The next day, my neighbor suggested I call Cody Thursby at Hefner Plumbing as they had done a wonderful job with her plumbing needs. Cody came out and discovered the location and cause of the leak. He patiently explained my repair choices to me, we decided to repipe. Cody got me on the schedule as soon as he could. Dallas and Jordan came over and diligently and professionally worked on the project involving my entire house. They went above and beyond, even finishing before their own timeline! They moved bathroom vanity cabinets, repiped everything, did the necessary drywall, and cleaned everything up after. Their price was comparable with other plumbers, they were honest and fair, and their service was exceptional. I will confidently recommend Hefner Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing service!     High quality and super friendly technicians and phone staff. Had to get a new water heater put in and know that’s it’s a little more expensive than having Lowes do it but the attention to detail and professionalism was great. You can’t even tell they moved the water lines. They did a great job repainting and texturizing the wall to match. Worth every penny.And even on their first visit they fixed our two wobbly toilets the plumber came and talked to us about how he totally removed the first toilet and resealed it and said he didn’t find a leak and asked us if we wanted to do the same thing to the other toilet to save some money which was super refreshing to see. He explained it all and we appreciate the honesty. We opted to get it done right, but like how they let us make the choice and they even got our water heater put in super quick and worked with our schedule.

    Having used a different plumbing company in the past and not being too happy with the results, when my toilet overflowed I did some checking with the BBB as well as reading other reviews. Having just had surgery, I was frantic to find a different plumber. Thank goodness Hefner Plumbing fit the bill. They arranged to have Jordan come that day and when the problem needed special equipment, Jordan was able to alleviate the situation the very next day. I also found out I would always have Jordan since he covered the area I lived in rather than getting a different person every time. I am grateful for the service.     I found a leak under my house and called Hefner Plumbing. I chose them because of their great reviews on Google.I spoke with the contact person who listened to what was going on and said they would have a technician call me and come out the first thing the next morning.Sure enough I got a call from Sean first thing the next morning. He said he would be out in about 20 minutes and showed up right on time. Both he and his truck and equipment were clean and well maintained.I told him what was going on and he immediately got to work diagnosing the problem.He quickly figured out where the leak was and quoted me a reasonable price for the repair.I then asked him about dealing with a few other issues having to do with the water pump for the house. We agreed on a reasonable price to do it all.Sean was very courteous, knowledgeable and has great customer skills.He went right to work and took care of all the issues. He was quick and focused and made sure to clean up the area he had worked in.I was very pleased with my experience with Sean and Hefner Plumbing and will use them exclusively for all my plumbing needs in the future.I would highly recommend them for your needs too.

    After two pipes leaked underneath our home, we knew something had to change. We called Hefner Plumbing and they worked out a plan to repipe our home. Dallas, Jordan and Branden ran new pipes through our home into the attic. Their quality of service is superior! We could not be happier with their work and we now have peace of mind.     Hefner Plumbing is forever my plumber of choice. I looked for a reputable company and Hefner Plumbing has been in business since the 1970s. They have excellent ratings with AAA. They are top of the line.Our first plumber, Jordan, was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and even answered questions about some of our other plumbing needs. We had our old water heater replaced and he did a great job. After Jordan left, we noted our hot water pressure seemed lower. One of the Hefner Plumbing Co owners, Sean, returned and determined the plumbing was all correct. It appeared the problem was with the hot water heater we purchased from Lowes. Sean returned a second time and worked with the hot water heater technician, on the phone. He solved the problem in the water heater and our water pressure was restored.Hefner Plumbing went out of their way to solve a problem that was not their issue and we appreciate that! They definately exceeded my expectations for a service industry business! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

    I can’t say enough good things about Cody and his team at Hefner Plumbing. We were in the process of selling our house and had to have a last minute water heater replaced in order to sell, and they were able to get out to us within two days and replace the water heater at a very fair price. I can now sell the house with confidence knowing that the next owner will have a quality installed water heater, and my realtors are happy with me as well! Joy in the office is very kind and excellent at her job and it’s just nice to do work with a local company owned by local people.

    Had a second water leak in five years in my living room. Decided to repipe entire house. Cody and Ryan arrived as promised to give me a quote. Dallas, Jordan and Brandon did an outstanding job. A total of 14 cut-outs were made and repaired plus the plumbing under the sinks. They were extremely professional, answered all my questions throughout the entire process, and cleaned up as the went.     I’ve had Hefner Plumbing at my house three times. First, Cody installed a new hot water heater. He arrived on time, was very professional, and extremely patient with all my questions. Second, Dallas removed a leaking water softener and installed an exterior water shut off valve. He too arrived on time, was very professional, and extremely patient with all my questions. Finally, just this week Cody returned to fix a faulty valve on the exterior water shut off. To my surprise, I learned it was still covered under warranty!     We rely on Hefner for our plumbing needs. They have taken care of many plumbing issues for three different homes we owned. Most recently our garbage disposal had to be replaced.     I have only 1 tub in my house & faucet broke off on Saturday morning. Hefner was only plumbers open so I called them. Dallas came out same day but was not able to find part to replace since my house was built in 1962. He stated he would call around & find it somewhere. He called me early Monday morning & stated he had the part & would be there that afternoon. He made the repair & it works great. He was a very nice young man & very professional. I was impressed by his commitment to get the job done. I highly recommend Hefner. I will use them again even though it probably cost more I would rather use a professional than a handyman.

    Joy was very helpful when I called her in a panic because my water heater was spilling water all over the place. She assured me she would have someone out the next day to install a new one. She called the next morning with the name of a technician and a time he would be at the house. Sean arrived on time. He was very professional. He answered all my questions, made suggestions on what could be changed to make things flow better and he was very efficient. He also cleaned up the standing water from where my old water heater had burst. That to me is going well above what I would expect him to do. It was greatly appreciated.     I just remodeled my master bath. I had Hefner install water and sewer lines to convert from a single Bowl to a double bowl vanity. Removed the tub, cap off lines below floor. Install new lines to the new shower.They were on time at every visit. Courteous beyond expectations. Cody and Sean know the business and displayed professional confidence at every step of the way.I did a lot of the other tasks myself and would then advise them that I was ready for the next plumbing task and they would fit my job into their schedule with little to one day delay.I would rate this company as TOP NOTCH and use their service again.     I would highly recommend Hefner Plumbing! We had several slab leaks due to our copper pipes failing and Hefner completed a full house repipe for us in 5 days. Their technicians Dallas and Jordan were excellent! Dallas clearly explained everything that would occur on each day, and that is exactly how the week went. They were both very professional, on time, friendly, well trained in their profession, and they did an amazing job! We were expecting a huge mess, but they did the work as neatly as possible, and in addition to the repipe they repaired all of the drywall areas that had to be cut and it looks very good.This is obviously not an expense that anyone wants to have, but we are so glad that we used Hefner Plumbing, and that Dallas and Jordan were so amazing!

    This is THE company to use for plumbing in Marion County, FL. I called and got a REAL person to speak with. Even though they had a full calendar, they listened to my story and fit me in. They called to verify the appointment, AND they showed up ON TIME!! NO TWO/FOUR HOUR WINDOW!!! AN ACTUAL SET APPOINTMENT!!!! Sean was SUPER!!!     Hefner Plumbing just completed a total re-piping of my home using PEX piping run through my attic. It was necessary because the original copper pipes were leaking in my concrete foundation. I also had them relocate my water heater, and change it from gas to electric. This was a big 3-day job. Dallas and Jordan, the two gentlemen that did the work, were awesome.. They arrived on time each day; explained specifically what they would be doing at the start of each day; and they performed a thoroughly professional job, finishing within the anticipated time frame.     Sean came out as we called about leak in master bath sink. Turned out shut off valve was bad so he replaced. We asked him to look at other sinks and he recommended we replace them.     We moved into an older home that had cast Iron sewer that needed a retrofit flange for a half bathroom toilet and we needed to determine if we were on city sewer or septic. The service tech, Dallas, came out and installed a new flange for the toilet and ran a TV scope down the sewer and determined we were on city sewer.     A very professional company all around. Extremely friendly and helpful technicians. We have used them twice. We purchased an old home in 2021. Cody replaced some hose bibs and replaced some leaking pipe at the well last spring. We then discovered a slab leak in December of 2022 that required repiping 1/2 of the house. We also had two very old hot water heaters that needed to be replaced and needed a sediment filter installed. Cody came out and spent a lot of time reviewing our infrastructure, answering all of my questions, and coming up with a solution that met our needs. That work has just been completed. They did an extremely professional job with all of it. The attention to detail by Dallas and Jordan was exceptional. They are extremely knowledgable, very friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I now have a first class plumbing system and a clear understanding of how everything works on this older home. I wouldnt consider using anyone else for our plumbing needs.
